Although they were able to match the price we received from AFW, there customer service is terrible. We have to wait until 2 days before deliver to find out what time they will deliver the product and then you are given a four hour window. When they delivered the product the console did not have the correct attachments so they had to schedule for a technician to come out to fix it. The delivery team were nice and took pictures and sent in all the information for the technician to come fix the console. I had to wait two weeks for the technician to come out and again I had to wait for 2 days before to give me the window of time (good thing I have a flexible schedule to make last minute adjustments to my schedule to accommodate their delivery/arrival time). When the technician showed up he took the same pictures and had to call to order the parts. He was on hold 25 mins the first time before he was disconnected and then he called back and had to wait another 35+ mins before they answered his call to the distribution center. Once he ordered the parts that were going to take 10 business days to receive in the mail, I was told I could schedule an appointment for a technician to come out after I received both pieces. Well now two weeks later, the parts arrived and now to call for an appointment. I called 6 different times and was on hold greater than 25 mins each time. Finally after never being able to get through on the number you are supposed to call 866.436.3388, I finally went to the store to speak to a live person. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was directed to the back of the store. The manager asked if I had pushed the number to speak to a customer service rep, which I replied I have tried every button on the phone to try to get to a live person and have had to be on hold for multiple different times. He stated that they just acquired a new division with 17 more locations and they are short staffed. Unfortunately your staffing issues are not my problem. Maybe they should not have acquired more centers if they could not support the volume. So supposedly they were putting in a request for a technician to call me with an appointment (this was on 7/15/19) but I have yet to hear from anyone. I am still waiting for my couch to be repaired. I wonder how long it will take to get a technician out here. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Buyers beware of this scammy trashy place. I spent over $6k on furniture and have had nothing but issues. The delivery dates were two months out, the specialist I worked with outright lied about the dates. I didn't know until I received the email receipt later that day. Cannot get ahold of the store, only get an automated AI system that eventually connects me to someone who can only split my deliveries out into four different ones. Inconvenient and unacceptable. Then I notice the delivery drivers installed the couch next to the wall with a big cut or rip in it and purposely hid it from me. There is no way they didn't see it, but the way it's arranged I cannot see it. I have been on the phone trying to reach the store, a human, anything. An hour later I get referred to an AI chatbot via text that repeatedly asks me for pictures of the defect. I upload them, over and over and it keeps saying upload a photo. Then says someone will get back to me I will never shop at this garbage company again. read more

My wife and I were there today around 1300hrs looking at sectionals We went around the entire store We were there about 40 minutes and actually found 2 that we liked The store was devoid of customers but had numerous sales people walking around Not one person came to us I guess we will look elsewhere Terrible customer service read more

I purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress which is obviously defective. The springs poke me. The store policy is that the mattress has to have a 1&1/2" dip measurement. That's the only defect the warranty covers. Ashley's and Stearns & Foster have lost me forever. read more

I wish I could give less than one star. I was guaranteed delivery on this upcoming Saturday so I planned our entire Thanksgiving vacation around it. The worst furniture store ever. The prick Mark tries to make you pay before showing you what he is actually charging for you for. He THEN applies the discount that he said he would originally put down and acts sorry about it that he forgot. He also lies about saying an item will come assembled when it clearly does not. One of the most asshole salesmen that deserves to be fired or get his teeth rocked!!! Ashley's furniture will also send out a damaged piece of furniture, refuse to give a refund when it comes damaged and will try to give you a replacement but tell you the item is on back order for a month!! Don't buy from here, this place sucks, Mark Levering sucks and their policies are trash. Worst furniture experience ever. Had to dispute with my bank just to get my money back. I have shopped and spent thousands of dollar at this store. I expected to purchase a new item when we got home and removed the dresser out of the box it came in, the product was damaged. I immediately called the store and they have a policy where you have to call customer service and wait for days to get anything type resolution. All they did was send a technician to attempt to fix the damage. Guess what it still not fixed or t looks worst then what it came in. Instead of honoring and replacing this damaged product they sold. They give you a hard time. Buyer please beware. Do not buy anything from them unless you are ok with getting broken furniture. The first two picture is that damage. The last two picture is supposed to be the repair. read more

