1 Star -- If I could give zero, I would…read more I went through a two-week nightmare and five separate trips to Phone Doctor 59 after purchasing an iPhone 14 Plus for $450 cash on Nov 11. The phone started restarting the very next day, and things only got worse from there. Trip 1 - Purchase (Nov 11) Bought the phone. It began restarting on its own the next day. Called and messaged staff. Trip 2 - Drop-Off Attempt & Intimidation (Nov 18) When I returned to report the issue in person, the manager wasn't there, and staff refused to look at the phone. When I asked where I could leave a review, a women staff member told me that if I left a bad review, the manager wouldn't help me. Completely unprofessional and intimidating. Trip 3 - Actual Drop-Off (Nov 19) Finally dropped off the phone after more messaging. Trip 4 - Still Not Fixed (Nov 20) Staff claimed there was "moisture in the charging port." I picked it up, and the phone restarted again that same night. I messaged and asked for a refund. Trip 5 - Forced Exchange + $50 Upcharge (Nov 21) I came back requesting a refund. Instead, the manager took the phone, handed me a scratched, beat-up red iPhone 14 Plus, and walked away. Staff informed me I would not be getting a refund. I told staff I didn't want the color and that the IPhone appeared to have damage to it. The only other option was an iPhone 15 for an extra $50, which I ended up paying because I didn't want a damaged phone I didn't choose. No apology. No accountability. No professionalism. I spent over $40 each trip, FIVE trips, and even more money because of their faulty device. This business lacks honesty, customer service, and basic respect. I strongly recommend avoiding Phone Doctor 59. 1/10 -- would not recommend.

He cost her lots of anxiety and panic. Did not want to return her money to her and started saying that she never had paid, and that he had to check cameras. When he finally found out that she did pay. He decided to give her 110 back and started saying that they did not offer discount that the Lady had offered since the beginning further mistakes that man was awfully rude, and disrespectful to my sister, making her have anxiety attack .

Got in touch with the shop and gave me a price of $285 + $90+ for shipping. I was shopping around and found a brand new one on eBay for $250 + $22.95 for shipping. This shop kept reaching out for status on purchase to a point where they were nagging me. After committing to a new one, the shop responded "thanks for wasting our time." This is unacceptable behavior and all they care is about closing a sale vs giving right customer service. Avoid this store as their are others out there that provide better service.

I've been going to your store for many years and I had referred a friend of mine to your store…read morebecause of your wide selection of rare and obscure toys and things that you carry that that the other shops do not carry my friend had quite a few items to trade in including some vintage Star Wars Beast Wars action figures and a few other odds and ends the associate asks my friend what he wants on his collection and my friend throws him an offer of 2 to $300 and so the associate goes in the back and either talks to his manager or the owner he proceeds to tell my friend that they can offer him under $100 for the stuff so they ended up negotiating for like $70 and the guy said well most of your figures are incomplete they don't have their accessories I really felt that the offer was too low even for a business knowing that they do have to make money so then I hear from my friend that the toy box posted and bragged about obtaining his collection on Facebook and that really put a sour taste in my mouth and the sad part was is he was going in and tending on trying to get store credit so he could purchase something they don't do that I've never heard of it but terribly disappointed with how they lowball people my friend had a lot of stuff and the one thing that they said was the most valuable they didn't even highlight it on Facebook I feel like this is wrong and I feel like they should have offered him something more at least a credit they should make this right but terribly disappointed
