Used to love this boutique, but today was enough to make me not want to come back, makes sense why they are closing. The blonde cashier with the lip piercing was openly rude, repeatedly rushing customers because they were closing and even saying "so get out" under her breath. That level of disrespect is unacceptable and makes the entire store feel hostile. Do better. read more

Sad to say that Francesca's used to be my favorite store, however this evening was my last time shopping there -- both online and in-person. I had purchased a couple of items weeks ago and opted to pick up my order as I usually look around and more often than not, add to my purchase. Well, this evening I stopped in to pick up my order and as I opened the door, the lady working was in the back of the store yelled "do you have a mask?" To which I responded that I am unable to wear one due to a medical condition. She then took a few steps towards me like I was some kind of leper for not wearing a mask, and I informed her that I needed to pick up an online order. She started walking towards the back asking the name the order was under and proceeded to tell me that I needed to wait outside and she would bring me my items... what?! I guess this is modern-day segregation... it's not about skin color though, it's about those who can't wear a mask as told by medical professionals -- but what do they know? Apparently I have to put my health at risk for the "greater good" and if I cannot, I'm a leper who has to wait outside and barely gets any type of customer service. I'm shocked; I didn't think this would happen in America -- the land of FREEDOM!!! read more

Went into this store with my mom and sister and the older lady working there was so incredibly rude to us. The woman, older than my mother, was so snobby and rude that it made shopping impossible. *cue Pretty Women soundtrack** If you want women older than your mom to make you uncomfortable and create an unpleasant atmosphere while you're shopping (similar to a family holiday), go here. read more

TLDR; This establishment is not friendly to people who don't look like their "usual" clientele I've been in Francesca's before to buy a sweater (which I loved) but last time I came in with my boyfriend. I was wearing my work uniform and he was in sweats and a hoodie. The women behind the counter followed us around the tiny store and stared at us the entire time. I'm not sure what kind of loss prevention tactics these employees are taught, but corporate may want to dial it down a bit? Most people are not going to a Francesca's to steal a knitted blouse or maxi dress. I didn't even bring in a purse! It was a highly awkward, uncomfortable experience so much so that I left without the sweater I wanted. It left me feeling that had me and my boyfriend dressed nicer or looked different, we would have been treated with less suspicion. I work in the same plaza, so Francesca's was a convenient spot but sad to say I will not be dropping in anymore. read more

I used to go here a few years ago and stopped because I no longer liked the management. I recently went back for the first time and you guys still have horrible management. The older woman treated me like a nuisance the entire time. Followed me like I was shoplifting but didn't follow any of the white customers-I paid attention to that. I went to try on a tank and she literally looked me up and down and said she suggested the largest size they have. So size shaming me and stereotyping me all in 1 visit. Aside from that the store was dirty. There were dust bunnies everywhere and everything was wrinkled. I might try tje uptown location and see if the manager is nicer there. My poor grandma told me about her shopping experience and since she doesn't have a smart phone, I am speaking for her. She loves wearing Francesca's watches and hers broke, so on Friday the 4th at around 3:00-4:00 pm, she went into this particular Francesca's and was rudely ignored by 3 girls. They "pointed" out the watches to my grandma and kept talking amongst themselves. They did not even walk her over to the watches or TRY to help her pick one out. Then my grandma told me they all carried a table to the back room and didn't come out for some time. Poor, poor customer service!! Walked in looking for a dress to wear to my brother in laws wedding and was greeted so kindly by a girl named Taylor. She was SO helpful, and had great taste. She not only found me an adorable dress but also shoes, jewelry and even a clutch to go with it. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything which is always nice. The stuff in here is the cutest. I'm going to keep it in mind for birthdays and holidays. Excellent gift ideas. This place went above and beyond my expectations and I can't wait to rock my new outfit at the wedding this weekend! Very disappointed with this place. They do have many pretty things to purchase, but the customer service is terrible. I walked in and neither of the two associates greeted me. Two customers walked in right after me and they were both not only greeted but asked if they could be helped. When i walked out and right passed the sale associate there was again no acknowledgment. I love this store! I've never had a problem with rude employees like a previous reviewer did, and I've been there probably 8-10 times. I always find cute outfits, at a very good price. They don't offer many sizes, but it's a boutique, and that is how boutique shopping is. Their accessories are to die for, and reasonably priced. I've never had a problem with the quality of the garments. They hold up well in the wash, and last pretty long. read more

Okay so I absolutely am a BIG fan of this store, that being said, I've stopped in often within the last month or so. Each time I've gone the ladies are super friendly, the place has been rearranged; with new stuff added OFTEN, and new and different items on sale. I cannot get enough.