This store never delivers the furniture on time. I was already told of this issue but, tried it anyway. Now I have no furniture for my guest on Christmas to sit on even when ordering weeks ahead of time. Customer service sucks as well. I would not suggest shopping g at this store. read more

Employees don't know what there doing. Was expecting my order on the 18th. Didn't get any notifications or anything and right on my receipt it's says delivery date the 18th. So I threw my couch set and bed away thinking my new stuff would arrive. Still no call saying they were coming. So I went into the store when opened and asked them what was going on. THEY TOLD ME IT WAS BACK ORDERED TIL NEXT WEEKEND! I asked him well why would the sales person tell me this? I took off work to be home and tossed my old stuff away. The salesman said "SOMETIMES THE SALES PEOPLE ARE SCARED TO TELL PEOPLE STUFF IS BACKORDERED BC THEY GET MAD" like what the heck kind of response is that!!! Will not be back to this store ever! read more

The service at the Avondale Ashley store was disappointing, to say the least. I drove there this afternoon looking for a supposedly available ottoman (advertised online as available to see in Avondale but it was not), and the man in front was visibly annoyed at being interrupted in looking at his cellphone. They didn't have the ottoman and he right went back to his cellphone with no offer of assistance, nothing. I walked next door to Lina Furniture and bought an ottoman there and experienced good attentive service. read more

WARNING!! Do not buy at the store. If you got approved for their credit you can order online without having to pay any money upfront for taxes and delivery fee. In fact you'll get better pricing and longer terms. I agree with the other customers reviews the sales people at this store are nothing but old run down ex car sales man. I went their yesterday to place the order for my bed. Mind you I was there the night before so I already knew what I wanted. The sales person I talked to gave us the pricing and if approve we can finance for 12 months at $1,300 and $1,800 at 18 month financing. WELL let me tell you guys I got approved and order my bed online without having to deal with any of these SHADY people and got 18 month terms without having to pay higher price for the bed. So people please just use the showroom to see the furniture. You can apply for credit if you wish to use credit online as well as placing the orders. The sales people at the store will alter pricing, terms and make it seem you'll getting a good deal when in reality you're not. read more

Jim was a fantastic help. He has a positive attitude, answered all my questions professionally, fast transaction. Would buy from him again.

Went looking for a replacement sofa or sectional for a business. Luis greeted us when entering and pointed out some leather options. We were thinking leather and non reclining styles. Came across the Modmax and were immediately sold. The sofa was comfy, looked great and could stand a lot of usage. Luis was great in giving us the available options, colors, and configurations. He was not pushy as some sales associates can be. The floor was easy to maneuver and so much to see. Ashley really stepped up their game from years ago. Great looking styles for everyone, durable fabrics and real leather. I remember the days of by cast and cheap 'leather' substitutes. Will be back to look for myself. read more

Went in to find a couch. I dont know how else to say this, Mark was a complete asshole. He was the stereotypical slick sales puke, treated us like we were doing him a favor. My wife was looking at barstools, which we were going to add to our purchase of a couch, insted we went to Living Spaces and purchased everything. He kept making comments regarding women in general. I honestly wanted to pop him in the mouth. We left without purchasing anything and I doubt that I will ever step into an Ashley store again. What a douche. read more

Not impressed at all. We've been looking for a new living room set and been to quite a few stores. The parking lot sucks if you come in near Sams Club so be cautious. The prices here are ridiculous. Prime example is we saw the exact same couch from American Furniture warehouse for thousands less. Not one salesperson stopped us to offer any help. For that price you think they'd be looking for you. The store was clean and decor nice, but needless to say we'll look elsewhere. read more

Literally the worst products and service other than one beautiful lady (Karen) The very first sales guy was the ultimate car salesman. He even tried to over charge us by 3k and when I shared it with the manager he responded by saying " no one has ever complained about him" I even showed him the proof of the over charges. He didn't care. We decided to work with Karen instead and she is wonderful. The bed was delivered broken. When they realized it, they left us with 1/2 a bed for about a week. Then we realized they left us with a broken drawer on a dresser. They sent someone to fix it only for it to break again weeks later. Again, someone had to come out. Today I came in to buy a love seat only because we went it to match what we have and the manager would not let me use the Ashley card with my husbands name on it. We have the same last name and he has personally worked with us multiple times. The customer service here is just awful. You would think with the issues and the thousands we spent in here just weeks ago ... he would make my life a little easy today. read more

Exceptional customer service from Mark and Giovanni. Came to them with an unexpected issue and they were quick to respond and resolve it!

