Sometimes you'll get vouchers for donations of pet food or certain categories like men's jeans, so you'll want to know what you might want to bring when. They did not setup until the day before the sale and advertised those pieces to the general public, placing some outside for very cheap. They practically gave them away, far from the prices David quoted us. They allowed dogs off leash in the house during the sale, including what appeared to be their own. They chipped our tile, allowed dogs to pee in the house, chipped a door. They put most items and furniture outside in hot June. Burned the lawn with rubber mats when we're trying to sell. We couldn't water the lawn for six days because of the items. They did not clean up until two days after the sale. We had to pile the mess in the backyard when we came home. We regret believing David. He didn't appear to be at the sale. We had neighbors complain to us and cameras on the outside to observe. We also checked the house and items every evening. We know what happened and regret the experience.
