A floor associate had told my friend and I that there was a promo that if you buy one pair of shoes, you get the second one 25% off. I did think it was weird there was no signage about this deal. I was buying my daughter a present but then I saw a pair I liked as well, so I thought maybe I would buy the second pair. As I was about to check out, the woman in front of me just had one pair to buy. The cashier told her about the special and asked if she wanted a second pair and the lady said no thanks. Then the cashier said well what if I offer you 50% off And she still said no. While I was waiting, I was wondering if I was going to get the same offer. When I got up there she didn't say anything so I asked if I could get 50%. She said no because that was only offered because she didn't already have a second pair. I was so confused, I nicely stated that it didn't really seem right and I'd like the same offer. She then asked the other cashier (not sure if it was a manger,) and I'm not kidding, she looked me up and down and said, "not for her!" I was in shock. I was about to leave the store without anything, but I wanted the shoes for my daughter so I at least got those. However, I have never been treated so rudely at a store and will NEVER go back!!

I got my feet measured/fitted for shoes. I tried on two different brands, the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 25 and the Hoka Graviota 6. I have extremely flat feet and so I need wide shoes. I had such a hard time deciding that I splurged and bought both of them. I also got a Runpro insole insert which is for comfort & support. This way I can alternate shoes: wear one pair one day and switch to the other pair for the next day. I'm so glad I went there for new shoes. I really needed the new shoes! As you get older your needs change in what you need to have good supporting tennis shoes for walking and exercising. This will be my new store for buying tennis shoes.
