I really enjoy this store. Always clean, organized and easy to shop. I am trying to find a new purse. I usually prefer the wider strap that I can wear on my shoulder. Not a tote, but room for enough stuff to be a prepared mom when on the go. My purse now is large and even though there is not much in it I can never find anything! Ha ha That might just be me. I was gifted coach items for Christmas but did not receive them until a couple of weeks after. Upon calling to ask about returning 1-2 items I was told because it has been 30 days since the purchase date the items are not eligible for return. I did not receive the items right after they were purchased so I should not be held to the 30 day limit. The policy should be different for items received as gifts. I love love love Coach Purse and stuff, so when I saw Tanger Outlet Mall opening up by Westgate, I knew it was only a matter of time before I wound up over there. So the time had come for me to go check it out, asked my daughter if she was up for a road trip and off we went! Now I did my homework before we went to the mall because I knew I only wanted to go to the Coach Store, so I looked at the lay out of the mall, saw were it was and when we were parking my daughter said you couldn't have gotten a better spot mom, your almost in front of the store, I then told her what I did, she rolled her eyes haha. Walked in and saw wall to wall purses, and most everything on clearance and when walked in was handed a 50% off whatever I find, even on top of the clearance item, so now I am shopping by style not price, because price didn't matter to me anymore. Walked the whole store, picked up a few pieces, but this one kept calling to me, and finally I went for it, it's a big bright pink bag trimmed in sliver, like it was made & meant for me!!! Hi all! I had never purchased outlet but I did purchase a signature tote at this location and at first I really loved it! Everybody was lovely and the sales girl mentioned they had a great one year warranty so I felt pretty safe with my purchase. Unfortunately only a couple of months later I started to notice a dark spot forming on the front and another starting at the back. I went to the Arrowhead retail location to find out if they had anyway to clean it and nobody seemed to ever have seen such a stain. They also mentioned that the outlets use different materials than the retail stores, I had no clue! I went back to the outlet but they were also unable to help and the told me the purse is not covered under their warranty because they said it appeared to be a stain from my jeans... I've never heard of that but it was disappointing to hear that not only is this not covered but that the purse is not the same quality you would get at a retail location. I always assumed the outlet was for discontinued styles. Anyway if you buy here please make sure you purchase wisely and maybe stick to dark prints! Posting pics for you all! I ordered a wristlet through Ebay Coach Factory Outlet. The style arrived wasn't exactly what I wanted. I had stopped by the outlet store to return it. The Manager was really helpful and made it very easy for the return. Unfortunately, they don't reimburse for the shipping charge, which was 1/2 the cost of the waistlet. The strap on my bag broke, so I brought it in to exchange or see what they could do. The bag was only 6 months old. They were super nice and gave me the option to exchange it( they no longer have the bag in the same color) or have it sent in to be repaired. I'll have my bag in 4-6 weeks hopefully all fixed. If they are not able to fix it they send you a merchendise credit. It was an easy awesome experience! read more

I was so happy with my experience here today! I recently purchased a coach purse at a different outlet less than aweek ago for my birthday. Unfortunately, I wore it with a red shirt yesterday and some of the red dye from my shirt rubbed off onto my cream colored purse. I was devastated! I brought the purse in to this store see if they could advise me on how to remove the dye. A really nice guy named Johnathon helped me. He tried to remove the color with the leather cleaner and conditioner that they have there. Unfortunately, it didn't work. He told me that he could exchange the purse or give me store credit for the purse. I was so happy to exchange it for the same style, but in black so I don't have to worry about this happening again! I didn't expect them to do this since it was totally my fault, but I'm so impressed with the customer service! I am so happy with my new black purse. Recently, I had bought a purse and unfortunately, it started wearing down and eventually cracked on one of my purses handles.
