They claim that customer satisfaction is their top priority which is the farthest thing from the truth. I tried to return a new item with tags still attached just outside of 90 days not knowing about their changed policy & was greeted with a rude clerk who refused to even give a store credit & stated there was nothing they can do. I also filed a complaint via Better Business Bureau & company responded with "they really don't care & it is my responsibility to look at policy at the register or website." I feel this is very unfair considering their long standing 180 day return policy & not printing their new policy on the receipt. I was a loyal customer but will now take my business elsewhere as this company in my opinion is very deceptive & obviously does not value loyal customers.
