    Worst customer service I've ever encountered! Manager is ok but sales reps don't know ass from elbow. And very very rude

The store was clean and decorated beautifully Upon entering the store all the employees were very friendly and welcoming I was at the Ulta to return some packages that I had ordered online. I was very sick that day and not able to stand at the counter for a long period of time to have the packages scanned and processed for return/refunds. I was greeted by Stacy. Stacy was courteous polite professional and went above and beyond to help me. I told her I could not stand long at the counter and was ill. She allowed me to go to the other side of of the counter and sit on the benches while she walked to that side and scanned and processed all my 9 packages. Stacy was amazing. So helpful kind and caring. I was so appreciative of all her help. It was not just great customer service but genuine caring. I made sure to let the manager know how Stacy went above and beyond to assist me. And how grateful Stacy made me feel. Stacy truly made an ordinary day at Ulta a blessing. Most contain butylene glycol, and for some reason, my body says no! I wanted to find another foundation, but didn't know where to begin as the department stores didn't carry clean brands, and how many would I have to by from other stores trying to find the right color? I waited over 7 years. I found a NYX concealer stick I was using, but they too joined the butylene glycol band wagon. I was so happy visiting Sephora. The Arrowhead location offers more than their Kohl's locations. They will even color match you. They have devices that can look up the ingredients for you. A sweet gal color matched me, and I double-checked the ingredients before my purchase. Then she turned me onto another brand, Haus. I was sold. Loved it. Then I drove home and started feeling ill from the color matching application. The next day, I returned it luckily still unopened. Either way, they have a great return policy with a receipt. I couldn't get any assistance during my second visit as they were too busy. I came back the other day when it was quiet. They save your information with color match in their system. It made it so easy to pick up where we left off. I was able to take home a sample of the product. I wish I knew this service was available sooner. I was able to get color matched and sample the product. Just like back in the day. That sold me, and I was able to fulfill my goal of over 7 years to find a new go-to clean foundation. Yeah!!! That simple little service didn't take much time, made a sale, and a new regular customer.

    Made a purchase last week of multiple items. When I got home I realized one of the items I…read morepurchased was the wrong thing. I drove 30 minutes to bring it back to simply exchange it for the right one. I was not asking for a refund. It was a $20 item. The owner (wife) of this establishment was rude and refused to allow me to exchange the item although I had a receipt. It is NOT stipulated on the receipt that there is a No refund policy or No exchange policy. She refused to even discuss it with me when I explained all of this to her. She just turned her head to me and walked away. Buyer beware!!!

    I called and this guy answers and tells me they have my product. I drive 45 mins here after being…read morelied to on the phone that they had a product . When I arrive I go to look and I am being watched by the door guy. He was watching me like a hawk. Leaving me feeling uncomfortable and anxious. I see a product for the price I was told on the phone but it was a smaller size. I ask this door guy who decides to argue with me while I ask why I was told they had what I needed and they did not. He tells me I should go to the other location and he would be happy if I did that instead. He wants to be argumentative the entire time instead of offering me solutions. Kept blaming it on "whoever I spoke to" and was even putting his hands over his head telling me he don't know what to tell me. I will never come here again after being lied to, then disrespected , rude, shamed for wanting to support a business.
