I was at this location today. I frequently shop this store. While a lot of people were nice I…read moreencountered a very rude employee. This is a mature woman with dyed black hair...grey roots and glasses. I was going through items to purchase. I smiled at her and said hello and she ignored me and gave me a dirty look. I encountered her again while hanging unwanted clothes on an end cap. All hung up and ready to go back on the floor. She came over loudly huffing and puffing and ripped them off the rack. If this is a problem Goodwill should have a go back rack. The dressing rooms have already been taken. People still need mirrors to decide and a place to put go backs without being treated rudely. We are already paying higher prices at Goodwill for donated items...and asked to donate more money at the register. Going to lose customers.​

The people are awesome though and the only way it could've been better is if there were a more "drive through" however there are two designated parking spaces specifically for "drop offs" and the guys (gals, whatever, please don't PC me to death) are quick to come and unload your donations. Good to give to Goodwill and pretty easy too. Thanks! (The Happy Valley Road location down I-17 has a drive-up area for larger items and it is also a "shop" location.)
