From the moment we walked in, George was friendly and respectful. After we chose a couch, we had some hesitation about affordability, and that's when William stepped in with thoughtful advice and practical options that truly helped. Since it was Sunday, it initially looked like delivery wouldn't happen until Tuesday but William went above and beyond and made arrangements for same-day delivery. To top it off, George delivered the couch himself. Because of them, my home was ready in time for my family. This was genuinely the best customer service experience. They both made a stressful situation easy and pleasant.

At least she said she was the owner, is probably the rudest sales representative I have ever been in contact with. Over glasses, she has four. I will post pictures. I bought these SAME glasses years ago at THE DOLLAR STORE. I told "the owner", I returned to this store to see if the prices had gone down on these glasses. ONE glass she has prized at a "discount" of $7.50. She YELLED AT ME... and said well the person that brought those glasses in, DOSEN'T shop in the dollar store, "SO WHY DONT TOU GET OUT OF MY STORE AND SHOP AT DOLLAR STORE." I think I will! They said it would take 2 weeks to do, and they called 12 days later when it was ready for pickup. Very pleasant people to work with. I would definitely recommend this place. One thing I would recommend to someone just replacing a small section(cushion, arm rest, etc), of leather on an old sectional or couch, is take your time picking out that new leather color. I rushed it just a bit, and wanted to match the original leather color, not the color of the worn areas. So, just take your time balancing out what color you want to match. Once again, these guys did a perfect job replacing the affected area with the leather of my choosing.

This place is much bigger than what meets the eye at the front door too, so many great pieces and never before seen (for me) decorative items. The store is very welcoming... when we walked in we were greeted by a nice man (who I assumed was Mr Robyn) who just let us roam around and made himself available for questions in case we had any. No pushy sales people and excellent customer service. I also noticed that they keep up with the seasons, they must have a big inventory and are always changing out certain sections of the floor for certain items (or their items sell so fast.) We found a great art wall piece that is a custom painting at an extremely fair price. Also, the couches and chairs are very nice with surprisingly great prices. I'd highly recommend this place as your go to spot for all furniture and decorative needs.

You're going to run into just the right thing eventually. This is just the right place to find that piece at just the right price. The prices I found were all reasonable, the furniture was decent to high quality, the space was packed full of stuff and they had a lot of art for your walls. They really do have have something for everyone here. There was a lot of big art to take up space on those big empty walls, I really tried to find something that would work for me, but nothing called to my style. I found a lot of great dining sets and dining chairs, but I just picked those items up early this week. I'm down to the last few furniture items on my list, and I was able to find a nice cedar storage trunk and a tv / entertainment cabinet for the living room; two items I had on my list, and they were both a great find. This north west area of the valley really has a lot of great furniture, consignment and antique type shops. I'm definitely sold on shopping this part of town when it comes to furnishing my home and finding those perfect pieces for me.
