    My first trip into this Target & it didn't disappoint. It's a gorgeous store. It is spacious & appears well stocked. They're definitely getting ready for the holidays but it's still so fabulous. It's been recently been renovated. Illuminated signs. Great flow. If I lived out here, this would absolutely be my store!! Love it

    Customer service is apparently something non existent anymore, target must make enough money they don't care to make sure their employees are properly trained. We came to this target last week (not our normal target) because we were getting dinner near by. I had some toddler shorts I needed to return as the had a hole in the stitching. I had received them from my mom like 2 months ago, washed them and just kept forgetting to return them. We walk in and Dean is at the customer service desk... immediately upon walking towards the counter he says "how can I help you" in a very unpleasant tone as if his job was to just stand there and do nothing, so helping customers was a disruption to him. I had him the shorts and let him about the hole, he looks at the tiny little tag and says "I can't read this, it's like they have been washed a lot" like dude, you can tell they are new, idk if it's targets printing or what, but to try and be rude over $4 is insane. He proceeds to say "I can try for like 5 minutes, but I don't think I'll get this" so I told him to just throw them away. I'm not going to be accused of whatever he felt like he was trying to accuse me of over 4 freaking dollars, unreal to have trash service. If he was nice about it, it would have been a different story. Brand new shorts (well a couple months old as my mom is out of state, and I had them for a bit before able to try and return them) maybe target should change their policy on cat & jack clothing because I know people take advantage of it, and yet some who doesn't like me has to deal with the nasty service from it. So we go and do our shopping, we found a pop socket originally $30 on sale for 11.99. I scanned it with the app and it came up normal price, so I took a picture of the tag to show the cashier as I assumed it was either placed wrong or maybe just didn't ring up in the app correctly. The tag was the correct item in the right place, but I didn't look at the sale ticket tell after we left (worker clearly didn't place it in the correct spot) I show the cashier after it rings up normal price and she says "well maybe it's just an online sale" I said "this is in store.... This picture is of your tags in the store just now" and she replies "what are you wanting me to do with it?" I was so at a loss, like I couldn't believe this was what I was dealing with that I was being questioned by the cashier what I wanted her to do.... Ummmm is that not self explanatory? I'm so confused and lost at the service and common sense of this place. She calls someone over, and they tell her to discount it. I can absolutely guarantee no one thought to mention to the electronic department to remove the tag, but that's not my problem. The picture is of tag, was not expired. I know so many smart, very friendly people that can not get jobs (probably over qualified) but yet his is the type of people we are stuck dealing with. I spent way to much money at target to treat like crap for 4 dollars & a misplaced price tag

    This is my favorite Target location for many reasons. - It is huge spacious, clean and visually appealing. -They always have inventory of items we use. Especially when it comes to gluten free items for our girls. -They offer more items for curbside pick-up than our more local Target. - Interactive communication with employees when shopping in the store are alway awesome! If you need something they walk you to what you are looking for.

    This Target location has a grocery store. It is clean and in a safe area. The staff was friendly and helpful.

But here we are. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and guided--not hovered over. A sales associate swooped in with the perfect balance of friendliness and know-how. We described what we were looking for, and within minutes we were trying out exactly the right options. No aimless wandering, no aggressive upsells, and absolutely zero "Do you need help?" shouted across the store. The sleeper chair we landed on is a dream--literally. Comfortable, compact, and exactly what we needed. The matching ottoman was the cherry on top, and the whole process felt like it was custom-made for us. Quick, easy, and stress-free (three words that almost never describe furniture shopping). The store itself is spotless--like, showroom-clean but still warm and inviting. Think less sterile museum, more "let's redecorate my whole life." It's truly a hidden gem, tucked away but worth seeking out. We'll absolutely be back the next time our home needs a little love--and probably a nap-friendly upgrade. Highly recommend for anyone who wants stylish furniture without the usual retail headache.

Seat cushions are terrible and did not hold up for what is supposed to be quality furniture. The company denies and delays until client is one year past warranty. I've even been willing to work with a compromise but they are stubborn. Say they're willing to help but not providing evidence or such or any progress. Plenty of other vendors out there save yourself the aggravation.

Woodbridge interiors In Glendale is a very shady furniture company when it comes to customer service and the quality of their furniture. We purchased a very expensive omnia leather couch. The couch craftsmanship is defective in regards to the leather wearing excessively to that it looks like it's 15 years old rather than two to three weeks. We informed Deb and Jen in customer service and they sent Danny to evaluate and send the report. Danny said it's a known issue when people sit on it in the store and they have to go and fluff up the leather to remove the excessive wrinkles our salesperson who saw our photos was shocked to see how horrible it looked. It's been over a month and they are unresponsive and refused to release the report to us. The store manager is useless and unresponsive. We were forced to file a complaint with their credit card company to stop the payments until we have a resolution on a replacement from the store We spoke to the owner Shupei Chiao who claimed we had to pay off the card in full before they would help us. He refuses to reply back to any follow-up emails and insist that we pay up in full. These people are scammers and the customer service is miserable. Do not consider walking into that store.