RUN! Anywhere but here! We ordered an entire living room set on August 5th and were given a deliver date of 10/23. On the 20th we got a call saying the 28th. I got the date changed to 10/24. On the 23rd we got a call that said no delivery until the end of November. OH. HELL. NO! We went to the store and cancelled the entire order. We went to Mor Furniture on 10/23, guess what? 10/24 and the furniture is in my living room. Now, here's the caveat...we had to pick up the furniture at their local warehouse. We were not given that option from Ashley, because their warehouse is lord knows where. Go to Mor! Ashley needs to just go away. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. spend your money elsewhere. While they may have quality furniture their customer service is horrific and I'm sure you can find the same quality at living spaces. I recently purchased a $4000 mattress from them on 2/21. It was delivered a few days later. The delivery guy/s must have rested the mattress on the ground and it was raining out that day. We noticed a brown ring around the corner of the mattress the next day. Trying to get anyone on the phone from their store is impossible. I finally got a girl to listen to me. I sent pictures of the top and bottom of the mattress which had even more brown circles you would see on your roof from water damage. Finally days later a replacement gets approved after calling over and over again for resolution. I had to threaten to address the issue with a manger in person on their busiest day for anyone to even listen to me. Second the $250 pillows we selected were entered incorrectly because the salesperson had the wrong tag on it. I had to drive down to the store to get the correct sku number. Drive down to their warehouse the next day to pick up the correct order. Third the fabric stabled to the bottom of the box spring was not even attached when removed from the package. Of course we didn't see this because they placed the heavy mattress on top of the packaged box springs. Here we are on May 11 after taking 3 full days off from work I finally receive my replacement mattress and of course it's damaged as well so the delivery driver refused it on my behalf. My replacement box spring is scheduled to arrive in 2 days. That's 4 days I am having to take off of work for this. I have no idea when they will schedule a replacement for my mattress at this point but when that happens it will make for a total of 5 days off for a single mattress purchase. Customer service doesn't care one bit. They don't care about your frustration. They don't care about the loss of money from time you have take off work. Doesn't care the frustrations it is causing you. They don't even call you back! You have to chase them down to get anything done!!!! Once the sale is made consider yourself screwed. You will NEVER receive the same customer service from them again. It's absolutely disappointed and sickening how the treat people; how little they value their customers. I will never purchase a thing from them again. I will never recommend them again. I have spent close to 20k at this store since 2014 and this is how they treat their loyal, returning customers. These stars are for Angel, an extremely knowledgable associate that knew exactly what couch I was talking about when I walked in. He took me straight to it. I told him I wasn't going to be buying it there because I live in Alaska and just wanted to get eyes on it and physically measure it to see if it would fit my space. He got a tape measurer and helped with the task. He also provided details on the delivery and setup process. Excellent work Angel. Thank you!! read more

I decided to take the chance given the reviews I read online. I'll start by the lack of communication and transparency with the sales associates at this store to make a sale. Telling us the items were available and the earliest they can be deliver were 2/9/2021. That was all said upon purchasing my items. I took the day off to make sure I was present for my items only to find out they were not available and have yet to even be built at the warehouse. Grant, did not clarify to us this situation. Had he just explain the situation or communicated with us about the delivery status I would have been okay. I had to call to get information about my order only to be told otherwise. I should be compensated for my time or some sort. Such an inconvenience. I "myself" work in a high volume business corporate environment. Where we strive in customer service and communication between our sales and customer. This is how businesses lose there customers. I'll go to living spaces for the remaining of my future purchase. 2-23-2021 update... Just received my shipment and guess what. I ordered black and this is whah I received. I just want this horrible experience to be over with. Give me what I paid and ordered and move on. You had one job! That was to place my order and ship the correct item. Instead you also failed at shipping me my set in "BLACK" What a horrible experience family and friends do not buy here you will regret. It's not worth the headache and stress. You have been warned. 2nd day I took off to be present and they failed all times. I even asked to be compensated they decline to honor. At the point I should not even be charged for all your mistakes. I want my reimbursement and items for two business days and the hours I I spent on the phone. read more

