Although they were able to match the price we received from AFW, there customer service is terrible. We have to wait until 2 days before deliver to find out what time they will deliver the product and then you are given a four hour window. When they delivered the product the console did not have the correct attachments so they had to schedule for a technician to come out to fix it. The delivery team were nice and took pictures and sent in all the information for the technician to come fix the console. I had to wait two weeks for the technician to come out and again I had to wait for 2 days before to give me the window of time (good thing I have a flexible schedule to make last minute adjustments to my schedule to accommodate their delivery/arrival time). When the technician showed up he took the same pictures and had to call to order the parts. He was on hold 25 mins the first time before he was disconnected and then he called back and had to wait another 35+ mins before they answered his call to the distribution center. Once he ordered the parts that were going to take 10 business days to receive in the mail, I was told I could schedule an appointment for a technician to come out after I received both pieces. Well now two weeks later, the parts arrived and now to call for an appointment. I called 6 different times and was on hold greater than 25 mins each time. Finally after never being able to get through on the number you are supposed to call 866.436.3388, I finally went to the store to speak to a live person. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was directed to the back of the store. The manager asked if I had pushed the number to speak to a customer service rep, which I replied I have tried every button on the phone to try to get to a live person and have had to be on hold for multiple different times. He stated that they just acquired a new division with 17 more locations and they are short staffed. Unfortunately your staffing issues are not my problem. Maybe they should not have acquired more centers if they could not support the volume. So supposedly they were putting in a request for a technician to call me with an appointment (this was on 7/15/19) but I have yet to hear from anyone. I am still waiting for my couch to be repaired. I wonder how long it will take to get a technician out here. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Buyers beware of this scammy trashy place. I spent over $6k on furniture and have had nothing but issues. The delivery dates were two months out, the specialist I worked with outright lied about the dates. I didn't know until I received the email receipt later that day. Cannot get ahold of the store, only get an automated AI system that eventually connects me to someone who can only split my deliveries out into four different ones. Inconvenient and unacceptable. Then I notice the delivery drivers installed the couch next to the wall with a big cut or rip in it and purposely hid it from me. There is no way they didn't see it, but the way it's arranged I cannot see it. I have been on the phone trying to reach the store, a human, anything. An hour later I get referred to an AI chatbot via text that repeatedly asks me for pictures of the defect. I upload them, over and over and it keeps saying upload a photo. I purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress which is obviously defective. The springs poke me. The store policy is that the mattress has to have a 1&1/2" dip measurement. That's the only defect the warranty covers. Ashley's and Stearns & Foster have lost me forever. read more

I have shopped and spent thousands of dollar at this store. I expected to purchase a new item when we got home and removed the dresser out of the box it came in, the product was damaged. I immediately called the store and they have a policy where you have to call customer service and wait for days to get anything type resolution. All they did was send a technician to attempt to fix the damage. Guess what it still not fixed or t looks worst then what it came in. Instead of honoring and replacing this damaged product they sold. Employees don't know what there doing. Was expecting my order on the 18th. Didn't get any notifications or anything and right on my receipt it's says delivery date the 18th. So I threw my couch set and bed away thinking my new stuff would arrive. Still no call saying they were coming. So I went into the store when opened and asked them what was going on. I drove there this afternoon looking for a supposedly available ottoman (advertised online as available to see in Avondale but it was not), and the man in front was visibly annoyed at being interrupted in looking at his cellphone. Went looking for a replacement sofa or sectional for a business. Luis greeted us when entering and pointed out some leather options. We were thinking leather and non reclining styles. Came across the Modmax and were immediately sold. The sofa was comfy, looked great and could stand a lot of usage. Luis was great in giving us the available options, colors, and configurations. He was not pushy as some sales associates can be. The floor was easy to maneuver and so much to see. Ashley really stepped up their game from years ago. Not impressed at all. We've been looking for a new living room set and been to quite a few stores. The parking lot sucks if you come in near Sams Club so be cautious. The prices here are ridiculous. Literally the worst products and service other than one beautiful lady (Karen) The very first sales guy was the ultimate car salesman. He even tried to over charge us by 3k and when I shared it with the manager he responded by saying " no one has ever complained about him" I even showed him the proof of the over charges. He didn't care. We decided to work with Karen instead and she is wonderful. The bed was delivered broken. When they realized it, they left us with 1/2 a bed for about a week. Then we realized they left us with a broken drawer on a dresser. They sent someone to fix it only for it to break again weeks later. Again, someone had to come out. Today I came in to buy a love seat only because we went it to match what we have and the manager would not let me use the Ashley card with my husbands name on it. We have the same last name and he has personally worked with us multiple times. The customer service here is just awful. On the 23rd we got a call that said no delivery until the end of November. OH. HELL. NO! We went to the store and cancelled the entire order. We went to Mor Furniture on 10/23, guess what? 10/24 and the furniture is in my living room. Now, here's the caveat...we had to pick up the furniture at their local warehouse. