From the moment we walked in service was wonderful and the employee we encountered was friendly, helpful and greeted us right away. She even took the time to see if she had a specific thing in stock for us. Unfortunately we left empty handed this time, but I'm sure we'll be back. Prices are a little high for my liking, but with sales I'm sure we'll could find some great items.

I can't speak for the service at checkout however so maybe it is better there. I'll update if I purchase anything then. Store was quite full and felt a bit crammed in some spots, but I'd rather have more than less.

The manager condescendingly told me I had to leave my merchandise because the store was already closed for the night. I informed him that my friend and I were together. He responded that unless we rang up all the items together, I would have to leave my merchandise. I explained that he should not treat customers that way, emphasizing that we are reputable customers, not "beggars," and it was not even five minutes past the closing time. I was standing right next to my friend, browsing the items on sale. I urge corporate to reprimand this manager. His training seems inadequate, and he does not appear qualified for a management position. Another woman on staff was also condescendingly talking back and supporting "Philip." This behavior is unacceptable. We have been loyal patrons of Ross for decades, and this is the first time I have experienced such rudeness, especially from a manager. This interaction ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful night out with my friend. .

Once I proceeded to check out @ Register #2, I inquired about the incident because I saw the individual involved crying and being led to the front to sit down as she was bleeding from her head. I asked the Cashier - Briegia, if the lady was okay because I saw that Briegia was assisting her in the matter along with a couple other employees. She indicated the lady had fallen and cut her head. I commended Briegia for being so ginger in assisting the lady. The professionalism of Briegia's efforts should be noted. By the way, the store was very clean and organized. Came in yesterday during their warehouse sale, an hour before closing. Staff was great, friendly…read moreand able to help us out. This is about the third or fourth time here and there's not much shoppers, so it's like having the store to yourself. I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.
