I've been back many times over the years and this seems to be Van's best location in my opinion. This visit we had to return and exchange some Christmas gifts for different sizes. This location always has the best selection to choose from. Today we lucked out because they were having one of their great sales. My son was happy that he was able to buy more than originally given to him with it. We were helped by multiple employees and all were so friendly. I was also able to redeem some of my points off the app for some items. If you are unaware of their points program all you have to do is sign up on the Vans family app and every time you make a purchase online login or give your phone number in store. Points can be redeemed towards sweepstakes or items like stickers, pins, water bottles, air pod cases and more. read more

Oh are they getting creative with the merch here which is so much fun. This location does not offer the custom order kiosk, but they sure do offer a lot of styles. Great Customer Service I decided to get my nephew a few pairs of Van's for christmas (just days before Christmas). The store was packed however, the staff was accomdating the needs of all their customers at record speed. This Van's store has a large variety of Styles and always run some type of sale. Current styles and last years styles are always available from toddler to size 13 mens. There are shoes, shirts, skateboards, belts, hats, socks, and so much more. The staff are very helpful and more then willing to check in the back for your size as many times as you would like with no complaints!! read more

i came to buy some shoes and the employees here were very nice and even tied my shoes up for me.

I knew exactly the shoes I wanted. They weren't in stock so they offered to order them online and ship them for free to my house 2-3 days. I agreed ( not very willingly) and went to the register and waited for a little for someone to come help us. Someone finally came to help, we informed her we wanted to place an online order and she helped us get to the screen to fill in our information. We filled it in and during this time she was busy helping someone else. A nother employee approached us and asked if we needed help. We showed her the screen and she said to fill out the payment section and hit complete order, so we did. Thats when I noticed it said 5-7 days for shipping not 2-3 days. I asked the original person who was helpping us and she's said there's nothing she can do about it. Pretty inconvenient and very unprofessional for 3 different employees to help with one transaction and now I have to wait. I went into the store to walk out with new shoes in hand. Not be lied to about the shipping date and no responsibility was taken. Kids working these stores have zero sense of what real customer service looks like. read more

Horrible service, got a pair of shoes as a gift for my girlfriend before Christmas these shoes in particular were sold out all over and I called the store and they confirmed that they had the correct size in. I rushed down there excited to finally get the shoes, I asked the young gentlemen helping me to get me a size 7.5 in women's. He comes back to tell me that all they have in stock is a size 8, so the shoes would be a little big on my girlfriend but it wouldn't be horrible. In the mass chaos I grab the shoes, check out and head home.. Fast forward to Christmas were we realize the man gave us a size 10.5 in womens.. 10.5 that is no where close to a size 8 in womens. Today me and my girlfriend return to the store and explain what happened and young man who we spoke to today (johnathan) pretty much just said that's to bad and it's our problem to figure out. I asked him if this is a normal thing that happens, all I got back was "I can't say exactly what happened but you can go try an outlet". Not even so much as an apology. I am extremely disappointed in the service, this could have been a simple fix but the lack of customer service at this store is unheard of. read more

IDK why more people don't shop at this location. I found better deals here than I do at local outlets. I had to abruptly leave the store before stocking up on some awesome styles that were less than $40. If I'm not careful, I might just spend an hour here and buy something for every outfit. Walked in with the intention of buying a pair of comfortable walking shoes for our vacation to Mexico. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked into the store, and asked if we needed help with anything. I started browsing at the clothing, since almost everything is on sale right now. Yes, I LOVE sales so I went pretty crazy. My husband meanwhile was looking at shoes and found a pair that was also water resistant perfect for the beach. We didn't even know they made these the staff helped us by asking what they were for giving him more options. He finally picked two pairs of which only one was available in his size. One of the other girls at the store went into their backstock, just to make sure the other girl didn't miss them. That just showed that they really do care about their customers. This location has great customer service and like I said before many items are on sale. Will definitely be coming back when purchasing another pair of shoes. read more

I took my little brother here to exchange the shoes I purchased for him for Christmas. When we arrived we were greeted by the staff as we walked in. We went straight to the shoe area so he can choose the ones he wanted, as we were looking a staff member approached us and asked if we needed any help (his name was Marty). He was super friendly and helpful. He offered to grab my little brother any style shoes he wanted so he can try them on and even had some great suggestions since my brother was having a hard time making a decision. When we went up to the counter to pay and the cashier Tailey was just as friendly and helpful! While I was there I noticed that the store was really organized and clean which was a plus! I usually come to this location just because it's close to my house but now I'll defiantly be coming back because of this last experience! read more
