Paul provided absolutely outstanding service!…read more We woke up to discover our refrigerator had stopped working and everything was beginning to defrost. I messaged the bargain busters before business hours and received a response within minutes. Within an hour, Paul had diagnosed the problem and helped us schedule a replacement as repair didn't really make sense in my case. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way. It's rare to find someone who acts this quickly while still providing such excellent customer service. I highly recommend Paul to anyone needing appliance service.
