I have shopped Pure Patio many times and have always had a good experience. We had purchased a patio set set from them when we moved into our home. The set looked very nice, but didn't hold up well to the Arizona elements. It was powder coated aluminum. The furniture was exposed to the afternoon sun which Killed the paint and turned it white. The time around, we decided to give the polywood a go. We have had it before and it held up very well. It also doesn't scratch as easily as paint. The polywood is not quite as elegant as some other options, but it really did look nice on our patio. The Pure Patio staff were very helpful and patient with our indecisive nature. They also have many yard and patio figurines and art to spice up the yard. We are enjoying our new furniture very much! read more

I purchased furniture that is warranty for 20 years however now that I had to file a claim on the product which broke the product was shipped to me. I called the store and they say that we the customer is responsible if assembling the item or they could charge me a $140 service fee for response and $20 for assembly. I strongly don't recommend since we chose this furniture because of the warranty and trying to support local business. The price point was high and now the service doesn't match needless to say the product broken within 2 1/2 years. read more

I bought a $249 table, expecting a decent product backed by reliable service. What I got was a wobbly table. Customer service arranged an exchange, but the replacements? Equally unstable. When I asked whether a wobbly $249 table seemed acceptable, they replied, "It's all relative." Let's be honest, it is not acceptable, and it is wrong. I tried returning it. No refunds were allowed. And if they were? A restocking fee and an extra charge to my credit card. So here I am stuck with an overpriced, shaky piece of furniture. I was strong-armed into keeping it despite doing everything to make it right. My advice: Buy your furniture somewhere else. Quality furniture isn't part of the deal. We purchased a set for around our fire pit a little over 3 years ago. It was pricey but we loved it so we bought it. The wicker began to crack on every piece of the set (6 pieces). We contacted the store and made a claim with the manufacturer. The manufacturer wanted to do nothing but Anesia fought for us and we are getting a complete new set for only the price of shipping. Customer service above and beyond. We would highly recommend this store! The prices may be a bit higher but worth every penny! read more

TL;DR: this place has no return policy, buy with caution. I loved the 4 seat set with fire pit table (and umbrella) I got a couple months back so much I went back to get a couple more seating arrangements. Brought them home and realized the 2 seat sliding bench I got didn't fit very well in my backyard. I thought no problem, I saw on the bottom of their receipt that it's a 30 day return policy, I just want to exchange for something else, shouldn't be a problem. Well apparently it's a problem. The "on a case by case basis" written after their 30 day return policy means there is NO return policy. Even for exchanges. read more

Horrible service after purchase. The delivery takes forever. But they have excuses.. delivered faulty furniture.... then it took a month for someone to come out to fix the ignition switch to our expensive fire table. Was delivered and didn't work. We left messages... they never installed calling us back, we had to continuously call them just to hear "I was just going to call you". Spent $$$$$ on everything and was even told to use a bbq lighter?! Won't shop there again. Pricey and their customer service is embarrassing. The process of buying our new patio furniture was great. Very professional, quick and easy! Getting our furniture has been a whole other story. Two weeks turned to three week to four and we are almost at 7.5 weeks out. We call and there is only one person who "knows" anything and he really doesn't knows anything as I still have no idea when my furniture will arrive. If they really wanted to keep me as a customer, it doesn't take much. A call once a week might be nice from our salesperson. Actually a call from anyone without me calling first would be nice. They have had my money for almost 8 weeks. Makes me wonder if I'll ever get my furniture. I'm sad that people think any of this is good client service. Or maybe they just don't care. read more

This is a jem of a small neighborhood business. I was greated immediately by the sales consultant who made excellent recommendations. Best of all she personally owned a Trager grill. She pointed out everything I would need to get started. The grill was delivered assembled and best of all the owner Pete was along with the delivery team. He took the time to personally walk me through the initial cooking cycle. He stayed at the house for almost a hour to ensure everything was perfect. My wife had the misfortune of ordering furniture from them in May. The pieces just arrived and it is November. She had been told 6 weeks. So much for enjoying it in the summer. She received a call that her order had been submitted with several errors and had to be reordered in its entirety. She was , not surprisingly, quite upset. I called to see how they would compensate her for their error and further delay. The first person I spoke with said he would refer my issues to his VP. The VP called a day later and claimed to have no information from his employee and would call back. He did and I asked for a 10% reduction or an extra piece of furniture of comparable value. He said he would do neither, so I asked for her money back. He said he would not do that either since the order was already placed. One of the WORST shopping experiences of my life! This company took $2,826.62 from us for 2 chairs, paid in full up front. They were SUPPOSED to be blue & tan check fabric. We never saw the back of the fabric sample and the NAME. They use names instead of colors to name their fabric. They chairs came in the wrong fabric and Pure Patio was like WELL TOO BAD THAT'S WHAT YOU SIGNED FOR. Absolutely cold hearted to say the very least. It was Mother's Day when we shopped there and they were giving out free mimosas, obviously a sales tactic to get your guard down. I cannot stress highly enough that you cannot trust this company. We were lied to about delivery date, originally we were told it would be 12 weeks and that turned into 16. Now the person who took the order is no longer working there. A reorder of the CORRECT FABRIC would take another 16 weeks, and as they have been paid in FULL THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. read more