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. spend your money elsewhere. While they may have quality furniture their customer service is horrific and I'm sure you can find the same quality at living spaces. I recently purchased a $4000 mattress from them on 2/21. It was delivered a few days later. The delivery guy/s must have rested the mattress on the ground and it was raining out that day. We noticed a brown ring around the corner of the mattress the next day. Trying to get anyone on the phone from their store is impossible. I finally got a girl to listen to me. I sent pictures of the top and bottom of the mattress which had even more brown circles you would see on your roof from water damage. Finally days later a replacement gets approved after calling over and over again for resolution. I had to threaten to address the issue with a manger in person on their busiest day for anyone to even listen to me. Second the $250 pillows we selected were entered incorrectly because the salesperson had the wrong tag on it. I had to drive down to the store to get the correct sku number. Drive down to their warehouse the next day to pick up the correct order. Third the fabric stabled to the bottom of the box spring was not even attached when removed from the package. Of course we didn't see this because they placed the heavy mattress on top of the packaged box springs. Here we are on May 11 after taking 3 full days off from work I finally receive my replacement mattress and of course it's damaged as well so the delivery driver refused it on my behalf. My replacement box spring is scheduled to arrive in 2 days. That's 4 days I am having to take off of work for this. I have no idea when they will schedule a replacement for my mattress at this point but when that happens it will make for a total of 5 days off for a single mattress purchase. Customer service doesn't care one bit. They don't care about your frustration. They don't care about the loss of money from time you have take off work. Doesn't care the frustrations it is causing you. They don't even call you back! You have to chase them down to get anything done!!!! Once the sale is made consider yourself screwed. You will NEVER receive the same customer service from them again. It's absolutely disappointed and sickening how the treat people; how little they value their customers. I will never purchase a thing from them again. I will never recommend them again. I have spent close to 20k at this store since 2014 and this is how they treat their loyal, returning customers. Telling us the items were available and the earliest they can be deliver were 2/9/2021. That was all said upon purchasing my items. I took the day off to make sure I was present for my items only to find out they were not available and have yet to even be built at the warehouse. Grant, did not clarify to us this situation. Had he just explain the situation or communicated with us about the delivery status I would have been okay. I had to call to get information about my order only to be told otherwise. I should be compensated for my time or some sort. Such an inconvenience. I "myself" work in a high volume business corporate environment. Where we strive in customer service and communication between our sales and customer. This is how businesses lose there customers. We ordered an area rug that got processed incorrectly we had to cancel that part of the order before we received it it It took almost 2 freaking weeks to get through to their customer service, finally the shipment was rerouted back to Ashley and they received it on 5/18 per UPS tracking Here we are 2-3 weeks later trying to get through yet again because we haven't received a credit for the rug ($200) Their online messaging customer service is a joke and their phone customer service is even more of a joke if that's possible....wait on hold for 20-30 min then be told you can leave a message and they'll get back to you in 48 to 96hrs (2-4 days)! customer service employees can definitely work from home and take calls / if they're this backed up with customers calling in then they need to help the economy and hire some more Terrible experience read more

Low quality and a lot of inconsistencies with one couch we purchased. We recently had a tech come to our house to send in a request to replace the seated cushion on a part of our couch sectional. The cushion was to high on this piece and sticks up over 1/2" from the rest of the couch. The back cushion of one of our pieces is filled with something completely different than the rest of the couch as well. The tech came to our house noticed the differences and ordered in another cushion and the same oversized cushion arrived =\. We are still waiting to find out if they will attempt to send the correct ones but more than likely the tech will have to come back out to inspect the same thing and report it again. When delivery day came we had to call and find out where our sofa was, and they said it will now be "estimated" delivery in 2 more weeks. Customer service is lousy. We have been customers previously, but will now take our business elsewhere and we will tell our family and friends DO NOT SHOP HERE AND DO NOT BUY BEAUTYREST. We purchased a mattress from this store and have had extreme difficulty getting our issues resolved. We have had LESS than two months of ownership and only two nights of using this mattress in our Guest Bedroom. Our guests even commented on the uncomfortableness of it. We phoned and went into store to discuss replacing the mattress and they sent a technician out and he could also see it was faulty. However, we have not been able to get it replaced as we were told it was only because we removed the tags! (Which are only able to be removed by the consumer). Expecting that it would be ok as it was a BEAUTYREST mattress, we removed the tags and we expected all would be perfect. IT WAS NOT!!
