When I found LaLady Designs, I could see the difference. I needed a ring that was a certain size, both in ring size and stone. The color was important to me and I wanted a simple setting I have arthritis in the knuckle of the finger I want to wear the ring so that was a factor. Turns out, La Lady Designs has some adjustable rings! And not a cheap kind where you can see the sliding part--it's concealed under the stone. Britt was super patient with me. I think I vacillated between four rings before settling on the one I purchased. She took photos, put it on her finger for comparison, everything I needed. And she shipped it super fast!! I couldn't be more pleased :-)

Best Boutique! This is my go to when I need some retail therapy. I find it sad that anyone would mention anything about the owner not wearing a mask. I always feel comfortable when I shop at Posh! Its a small business. Obviously, some people just don't get it. If anyone feels uncomfortable when they notice you, then question the reviewers motivates. Sounds petty and pathetic to me! Great shopping experience!! I've always enjoyed shopping at Posh - there's a fun, eclectic mix of merchandise and the owner is friendly and helpful. I recently picked up the cutest, most comfortable maxi dress! And, what a relief to walk into a small business and, after so many months, SEE the welcoming smile of the owner. For example, I had brought in a beautiful Thierry Mugler blazer with hardly any wear. They denied taking it. I sold it independently and quickly for over 300. Now the latest thing they did, was sell a luxury item to a reseller that commented while they were closed. I then called several times in the morning, exactly when they opened, to be told the item just sold over Instagram. They never used to prioritize Instagram comments over buyers calling into the store. Several times in past years, people would comment on instagram first while they were CLOSED, and I would call in first thing to be sold the item. Then they want to claim this was never a thing lol trying to gaslight me when I had bought many items in the past by phone. To top it off, it was to a reseller lol. They dont care how loyal you've been to them. I've spent so much money over the years but this last incident was the final straw for me. There's better thrift stores around the valley, save yourself the trouble. They don't value long term customers. Edited to add: because of this recent issue that I brought up to them, they were so petty to block me on their Instagram. I never swore at them or anything lol. Avoid this business. Dawn is so incredibly unprofessional and petty to block a customer thats been shopping w them for 9 years. Not a good look at all. Edited yet again as a response to Cat: Cat, that number was not mine any longer as when I came in and was informed of the text received by my old number, I PROFUSELY apologized and updated my phone number with my NEW NUMBER. To be accused of something I never did and would never do only makes you continue to look bad. Why would I say whatever u accused me of saying for a pick up order? Please stop the wrongful accusations wow I am really shocked and disappointed by you. I do not cuss at people or say nasty things to them. It does not align with my character.