First of all, they didn't greet us but greeted everyone else. We were in the store for an hour looking around at different furniture section in the store. Friendly staff. Great sales, very patient with our time and made some great suggestions to help us choose the furniture. Good delivery service. Customer service at the Headquarter was excellent, walked us through troubleshooting process and answered our questions. My only suggestion is to remove several sales people from the entrance door as I felt overwhelmed by their presence when entering the store. 5/3/21 - changing rating to 1. Please don't waste your time buying from Ashley, I ordered a bed and when they came to install It they not only broke my bed frame I purchased but also stole a tool they used from me. They said they will follow up with me to fix it, it's been 2 months almost 3 and having hardly any communication with them. They won't return my calls and the store is not helpful at all regarding online purchasing. Please purchase from Another company who values customer support. I will not shop at Ashley Furniture online ever again! Their customer service is horrible! We ordered an area rug that got processed incorrectly we had to cancel that part of the order before we received it it It took almost 2 freaking weeks to get through to their customer service, finally the shipment was rerouted back to Ashley and they received it on 5/18 per UPS tracking Here we are 2-3 weeks later trying to get through yet again because we haven't received a credit for the rug ($200) Their online messaging customer service is a joke and their phone customer service is even more of a joke if that's possible....wait on hold for 20-30 min then be told you can leave a message and they'll get back to you in 48 to 96hrs (2-4 days)! customer service employees can definitely work from home and take calls / if they're this backed up with customers calling in then they need to help the economy and hire some more Terrible experience read more

Low quality and a lot of inconsistencies with one couch we purchased. We recently had a tech come to our house to send in a request to replace the seated cushion on a part of our couch sectional. The cushion was to high on this piece and sticks up over 1/2" from the rest of the couch. The back cushion of one of our pieces is filled with something completely different than the rest of the couch as well. The tech came to our house noticed the differences and ordered in another cushion and the same oversized cushion arrived =\. We are still waiting to find out if they will attempt to send the correct ones but more than likely the tech will have to come back out to inspect the same thing and report it again. See photos for inconsistencies. First piece of furniture I have purchased from Ashley and so far it has been a bad experience. read more

We bought a sofa 6 weeks ago. They had to order it. It came in two weeks later but they couldn't deliver it until a month after that. THIS MATTRESS IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and we have not had any satisfactory response from Ashley nor Beautyrest! We have been customers previously, but will now take our business elsewhere and we will tell our family and friends DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT BUY BEAUTYREST. We purchased a mattress from this store and have had extreme difficulty getting our issues resolved. We have had LESS than two months of ownership and only two nights of using this mattress in our Guest Bedroom. Our guests even commented on the uncomfortableness of it. The mattress is sagging horribly in the middle and is very uncomfortable. We phoned and went into store to discuss replacing the mattress and they sent a technician out and he could also see it was faulty. However, we have not been able to get it replaced as we were told it was only because we removed the tags! (Which are only able to be removed by the consumer). Expecting that it would be ok as it was a BEAUTYREST mattress, we removed the tags and we expected all would be perfect. IT WAS NOT!! Where do I start? You'd think the purchase of a coffee table would be a simple transaction, but that was not the case. We picked out and paid for the table and went on our merry way to pick it up. After driving from Goodyear to the warehouse at 37th Ave and Van Buren, we're told (despite showing them the receipt with the order number) they have no record of our order. They wouldn't call the store, so my husband had to do it. They finally find the order only to tell us they don't have the table, but it's on back order until mid-February. They agree to sell us the floor model at a discounted rate, so here comes the second trip to the store. The salesperson who said we'd get an additional discount neglected to tell the manager of her promise to us. The manager was a little snippy, but finally agreed to what we had been promised. They had no one to assist with the table and wouldn't even give us something to wrap it in to protect it from banging against the truck bed on the drive home.
