I thought I would go ahead and update this review! I ran into the store manager Nick here. It was a bummer to find out Lane did not work their anymore. But Nick was awesome. He listened to my stories and how Nike essentially saved my life. Basically I could have been homeless if it was not for Nike back in 2018. But anyway that is the past and some have it way worse! Ok so update: the staff is ALWAYS friendly when I go in and I notice they work very hard as well. This is a great outlet. Literally find the best items in here! For example check the polos, sale shirts, shorts, slides and so on. I've always loved this clearance out-let. I really wish we could get VIP days back at this location too. Those were the days. Since Covid hit. The store just in my opinion is not as busy as it once was. BUT, this staff is keeping the store clean, still upbeat. Still friendly and so on. I've found some great authentic jerseys here. Some all star game jerseys, cardinals gear, Dodgers gear, Dbacks gear, kobe gear, and so on. Love this place read more

I came here on a Sunday afternoon to check out what they had to offer for some running shoes. It looked like everyone had the same idea as it looked like a free-for-all scavenger hunt for shoes with each row packed with people. The shoes were organized by size, but not by shoe type. You'll need to have a visual idea of the type of shoe that you want. I managed to find 2 decent pairs, but they were still quite expensive for an older model. read more

I just bought my daughter track workout clothes and i got the shirt too small. I called the store to see if i can exchange it for a bigger size. They told me all sales are final and no exchanges!!!! I told the guy i just walked out of your store 30 mins ago and he stated there was nothing that he could do. We spend money with this company and this type of customer service is piss poor. I alway score at the Nike Clearance center. Loads of shoes that have been heavily discounted for toddlers to adults. I have made out with quality versions of training and running shoes in Nike. New with the latest styles. Not old styles but the most up to date. I've landed some great deals when the additional 30% off of the already marked down shoes during there special events. Matter of fact my best friend walked out with 6 pairs of kids shoes and a jacket for herself for $149 that's with tax. Now the selection of clothing is minimal for women. More variety for men of all sizes. Defiantly worth the trip or just to stop in. read more

Went to the store and happened to unknowingly speak to the store manager, Jess, who left me in the capable hands of Onyx. It's a clearance store so I wasn't able to return/exchange my item because of the item's availability but I was more then happy with the attention given to my problem. While visiting Arizona I stopped by this store just to see what they offered. In my opinion the sneakers that were available for sale where older models. Some I would say where almost vintage sneakers because they were pretty old styles that I haven't seen in years! However, the prices definitely did not reflect the age of the sneaker styles in my opinion. Because of this I didn't purchase any sneakers but I did find great deals on the Nike socks and workout clothes which can be very expensive even in the regular outlet stores. Id definitely utilize the Nike clearance stores in the future but not for those expensive old "vintage" models. read more

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes online as a gift for my husband, but he decided he would rather have a different pair and wanted to return them. I called the store and spoke to an employee and asked if I could have him return the shoes in the store with the receipt and get a gift card issued. I was told yes. This was not the case. When he tried to return them they said they do not give gift cards for a return and that he needed the original card used for purchase to get a return. I don't appreciate improper training and rude customer service on the phone when I called to complain. Plain and simple, the lack of employee knowledge wasted both my husband and I's time. The cashier was too busy gossiping with her colleagues, she did not even greet us at all and she forgot to remove the alarm system on the shoes that we purchased and that white stuff is so hard to remove so we are thinking to back to the store just to have them remove it. Cant say enough good things about this wonderful store, especially since it has two of my favorite things: Nike, and low prices. Plus, since I am a die hard Arizona football fan, this was the place for me. I picked up a few fan gear items for very cheap, and although the selection on certain items was limited, there was certainly plenty of things to choose from. Additionally, since it was in the heart of a big mall, there was plenty of other food options and stores around it to look around in also. First and foremost, this is a NIKE CLEARANCE STORE, so pretty much everything is discounted to some degree. If you come in here expecting to find the latest styles and products for a ridiculously low price, you will probably be disappointed. They have a lot of merchandise, but it may not have what you are specifically looking for. If you go in with no expectations you will feel like you've hit a gold mine. I was lucky enough to find EXACTLY what I was looking for: Flyknit Lunar running shoes in my size! After all of the discounts, they ended up being $35! An incredible steal. I also got a new tank, sports bra and running capris. I probably would have walked away with a lot more but I was somehow able to hold back. It CAN get like a zoo in there and it seems like everyone has 2-3 shopping bags each. I swear I saw one guy seriously buy 20 pairs of shoes, and I'm not exaggerating. THAT'S how affordable the stuff here is. There was even a crowd of people waiting outside before it even opened! My advice, get there early, go to the shoe section first, then hunt around for apparel afterwards. I love this store and I will definitely be back! read more

