Besides these showstoppers, there are several different styles of couches and chairs from huge and comfortable to sleep and leather. Statues, lamps, decor and lighting are also displayed throughout the store and come in a variety of styles. This furniture store is just our style. I'd say it's a combination of eclectic, exotic and traditional. The prices are pretty much the same as any other furniture store you visit and you find many unique items. This was our first time in and while walking around in the store, we were asked several times by many different cells representatives if we needed any help.

It is well organized and very well stocked, even with current seasonal items. Items are discounted from a normal Pottery Barn about 40% and then there are additional discounts or specials on some items as well. Last but not least, customer service has been fantastic, they walk around with you, check on items, give suggestions. To me this place is the total package and I am so happy it's in Arizona and only a 60 minute drive each way. Sure I'll see you guys next month!

The saleswoman gave us a great sell job on the protection plan. She gave unbelievable examples like spilling ink and nail polish. Like a fool, I did not read the small print. If they clean up after such irresponsible behavior such as spilling nail polish, certainly it covers true accidents. Problem 1 - after only a few months, the fabric began pilling - not covered! Problem 2 - pillow on one side goes flat - not covered! Problem 3 - the usb port quits working. They sent a new port - no instructions on installation. Installation not covered! Resolution, plug my phone into the wall with a really long cable. Latest problem - a beer spill. They sent a "complimentary" stain removal kit - though, it looks like the instructions are not covered! No instructions - They emailed me instructions - but the email says to use the Advanced Spot Cleaner - there is no bottle in the kit called Advanced Spot Cleaner. On the bright side, I now own a $200 spot remover kit - wonder how much I'd have to pay for instructions on how to use it!

So, I went to work online looking for a replacement. We did some research and found the refrigerator we wanted. We then proceeded to look for that model. I looked at big box stores, home stores and appliance stores. Well Conn's was the only store that had it in stock and available the same day. That's great! After talking to a rep from this store, I ended up ordering online. That process was easy. I was directed to pick the unit up at their Service and Distribution Center in Avondale. We arrived at almost 11a to locked doors. Online information said that they were open at 10a, so we had to wait. The lady at the front counter acknowledged the discrepancy with no answer as to why. Apparently this was enacted during Covid and hadn't yet returned to normal. Oh well, I'm here to pick up my refrigerator, here's my receipt. She proceeded to tell me that my order hadn't been processed and that I couldn't pick it up until this was taken care of. She said that it could take up to 48 hours. I didn't see anything regarding this when I purchased online. WHAT??? But I'm here now! She did provide me with a phone number to "push the order through." So I did call the number and the issue was resolved in just a few minutes and we were able to proceed with the order. Whew... We were told to pull around and in about 15 minutes the guys rolled the unit out and loaded it up. I guess the biggest issue that I have is disposing of my old refrigerator. If I had waited 3 days for delivery, Conn's would have hauled the old one off. But I didn't have 3 days. I was informed that If I picked the new refrigerator up myself, that they would not dispose of the old one. That is a huge inconvenience. I would have hauled the old one to their recycle center or would have paid to have it picked up. Sadly, there were no options, it is my clearly my problem. I sure wish they would offer some option, any option. In the end, the stock and online ordering was great. For that I am appreciative. The customers service processes could use the most help. But, I will say that everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. Most importantly, I got my refrigerator the same day.

I didn't think anything from Conn's would be for us, but why not look. The sales people greet you when walking in the door and are super friendly. They let you shop on your own. They have a large selection from living rooms, office, bedrooms, appliances and televisions. Nothing spoke to us. They had a couple bedroom sets and a leather sectional that looked decent. Good appliance section. Most living room furniture now a days has terrible back cushions that break down so fast. I notice that at most furniture stores simular to Conn's these days. I remember back in the day my first living room set what purchased downtown at a warehouse. Nothing fancy, but it was built so nice and it was in the same condition after it served it's purpose a few years later. Everything seems to break down and look sloppy after a few months. My mother's best friend purchased a black leather living room set from here and had a great experience and has had no issues.

The set looked very nice, but didn't hold up well to the Arizona elements. It was powder coated aluminum. The furniture was exposed to the afternoon sun which Killed the paint and turned it white. The time around, we decided to give the polywood a go. We have had it before and it held up very well. It also doesn't scratch as easily as paint. The polywood is not quite as elegant as some other options, but it really did look nice on our patio. The Pure Patio staff were very helpful and patient with our indecisive nature. They also have many yard and patio figurines and art to spice up the yard. We are enjoying our new furniture very much!
