Went in today for some candles and the older lady with curly hair, up in the front wanted to confront me just to tell me oh just be careful while dangling your kids around (mind you I picked him up as he was grabbing things it would be one thing if I was letting him do anything ) anyways on a customer service standpoint she shouldn't involve her nose where it is not needed. Great stop today at Bath and Body Works Outlet location in Anthem. I was surprised to see no one inside at the time because they are having their soap sale. I was greeted right away and the girls were so helpful. I found what I was looking for and checked out. The only downside is the flooring near the register is warped and coming up. If not careful someone could fall and get hurt. read more

Very disappointing experience. My son and I went shopping at this location and the service was terrible! Absolutely ignored when we walked in, no greeting at all. We had questions about the promotions and had to go ask for help twice. Carrying items, never spoken to or offered a bag... Just ridiculous... Why are you open if not to assist guests? And then when my son asked the sales associate Tiffany a question, she came over extremely bothered and rude. Literally a scowl on her face. When we checked out, she was equally unprofessional and ill mannered. Tiffany should have stayed at home with her terrible attitude.I called multiple times to speak with the Store Manager Lisa to share my experience and still have not spoken with her. So, today I went to see the new fall/seasonal line at Bath & Body Works, especially to take the chance to stock up on lotions which are all now, on sale. My favorite scent, Hello Beautiful is still a part of their line. This scent smells, of floral fragrances and it's blended with white gardenia, jasmine petals and magnolia blossoms, yes....it definitely smells beautiful and is my favorite spring scent. The Hello Beautiful line has been available for a few years and has yet to be retired. I have the Hello Beautiful sprays, shimmer, lotion, and now this, the newest revision of the Hello Beautiful line - their Moisturizing Body Wash. I have used the gel body wash, but I'm excited to see the difference in its ability to moisturize. I believe it will moisturize nicer than the gel. But, we will see. Now, what brought me here this morning.....ta-da! Bath & Body Works is offering all of their body lotions for only $4.95 for a geneourous 8 ounces. which normally sells for $12.95. I chose a few, one being their, Aromatherapy - Sage & Mint lotion with natural oils. Once I purchased, I immediately lathered this onto my hands, arms and legs. The frgrance, the fragrance is phenominal and the smell is only one of your senses that this lotion takes hold. The others are the creaminess of the lotion and the tingling that occurs after applied. This is a truly refreshing lotion. Bath & Body Works packaging regarding this lotion - states, the, "age oil promotes mental balance... . Mint oil inspires feelings of clarity". Well, with its amazing fragrance and the tingling of the skin, how with adding "clarity" to this emollient can you go wrong? Going to be a definte staple in the bath routine, before bed each night. I as well, chose new fall candles, one being, the Autumn Scented Candle. This candle smells amazing. Bath & Body Works defines the smells as. "Bright Red Gala Apple, Juicy Fig, Eucalyptus Leaf, Fir Balsam with Essential Oils". Very spot on in its definition. This candles smells fresh! This too is on sale for only $14.95, reduced by $10.00. Even at checkout the woman was tapping her fingers while I was finding my wallet in my purse. My daughter & I was there yesterday. All the employees were friendly the minute we walked in. I was ready to check out and had a coupon & the cashier lady that was helping me was giving me suggestions on what to get with the coupon because i grabbed a wrong item. She was very patience as i went to look around some more to pick another item. When i was finally ready to check out another employee came to ring me out because the first lady was ringing someone else out. But i just have to point out how helpeful, patient & great they were...how great all of the employees were. Awesome job on the great customer service! read more

Seems like a regular B & BW store, just located in an outlet mall. Current products - like Fall/Halloween 2015 on the shelves and much less crowded than other locations. Good customer service. I like this one and I suggest you get in here. It's located in Outlets in Anthem, near the west-most parking lot and on the perimeter, so, very easy in and out. read more

Dang you, emails!!!! While visiting family in the area, I received an email about body creams and lotions on sale for only $3.95!!!! A quick search on Yelp led me to this location, which is located at the Outlets at Anthem. Like another reviewer mentioned, this is just a regular BBW, with your current fragrances. I've been to an actual BBW outlet that housed all the old school and last season fragrances. No matter though, they had what I wanted. A friendly employee, Mariah, greeted me at the door and told me about the promotions. The store was clean and organized. All the testers were available for each scent so I was able to smell what I was unfamiliar with. I found the lotions I wanted for myself and was able to find a few more for Xmas gifts. The employees were readily available if I needed help and asked me how I was doing. Too bad the $3.95 lotions were only a one day deal. Checkout was quick and easy. This is one store at the outlet that I will definitely be visiting again whenever I'm in town. read more

Nothing special. Visited the store multiple times and same experience. The management here is a bunch of catty old women with too much botox who just want you to buy their products and do nothing all day. The only true workers I saw (when visiting) were the girls in their early twenties who organized and greeted everyone when they walked in. read more

While I agree that this is a "regular" B & BWorks, just located in an outlet mall-I have to say that the staff is cheery, helpful and always making sure I get all the discounts available! Great when my husband and I come in w/ all of our "free" coupons and then add one of their really great 20% off coupons during their 75% off sale! I kid you not, we go in for both sales and use all we have and are able to have all the items we want and collect items for gift baskets for the holidays as well-all with their help, including (at times) them wrapping up the gifts in a very pretty way. read more

Very disappointed to walk into a store at 8pm on December 22, 2017 and the store is open until 9 pm And EVERY table is cleared out of all Christmas merchandise!! They had boxes everywhere on the ground and people walking around them and it looked like Christmas was over! There is still a few more shopping days if I'm not mistaken but they were Done with Christmas mode! I heard someone ask if the store was going out of business?? I was shocked, I couldn't find a gift package at all !! I asked what appeared to be the Manager why everything was gone and her response was "No other time to do this and I'm NOT doing it Christmas Eve"!!! I ended up buying a candle which was not what I went in for but Holiday stuff was nowhere to be found! I paid for it and wasn't even given holiday wrapping, I had to ask for it! Just a joke! Turning tables and merchandise should be done after hours not during peak shopping days !! Won't be shopping there anymore!! read more
