    Bootbarn shaped hat by "Jordan"

One of the nice female employees "Jordan" helped shape my 600$ felt hat today, I was a little reluctant but she seemed confident. I usually only get my hat shaped by another gentlemen who was not here today. I was going for a very specific shape. A mountaineer shape brim, with a pencil curl in the back of the brim, and the front of the brim was made to a soft point rather than a square and was drooped down a bit for the eyes. And she killed the pencil curve as well. The crown was shaped into a custom kinda of a gus/teardrop shape, she then put the hat on my head and made sure it was alined with the geometry of my face, and made minor adjustments. This was just wow.. absolutely great customer service. First time an off the shelf hat felt like a custom. Ask for Jordan, highly recommend.

Way overpriced. Customer service sucks. Getting help or assistance with selecting boots is like pulling teeth from a hen.

I love I can get a coffee from DeGino and shop. Today I bought some homemade soap as I just ran out. I love, love, love the oatmeal soap. Prices are fair; I know some people will say high, but you're paying for hard work and for a local shop to keep money in the town and give back.

The sales people talked amongst themselves and looked at their cellphones. I grabbed a sneaker I wanted, sat, and waited for anyone. I had to get help. I asked for a size 10.5 & the clerk said they only had a 10. When the clerk came back, he said they just got a new shipment in & they have my size. He only gave me one sneaker to try on which I thought was weird. I'm not a hoodlum teenager looking to run out the door & I don't dress like one. When I got home to lace my sneakers the one I didn't try on was scuffed up. I felt duped. So I returned them the next day for an exchanged. Again, I wasn't welcomed. No smiles just faces of disgust. I asked for an exchange. They brought out another pair. This time I inspected them & they were scuffed up too. The clerk had the nerve to say, "Which one you think has less damage & looks better take that one." I said, "No, I'll take the refund. I'm not spending $200 on damaged sneakers." I walked over to Foot Locker to get the same pair, Got 10X better service too.

He literally walked up and said where you put the shoe on and I said huh? He said where did you wear the shoe. I stated no where they had scuffs when I bought them and she had said that's fine any issues you can bring them back. Mind you the soles weren't dirty or anything. He said I have to go ask my manager and the manager stated I could exchange or return them. I asked Brandon to check for shoes he instantly told me every shoe I asked for they were out of without checking. My daughter stated every time she looked up he was staring at her. He made her extremely uncomfortable to the point I just returned the shoes. The manager sat in the back the entire time and never came out when I was upset Brandon accused me of something I did not do. They refused to provide corporates number
