    The worst furniture store ever. The prick Mark tries to make you pay before showing you what he is actually charging for you for. He THEN applies the discount that he said he would originally put down and acts sorry about it that he forgot. He also lies about saying an item will come assembled when it clearly does not. One of the most asshole salesmen that deserves to be fired or get his teeth rocked!!! Ashley's furniture will also send out a damaged piece of furniture, refuse to give a refund when it comes damaged and will try to give you a replacement but tell you the item is on back order for a month!! Don't buy from here, this place sucks, Mark Levering sucks and their policies are trash. Worst furniture experience ever. Had to dispute with my bank just to get my money back. Will never come here ever again

    The supposed repair

    I have shopped and spent thousands of dollar at this store. I expected to purchase a new item when we got home and removed the dresser out of the box it came in, the product was damaged. I immediately called the store and they have a policy where you have to call customer service and wait for days to get anything type resolution. All they did was send a technician to attempt to fix the damage. Guess what it still not fixed or t looks worst then what it came in. Instead of honoring and replacing this damaged product they sold. They give you a hard time. Buyer please beware. Do not buy anything from them unless you are ok with getting broken furniture. The first two picture is that damage. The last two picture is supposed to be the repair.

    WARNING!! Do not buy at the store. If you got approved for their credit you can order online without having to pay any money upfront for taxes and delivery fee. In fact you'll get better pricing and longer terms. I agree with the other customers reviews the sales people at this store are nothing but old run down ex car sales man. I went their yesterday to place the order for my bed. Mind you I was there the night before so I already knew what I wanted. The sales person I talked to gave us the pricing and if approve we can finance for 12 months at $1,300 and $1,800 at 18 month financing. WELL let me tell you guys I got approved and order my bed online without having to deal with any of these SHADY people and got 18 month terms without having to pay higher price for the bed. So people please just use the showroom to see the furniture. You can apply for credit if you wish to use credit online as well as placing the orders. The sales people at the store will alter pricing, terms and make it seem you'll getting a good deal when in reality you're not.

    Whatever you do do not order furniture from Ashley furniture. The furniture that you order will not be delivered, or will be partially delivered, and customer service will do nothing to assist you in any fashion. We ordered bedroom set months ago, and they have done little to fulfill the order. We've received parts but still missing screws bolts and pieces. Please please order from some other company. You'll thank me when you get your furniture in a timely and complete manner.

    Guillermo was an amazing help to us when buying our new dining room table! We went in with one thing in mind and came out with something better!! We will be back to purchase any furniture we need!!!

A mattress should improve sleep, not create health issues. The warranty claim process was extremely difficult and frustrating. Filing a claim took far too much effort, and when an inspector was finally sent out, it felt like the decision had already been made before he arrived. My claim was denied because he said he found a stain on the mattress, which came across as a convenient reason to reject the warranty rather than a fair inspection. I would not recommend American Furniture for mattresses or major purchases. As a social media influencer with millions of followers, I believe in sharing honest experiences, and I will be releasing a full video soon detailing this experience so others can make an informed decision. ----------------- Response to AFW comment: Hello, Thank you for the response, but I respectfully disagree with how this was handled and would like to clarify a few points. While the mattress is over five years old, that is exactly why a long-term warranty matters. Normal use over time should not automatically invalidate a warranty claim, especially when the primary issue is loss of support causing back pain and physical discomfort. Also, to be clear, there was no major stain on the mattress. The claim was denied based on a minor mark that does not affect the structure, support, or performance of the mattress, which was the actual concern being reported. When customers purchase a mattress with a warranty, it is the store's responsibility to clearly explain what can void that warranty at the time of sale. It was never explained that a minor, non-structural mark could result in a complete denial years later, regardless of the defect being claimed. The issue here is not whether mattress covers are recommended. The issue is that the warranty process felt designed to deny claims rather than fairly evaluate them. The inspection appeared predetermined, and the stain was used as a blanket reason to dismiss the complaint without addressing the actual problem of support failure. Saying this is "industry standard" does not make it acceptable. Customers reasonably expect a warranty to protect them from defects, not to be nullified by common, non-structural issues after years of normal use. I am sharing my experience so others can make informed decisions, and I will be releasing a full video soon detailing this process and why it felt unfair and dismissive.

BUYER BEWARE!…read more We recently purchased the S3 King mattress only, through the Avondale Sleep Number store on April 15th 2021 in the amount of $2,283.71 The transaction went well and the product was delivered (2 boxes) within the 3 week timeline. However, I have serious issues with this purchase and have an open complaint on the product just 2 days after the mattress was delivered by UPS and we set it up. Customer Service asked me to try it for 30 days, I'm not giving this product one more night as I am calling to request the return shipping labels and we will be sending this disaster back to the Sleep Number Warehouse located somewhere in the state of Utah... Return charges of $30.00 per box 1) The foam sides that connect within the zippered cover along with the foam insert that fits between the air bladders are deeper/taller than the air bladders. This minor flaw creates a 'hills and valleys' effect as is visible in the photos provided. Filling the bladders to 100% capacity does not eliminate the issue. 2) The inside of the padded and quilted top of this zippered cover has long, threads connecting from tuft to tuft and other long threads that were never trimmed. Terrible craftsmanship. 3) The cotton type fabric that must be tucked into the zippered cover while zipping this cover closed is fraying at the top center. 4) The zipper fails to close easily on the right side as it appears to be sewn incorrectly, plus too much fabric, thus creating a lumpy and uneven appearance. 5) The egg crate type of foam layer that goes between the air bladders and the poorly constructed padded and quilted top is not measured to fit properly, making it impossible to zip closed correctly without being bunched up on the top or bottom corners. I have shared photos of this overpriced and poorly constructed air mattress.
