We continued to walk around the store and still no one said a word to us so we left. I don't know what is going on with businesses today but it just seems to be the policy to ignore customers. I had never been to this location, but I will never go back! I was treated soooo rudely by the…read morecashiers. A floor associate had told my friend and I that there was a promo that if you buy one pair of shoes, you get the second one 25% off. I did think it was weird there was no signage about this deal. I was buying my daughter a present but then I saw a pair I liked as well, so I thought maybe I would buy the second pair. As I was about to check out, the woman in front of me just had one pair to buy. The cashier told her about the special and asked if she wanted a second pair and the lady said no thanks. Then the cashier said well what if I offer you 50% off And she still said no. While I was waiting, I was wondering if I was going to get the same offer. When I got up there she didn't say anything so I asked if I could get 50%. She said no because that was only offered because she didn't already have a second pair. I was so confused, I nicely stated that it didn't really seem right and I'd like the same offer. She then asked the other cashier (not sure if it was a manger,) and I'm not kidding, she looked me up and down and said, "not for her!" I was in shock. I was about to leave the store without anything, but I wanted the shoes for my daughter so I at least got those. However, I have never been treated so rudely at a store and will NEVER go back!!
