I've been to the other location and never experienced anything like this. It seemed like they were deliberately ignoring us and just wanted us to leave. I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.

The employees were nice, and the store itself is smaller compared to other Kohl's locations. I placed an order for store pickup. The reception in the area can be a little spotty, but you can log into their Wi-Fi--which is a helpful tip. Their Sephora section is also very clean and nicely organized. They do carry home décor and bedding, but the selection is limited due to the store's smaller size.
