The manager condescendingly told me I had to leave my merchandise because the store was already closed for the night. I informed him that my friend and I were together. He responded that unless we rang up all the items together, I would have to leave my merchandise. I explained that he should not treat customers that way, emphasizing that we are reputable customers, not "beggars," and it was not even five minutes past the closing time. I was standing right next to my friend, browsing the items on sale. I urge corporate to reprimand this manager. His training seems inadequate, and he does not appear qualified for a management position. Another woman on staff was also condescendingly talking back and supporting "Philip." This behavior is unacceptable. We have been loyal patrons of Ross for decades, and this is the first time I have experienced such rudeness, especially from a manager. I used a very accurate electronic scale and found that steak, styrofoam tray, and plastic wrap weighed 0.974 pounds. I weighed the other steaks and most were labeled inaccurately, nearly twice the actual weight of the entire package -- more, if I weighed the steak only. I called the store and asked for a manager: my call went to voicemail. Fat chance I'll ever hear from them. Walmart, you just lost a customer.

They eventually got my oil changed but did not honor the road hazard warranty for my tires citing they thought it was not road hazard damage.
