One of the best parts of shopping here is the color-of-the-day sales. It's like a built-in game where you hope the tag you're holding happens to match the discount of the day. Half the fun is scoring something great, the other half is realizing you just saved even more on it. The store is clean, fairly organized, and always full of possibilities. You won't strike gold every visit, but when you do, it's that much sweeter. You name it, in all likelihood it is there. As a shopper who prefers well-defined sections, here, one area blends into another and some sections can be somewhat cramped. The location is certainly spacious enough, and some improvements in this regard would be welcome. The store's pricing is excellent with bargains galore. The merchandise quality is average, but you can often discover clothing and bedding that are almost new, and you might even stumble upon a rare find among the housewares. read more

Goodwill at Las Vegas Blvd that is still newly opened is very expensive. I don't know why they charge so much for used items. It's RIDICULOUS ! it's supposed to be a thrifty shopping experience but it's not. Goodwill offers $20.00/hr on the Job Board/ online. Whoever is the CEO OF GOODWILL SHOULD LOOK INTO THIS. read more

If I could, I wouldn't give Goodwill a single star. I was surprised by Goodwill's return policy because I hadn't shopped there recently. I can see why there is a time limit, receipts must be present, tags have to be on merchandise, and no returns on sale merchandise. However I do not understand why your money isn't returned to you. There is nowhere in the store where you can try on apparel, so you have to buy it, bring it home and try it on. As per their policy, the apparel must be returned within 5 days. Instead of receiving your money back, a store credit will be issued. It's yours if you don't return the apparel within five days. On their website, they provide information about their policies and they use the phrase "may be returned". It's not a may be, you HAVE to return the item within 5 days to get a store credit. This is how the return policy on the Goodwill website appears: "Goodwill accepts returns on clothing and electronics only; receipt must be present. Original hanging tag or sticker must still be attached to the item. No returns on sale merchandise. Clothing may be returned within 5 days. Electronics may be returned within 3 days. Store credit is issued for returns". read more

One register was open even though there was a guy just standing at another. Someone called for help finally. Another register opened. The guy who was just standing there turned his light on and took 2 people who just walked in the door even though there were other people in line waiting! This Goodwill also is cluttered compared to many others. Hard to walk around furniture items without tripping. No organization! Will skip this ine from now on even though it is close. This review is solely based on the customer service that me and my family have received from Caleb and Daniel today from our donation drop off. These two gentlemen deserve some recognition, and or a raise, as they were beyond helpful to us with the many carloads of donation items. As well Being able to handle and deal with multiple customers that were in line for donation drop offs. They are very hard-working and know how to coordinate the drop off area very well to make things flow very easily. Bought items here today, you can't try anything on but of course the idiot that sold to me said I could return if the items didn't work out. Of course they didn't fit so I went to return them. The new idiot at the register said I can't get money back but a merchandise card. WTF! That would have been helpful information! I never would have bought anything if I knew I couldn't get my money back. F you! I've been laid off since April. You are taking advantage of people! Straight up robbery! When I first started coming to to this Goodwill it was one of thes best so far. The prices were so great for being a goodwill. A couple months ago I started to notice their prices on things getting ridiculous. Do they forget all these items are used & donated. They are starting to get like all the other goodwills & over price things. Its a shame because their prices used to be perfect considering how everyone is struggling these days to make ends meet. Im starting to notice things being priced for things i can buy brand new at walmart or Amazon. Very dissapointing that this goodwill is seeming to go towards greed. read more

I recently revisited this Goodwill in December 2020 and was pleasantly surprised by the consistency from my last visit. All clothing is organized by size and color, with all items looking clean and barely worn. The prices were extremely reasonable and the associates were friendly! I went to this store tonight with my son. I really like the staff there I talk to them often when I go! But tonight a younger gentlemen putting out stuff from the back approached my toddler and told him he couldn't sit on this chair with wheels. I said okay and he stopped. But then he over heard my son ask if we could go look at toys and the guy yells "maam maam" and hurried in our direction. It freaked me out so I just kept walking and then when he got to me he just didn't say anything. I don't know what he wanted or if he was gonna tell me my son can't play with the toys but it was weird and uncomfortable and made me feel like profiled or something. All the other woman on the floor and at the register are so sweet but that dude was on something. read more
