We went to the women's boot section & was passed by another male employee on his phone. As we left the store we passed the same two women STILL engaged in their conversation giggling. Never a thanks for coming in or a goodbye. This was my second time at this store & nothing has changed. Employees just don't care have no desire to help ANYONE, so I will take my business elsewhere & I will NEVER go back. I wish I would have taken pictures of the employees I should also mention it was myself, husband & another couple in the store at the time with 6 employees that I saw.

This trip was all about active wear shorts for my husband. He is a big mountain/road bike guy and he also hikes several days a week. We are in AZ where the temps are rising so it is imperative to have quality clothes that keep you comfortable in 115 temps. My husband (as do I) appreciate the style and looking good, as well. Vuori covers all of the above. The prices at the outlet are such a great deal! They have racks that have an additional 15% off of the sale price! It's almost free ha ha. Seriously, great prices and the selection was incredible! In fact I planned on only buying a couple shorts and ended up with several. There were so many to chose from and of course I loved ALLLLLLL OF THEM! My husband was so happy with the selection and he has worn them proudly on all of his rides, out to dinner and on his hikes. Also something that was a HUGE PERK about this VUORI outlet are the two AMAZING EMPLOYEES that patiently helped me for over an hour! KORA AND JOSE'! They were both awesome from the second we walked in the door. They greeted us with big smiles and started helping us right away. I had many questions about the differences in the shorts and also the sizing. Both Kora and Jose knew Vuori product inside and out. I would pick up a short and they immediately went on about what it provided. I was in awe and of course it made me want MORE! It was very quiet and peaceful in the store. It was near closing so they weren't busy. It was like I had my own personal shopper. Actually I did and they were both wonderful. I learned so much about Vuori and now I am a lifetime fan! Vuori is my FAVORITE BRAND-by a landslide. They are an integration of so many things- they are so super soft, stylish, moisture wicking, high quality and a game changer! Vuori motto- Vuori is much more than a brand it is a way of life-SO TRUE!! I love my Vuori skirts, shorts and leggings! I just literally rotate them -wearing Vuori almost every day. During the interaction, the associate made comments around Men's Wearhouse and similar retailers that they are not and that she doesn't like, which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. That said, I personally would not purchase from this store based on my experience with this associate. On a more positive note, I will note that they do offer a wide variety of selections and seem to do quality work. But overall, it's disappointing when quality customer service and professionalism are difficult to find in environments that should feel welcoming and inclusive.