When all the employees are wearing bright orange shirts it's never difficult to spot someone who works there. There's always plenty of employees on site and prices are fair and sales are even better. I've gotten many, many shirts-both t-shirts and otherwise-for $6. Sales differ throughout the season but I've found great deals Thanksgiving time and after. In AZ, this Nike store is only second to the Anthem store as far as shoe selection goes. This store has more inventory as far as sizes go, but less variety. The workers here are top notch. I've never had any trouble asking for assistance when I needed it. They also have great sales about 3-4 times a year. Why pay full retail for Nikes at other places when you can get them here at a discount. Make their clearance section your first stop when you walk in.. read more

They have a good selection in many sizes, their employees are very helpful when asking for sizes, they will help you look for things and also provide bags. The last pair of shoes I bought said $70, down from $90 MSRP. They rang up with an apparent sale plus 20% on guys shoes. Perfect. Just over $30. Great place to guy cheap, quality shoes. Also, being your patience. Almost everyonethat comes here brings at least two kids. The fun really starts when they start playing with the mini basketballs. Once you get through the people and kids, this is a great store and place to buy shoes. read more

Loveeee that there is such a selection. I always leave with something so nice. I scan THE ENTIRE store for my self, and the WHOLE family. The store is final sale so just keep that in mind when shopping. I was able to get 4 PAIRS of the KOKO sandal , for me and the fam of course!!! SUCH A DEAL regularly priced at $100 and got them for $39.99 , I've gotten retros for the little ones , and air max 90's for the girls of the fam. Never really gotten lucky with men's 10.5 , I think some of the best stuff is held in the back by employees. Rightfully so, dope store overall. The weekend just gives me anxiety to shop there since it's soooooo packed , and no one really keeps social distancing in mind. For the most part staff is great and helpful. read more

The absolute worst experience ever! They had $70 in a $50 box.and at the register wouldn't even giv a % 10 discount witch I know they had a button for on the registers. The manager was rude saying, "we check our inventory ALL day" witch if they actually did, this wouldn't have happened. So they lost $66 in sales if he would've given me the % 10 discount. I had no problem paying. I know stuff happens, especially in that mall, but when you don't even try to do something, anything to get a sale, you obviously need to be fired and go work landscaping or something. I manage one of the busiest resturant ' s in the vally, and when something is our fault as a company, we take the hit, as little as % 10 is to us it keeps the customer happy and coming back for further sales . I would give no star's, but had to put something! read more

This use to be a Nike Outlet, now they ha e turned it into a Nike Clearance and have added a ton of merchandise. It is awesome to get my favorite rinni my pants, Nike Legends for 24.99 instead of 90+. That being said some prices are still stupid. read more

They had my size for shoes (7) which is hard to find when there are sales because it's so common, but they were fully stocked here! Got shoes for every member of the family! Love it when my budgeting works with sales in the store! The sales people were nice and were very helpful and lines weren't super long and moved along very quickly. Employees are always fantastic here! Prices are good. But stock is not so good. Twice now I have gone here and found shoes I wanted and they were mixed up in sizes and the correct ones were nowhere to be found. OK sacrifice you make for an outlet store, but I took my niece in last Monday and she fell in love with some Nike sneakers hot pink and zebra hi tops in a 7 1/2 but she said they felt tight on top. I said lets get an 8. We could not find any so we asked the employee if he could look for us. His computer said yes there is a 8 somewhere in this store. After looking for a bit, he located the pair only to find out it was a 8 and a 6 in the box. My niece left disappointed. I know the feeling kid, I really do.
