I'd never heard of Maurice's until today when one of my girlfriends asked if I wanted to tag along and do some clothes shopping; well duh you're talking about me here. I loved the bright blue double doors that great you when you walk up. We were greeted right away by one of the women working . Great selection of music playing, bright and airy inside. Loved the color and seating area around the dressing rooms. I knew right away I'd find something I loved before we left. Prices were quite reasonable for most items. The jean options they carried ranged from $29-$59..I'm a middle priced person and refuse to pay $60 for one pair of pants, but I know many who will. All the pants were cute and easily found a pair under $30. Shirts were super comfy and I was able to find multiple. We found someone to open dressing rooms for us to try things on. While inside we were asked if we were doing ok, if we needed different sizes etc which was great. We didn't need help because everything we picked was true to size. They had a few sales like buy one get one half off certain shirts. They also sell jewelry, hair items, as well as shoes. I was pleased at checkout to find out they offer a loyalty program if you give them your number and email. You earn points toward extra discounts. They also have a credit card as well. Love the staff here. They are always super friendly and I would consider myself a regular. I buy a few things once a month or every other month. They are always so helpful and attentive. When I move to Tempe I will still make the trip to GoodYear just so I can go to this location. They know how to make a customer feel welcome and unlike other boutiques they are not pushy with sales. Only because you can't give 0. Not only do they have shitty customer service. Only told I have to wait when and order is stuck in process for 11 days, and..... nothing they can do, the order I placed a week later is already being shipped out. But they want to charge you for shipping return when they do not have any stores open due to covid 19. Will think again before placing more orders or shopping in store. I am disappointed in the shopping experience I had today at this location. I was not greeted nor was I presented with any assistance until after I had a handful of items to try on. I asked the associate if their was a specific product that may arrive soon however the question was answered: "we get a bunch of stuff everyday of the week and we do not know what the shipments contain until boxes are opened". The associate did not offer to check online nor place a special order. I left the store as a dissatisfied customer unknowingly if they had any sales as it was not mentioned throughout my shopping experience here. read more

I was shopping and stopped into Charming Charlie's next door. The service was terrible and I was pleasantly surprised walking into Maurice's afterward. Both Kelsey and Dom were so nice and helpful. They were both very friendly and I never had to ask them for anything- they were on top of it! I have always loved this store. Since I was young and now I am 44 and still shop there. Until now. While I understand Covid 19 is unprecedented I have made several online orders since Covid. Some are local businesses, others large businesses. I placed an order with Maurices on 4-17 and it hasn't even processed yet. While I understand Covid has impacted so many, when you place an order online you expect it to be fulfilled in a timely manner. I will NEVER shop Maurice's online again and maybe never the store again. I had an order placed for my sister's bday and that has since passed. read more

Always great customer service. The clothing seems very durable and they're jeggings are amazing. If you sign up for their texting Club you can save quite a bit of money. This particular store has a beautiful dressing rooms and a good layout. My first shopping experience here they didn't have a particular button up shirt in my size so they offered to check a couple of stores in the valley and even order it with free shipping for me. read more

The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because the customer service. When I walked in the woman was talking to someone that was inquiring about a job and she did not know the process about how she could apply I continued to walk around the store after the woman left. I looked around no help no customer service now hello Have a nice day can I help you with anything nothing. I proceeded to start actually shopping and picking up things off the rack to buy I had been there for a good 20 minutes the woman had been talking to another woman that was trying on some jeans she was using her by first name basis and laughing with her and I just kind of got fed up and was like you know what I'm not doing this when I was getting ready to walk out the woman asked me did I have any questions or if I needed any help and I told her know that I had been here for a good 20 minutes and haven't received any type of help so I was good proceeded to walk out. All together in the area is clean and nice it's a beautiful place a beautiful boutique in everything I would go just with work on the customer service. read more

Very cute clothes for women of all sizes. Size 0-12 in front of store and plus size in the back. Cute accessories too I have 2 pairs of the medallion earrings, one in silver and one in gold I get lots of compliments on. I also have a pair of tan ankle boots I got here. I go to the Chandler store. I most love the jeggings. They are stretchy and form fitting and really compliment my figure. The jeggings are priced pretty reasonably their brand I think are under $30 but some of the tops are a little pricey. read more
