I have used Maricopa Appliance Repair several times for things that need attention in our house…read more After unsuccessfully attempting to repair our decade old washing machine the decision was made that it could not be repaired without the costs being prohibitive, so I was only charged for the service call, and advised to buy a new machine. I appreciate their honesty and quick work. I will absolutely use them again in the future. We have had a couple of different technicians come to the house. The last two times it was Santiago, who is friendly and honest and tries his best to accommodate schedules.

The technician told my son that the handle was broken. My son doesn't live here and would have no way of knowing if the handle was broken. It was NOT broken previous to the technician coming. There also is a chip in my stove top okay when I left a voicemail regarding these damages he says that that's impossible. He admitted to me that he had to remove the entire casing so how is it not possible that a chip could happen something could have hit my stove top a tool could have banged against it. Once I informed him that neither the handle or the chip was there before he came he stopped responding unfortunately I'm a single working parent and needed to be at work and was not able to supervise him so he's taking full advantage of this stating that he's not going to fix these. Why can't he just take responsibility for his mistake Photos attached. The video is of my Granddaughter showing me as soon as she got home.

I highly encourage a visit to the showroom. Looks like they carry quite a bit of inventory. Let me just tell you right upfront, stay away from this appliance store. Jason is plain and simple…read morea crook in my opion. First time ever doing business with him and he the absolute worst. Delivered a broken refrigerated that at no point worked. He claimed that he had a new compressor in it (not true) he refused to produce anything that would verify it. He also failed to produce anything that would verify that he had in fact replaced the faulty compressor for the second time. When asked to produce any time of paper work that would verify the compressor change he became very, very angry and started throwing used parts from old units and yelling obsenities to the top of his lungs. I pointed out to him his behavior was reckless and violent and his response was he could do what ever he wanted because it was his store. I left with the situatuon completely unresolved for that reason. I will be suing him in small claims a filing report for his violent behavior. There is a lot more but I hope anyone that reads this will get the jist of this post and think twice before getting caught in a web of bad business prior to doing business.
