Cute stuff but not very good customer service. I feel like I'm being baby sat when I go into the store - being watched like a hawk and being told to be careful of my makeup. I'm an adult and careful when trying on clothes and I don't even wear a lot of makeup lol read more

Awful customer service! The owner or manager watches you like a hawk the entire time. Not sure if they think you are gonna steal or what the deal is. Went in with my kids & they DO NOT like kids. They should have a sign that says "kids not welcome." Rude people running that boutique. Not my first time in this place either so I can't say it was a fluke. I hadn't been in the store for a while and was quickly reminded why, when I popped in after lunch. As I was browsing, there was a group of 4 cute young women that were coming in the door. The owner asked them if they were 17 and not all of them were. She told them they have to be 17 to enter the store, so they all left. Her demeanor was definitely on the rude side. Another woman who was in the store at the time asked why she doesn't allow teenagers and she answered, "They're just disruptive". I remembered that I had a similar experience the first time I visited the store. I followed those darling girls out, and won't be back. read more

Hands down this is my favorite boutique in the valley! The staff is always friendly, funny and patient when helping me purchase items for different life events. Their selection is great and varied. I can find unique gifts for my Mom, sister and friends all in one spot...and trust me they're picky . The prices are fair and much better than other boutiques that I've visited. Been coming here for a few years. Seen a lot of stores come and go and so happy Posh continues to deliver, stay abreast of trends yet still be my go to place for casual lounge wear. I love how I can walk in and find a variety of styles (casual, dressy, trendy, etc. ). Sales associates are not "salesy" by any means, they are genuinely interested in understanding "what" you are looking for and "how " they can help. Some reviews make statements about "watching" or monitoring your every move. I perceive that as being genuinely interested to in what you are looking for. The owner, Nicole is super sweet and genuine, never pushy about buying. I stopped in today in fact and didn't buy squat. Other times I'll drop $400 easy and I'm not loaded. I come for the good prices and great styles and friendly shopping experience. I have a very short list of friendly, likable shopping boutiques and Posh hits the mark. I love this boutique the owner is amazing and she has the best taste in clothes! This is my go to clothing store and has transformed my closet from blah to getting tons of compliments! I'm in my 40's and I she has a wide variety of cute clothes and that make me feel cute with out making me feel like I'm trying to be 20 again. my colleague spotted a dress in the window as we were headed to texas roadhouse. the next day she told us she had to check it out, so of course we all went with her. this place is a cute little boutique which means not everything they have will come in your size. it's like a limited selection of first come first serve clothes. that being said, we each were able to make a purchase before we left the store. there was one young lady working there and she was nice and helpful, non pressuring and didn't make us feel weird or like we were being watched. there were some sales on a few items, they had clothes, shoes, underwear, and other small items. i LOVE boutiques and would def shop here again. read more
