    Honestly some of the most whatever type of people I've ever met. Customer service is always very poor at this location.

    Love this store. You have to have your license to shop. Great customer service and knowledgeable people to hat work there.

The store was clean and decorated beautifully Upon entering the store all the employees were very friendly and welcoming I was at the Ulta to return some packages that I had ordered online. I was very sick that day and not able to stand at the counter for a long period of time to have the packages scanned and processed for return/refunds. I was greeted by Stacy. Stacy was courteous polite professional and went above and beyond to help me. I told her I could not stand long at the counter and was ill. She allowed me to go to the other side of of the counter and sit on the benches while she walked to that side and scanned and processed all my 9 packages. Stacy was amazing. So helpful kind and caring. I was so appreciative of all her help. It was not just great customer service but genuine caring. I made sure to let the manager know how Stacy went above and beyond to assist me. And how grateful Stacy made me feel. Stacy truly made an ordinary day at Ulta a blessing.     Don't go here if you need help Walked in needed help…read morefinding new makeup and when I asked someone for help all she said was "I'm a stylist I can't help you" and walked away. So when I tried to find anyone else to help me there was no one else around on the floor at all and I waited for someone for atleast 10 min and left.

    After just leaving from this store and reading the reviews my experience makes sense now…read more As I walk into the store, mind you I'm a tall man that doesn't always wear designer clothes or all black so today I'm wearing my gym clothes, the older women behind the counter hones in on me and asked me what I'm looking for. Already assuming I have never been in a cosmoprof. After I say to her that I'm looking for travel shampoo and conditioner she continues to ask me if I'm a licensed professional. Now mind you for those who don't know this store is only for licensed professionals. Which I have been for 15 years. I proceed to let her know how rude it is to assume because I'm a man that I don't belong there. How do I know it's because of my appearance is because this isn't the first time it's happened. Now it's never happened right when I walk into the door but it's happened. I also know it's because of my appearance since my wife is an esthetician and she has NEVER been asked that question. Every woman I know in the industry has never been asked before either. So the idea her explanation of "I ask all new faces that walk in" is complete BS!!!!! I choose this industry because it's suppose to be a business of no judgement. Yet the store we need to go to buy our supplies judges. This women wasn't resentful or sorry for judging me. She was full of excuses and reasons why she did what she did. There's nothing more annoying than someone who can't just own their mistakes. And she was full of them. She had no interest for a suggestion to maybe treat her customers better. Again with an excuse. As I walk out of the store it reads on the door "licensed professionals only" I think to myself and look back and say to the women it even says it on the door. She either assumed I couldn't read or I was going to try and get the products without a license. Either way she thought I didn't belong. I have been to dozens and dozens of cosmoprofs. From Seattle to Phoenix and by far this women was the peach of them all. Avoid this store at all costs. Maybe they won't make any money and will have to move on from what seemed to be a manager that is tanking a store.

Most contain butylene glycol, and for some reason, my body says no! I wanted to find another foundation, but didn't know where to begin as the department stores didn't carry clean brands, and how many would I have to by from other stores trying to find the right color? I waited over 7 years. I found a NYX concealer stick I was using, but they too joined the butylene glycol band wagon. I was so happy visiting Sephora. The Arrowhead location offers more than their Kohl's locations. They will even color match you. They have devices that can look up the ingredients for you. A sweet gal color matched me, and I double-checked the ingredients before my purchase. Then she turned me onto another brand, Haus. I was sold. Loved it. Then I drove home and started feeling ill from the color matching application. The next day, I returned it luckily still unopened. Either way, they have a great return policy with a receipt. I couldn't get any assistance during my second visit as they were too busy. I came back the other day when it was quiet. They save your information with color match in their system. It made it so easy to pick up where we left off. I was able to take home a sample of the product. I wish I knew this service was available sooner. I was able to get color matched and sample the product. Just like back in the day. That sold me, and I was able to fulfill my goal of over 7 years to find a new go-to clean foundation. Yeah!!! That simple little service didn't take much time, made a sale, and a new regular customer.
