Every now and then, it's nice to stroll through the Biltmore Fashion Park. My wife and I…read moreoccasionally make it to a meal or to shop or even play at the Biltmore (or yes, a stroll). I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Went up from San Tan Valley for a well publicized "Yappy Hour" apparently held monthly in the mall…read morecourtyard. What fun even though it was 90 minute drive for me. Decent parking and I found a close handicapped space for the van. Event started promptly at 5:30. A few vendors including our very own Yelp Elite Event spot in Gilbert -Pixie sticks. They had a nice boutique there with an assortment of their items for sale. Joining them with booths were PetSmart (pup cups), a couple dog rescue orgs, and a Halloween photographer. There was also great music and really good cash bar making some excellent cocktails. It was a free event. The cocktails were $9 apiece... decent value. Topped it off with dinner at ZinBurger before I left. There's a few great restaurants up there, so will probably back despite the long drive.

They also have vendors located around the outskirts of the outlet mall where you can purchase food, desserts, drinks, and other snacks, which is a nice added option while shopping. One thing we do not enjoy is how congested the outlet can become, especially during weekends or when events are taking place in the parking lot. This past Sunday, there was a circus set up in the parking lot, which was very unusual for us to see since circuses are typically held in larger open spaces or fields. In addition, there is construction happening in certain parts of the parking area, making parking spaces tighter and traffic more difficult to navigate. Despite the parking challenges, once we found a spot, we were able to shop around comfortably for the items we were looking for and leave accordingly. The outlet offers a wide variety of shops and is conveniently located right across from the Westgate Entertainment District, making it easy to spend the day enjoying the area.

It is well organized and very well stocked, even with current seasonal items. Items are discounted from a normal Pottery Barn about 40% and then there are additional discounts or specials on some items as well. Last but not least, customer service has been fantastic, they walk around with you, check on items, give suggestions. They discontinued it but remodeled it and came out with the next version now a wonderful assistant named Lorraine helped me out and I needed a lot of help. I have a super wide foot. She help me navigate different styles and sizes after measuring my feet now we finally figured out a size and a width, and she helped me cause I'm gonna have to order the shoe. At the register, I was pleasantly surprised that I got a large discount off the shoe for a sale they had running in the store. And Lorraine was quick to let me know I qualified thank you so much. the young lady who helped me was fabulous And I had a question about my arches and she directed me to a nice insert that I can put in and she reminded me that I have a number of days that I can try out the shoe and even the insert and bring them back if I have a problem for a no charge what a great experience fantastic Help from Lorraine five stars.

This location has a variety of shoe selections but a limited clothing and active wear in stock to choose from. Receiving a discount of 2 pairs of shoes made up for how far this location is from home. There are plenty of stores along with a food court. There are some name brand stores and some stores not tied to name brands. There are deals regularly, especially around times like Black Friday and before and after any holiday. My wife really enjoys visiting the Outlets North Phoenix, and we'll plan in advance to spend a chunk of a day in the area visiting stores. I sometimes go in with her, and I sometimes take a book and read it outside while waiting for her. There are more than twenty shops at the Outlets North Phoenix. My wife's favorite is the Ann Taylor Factory Store. We also recently visited Under Armour and Rack Room Shoes. There is also a Coach Outlet, Gap Factory, Michael Kors Outlet, and so much more. The Outlets North Phoenix also has its own Cafes at Anthem Food Court, which includes Ruby's Express, Auntie Anne's, Charley's, Famous Wok, Fresca's Mexican Grill, Auto Boba, Pupetto's Gelato, and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. There are other restaurants a short drive from the Outlets if more sit-down restaurants are desired. There are plenty of sales, discounts, and deals.
