The voucher clearly states that he can purchase anything - not just work boots. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We picked out a pair of cute boots for myself, then went to the cashier to pay. The cashier was a young girl; she was super friendly and professional. My husband handed the voucher to her, and she started to process it. All was good until an employee named PJ (she couldn't have been a manager because managers have common sense and customer service experience) came up to the cashier for something else, but when she saw the cashier was processing a voucher for women's boots, she looked at the voucher and loudly said, "the voucher is for work boots only." There was a line behind us, which made this scene embarrassing. My husband responded, "No, it says I can use it for whatever I want from this store." She replied, "It says here on the voucher that the boots need to be composite steel toe boots." My husband then pointed out the big, blue, bold font that says the customer can purchase any item from the store. All PJ said was "oh" and walked off. She didn't even bother to apologize. PJ, this one star review is only for you. Next time, don't assume that just because it's a "corporate voucher," all corporate vouchers are the same. READ the whole voucher. Take a class on customer service, and don't be afraid to apologize when you act like an a$$ We always go in there, and no one is ever rude like you were.

Sometime the #1 Alfalfa and the #1 Bermuda would be bad but not all the bales I would buy. Now it is more bad than good. The alfalfa is full of sticks and roots. The Bermuda is totally full of purple bitter weeds. You get about a fourth of halfway decent hay out of a flake. I can't afford buying hay like that. I will seek out another source.

I pulled up to unload a few donations, which took less than a minute, and the employee immediately complained about my truck's exhaust and told me I needed to shut it off. I understand being mindful of air quality, but the interaction felt unnecessary and came across as rude, especially considering how quickly I was unloading. A little kindness and appreciation toward people donating their time and items would go a long way. I understand the concern about exhaust, but the way it was addressed felt unnecessarily abrupt. I was unloading for less than a minute and would have appreciated a polite request rather than being told what I "need" to do next time

Things are well organized and easy to look through. The men's clothing selection is quite small so just be prepared.
