We were sent a text confirming the appointment and who would be coming. The day of the appointment Jordan, the tech, texted to say he was on his way. We really appreciated that we were kept up to date on every aspect of the appointment. Jordan quickly diagnosed the issue with the washer; he had the parts on hand; and got the washer up and running. Jordan was very knowledgeable, efficient, professional, respectful, and friendly. We would highly recommend them for any appliance repairs.

Let me just tell you right upfront, stay away from this appliance store. Jason is plain and simple…read morea crook in my opion. First time ever doing business with him and he the absolute worst. Delivered a broken refrigerated that at no point worked. He claimed that he had a new compressor in it (not true) he refused to produce anything that would verify it. He also failed to produce anything that would verify that he had in fact replaced the faulty compressor for the second time. When asked to produce any time of paper work that would verify the compressor change he became very, very angry and started throwing used parts from old units and yelling obsenities to the top of his lungs. I pointed out to him his behavior was reckless and violent and his response was he could do what ever he wanted because it was his store. I left with the situatuon completely unresolved for that reason. I will be suing him in small claims a filing report for his violent behavior. There is a lot more but I hope anyone that reads this will get the jist of this post and think twice before getting caught in a web of bad business prior to doing business. I made to huge mistake of paying cash up front.

I highly encourage a visit to the showroom. Looks like they carry quite a bit of inventory. Save your money and avoid this company. I recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Home Depot…read moreand opted out of their installation service. Home Depot referred me to Martinez Appliance and Plumbing. I was charged $350 for the installation of both appliances--a price I found excessive, but I agreed because the technician, Johnny Martinez, was available the next day and I was preparing to leave town. The installation took over an hour, and I paid him the full amount as agreed. Shortly after he left, I detected a strong smell of gas coming from the dryer. I immediately contacted the gas company, who instructed me to evacuate the home due to a serious safety risk. Upon inspection, the gas company confirmed a major gas leak caused by the use of incorrect hardware during installation. According to them, Johnny Martinez's poor workmanship directly endangered my household. Thankfully, the gas company was able to correct the issue by installing the proper fittings, and the leak was resolved within 15 minutes. Unfortunately, I am now out $350 for a service that not only failed but also put my family in harm's way. Additionally, Johnny used packaging ties--not even proper zip ties--to secure the washing machine drain hose, which is completely unacceptable given the price charged. In summary: Unsafe, unprofessional, and overpriced. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.
