Because Father's Day is coming up I called the store and he gracefully assisted with calmness and patience. I expressed Father's Day is on Sunday and I'm hoping to find some shirts, (the traditional Tom Bahamas silk shirts) that have the embroidery on the back, he said I will take down your cell phone number and I will send you photos of options that we have in the store with sizes along with online options and all the prices. Once I told them my dad size was XXL or XXXL he let me know which ones he put aside and the prices for them along with how quick others can be delivered. The entire process was the best I could've asked for and helping me provide support for my dad on Father's Day. Thank you again Alejandro Zuniga. Quick "in & out" of the dressing room. The style of pant was a slim comfortable fit. The narrow pocket on the left will work well for carrying things. Items that clip or say a flashlight can carry well clipped on the edge of the front or rear pockets. The clothes here are noted to be extremely durable and from what we've come to understand; is that they lasts for YEARS, so ultimately it's worth the high end price point. The store carries much more than just clothes here. Features footwear, accessories and tons of tactical equipment. The employee (Eli?) that assisted us was very helpful and informative about the products we purchased. He has been working for them for 4 years and his knowledge of the brands and customer service was excellent. My son seems extremely happy with his purchase and is excited at what's to come. Okay, so this is a weird review for me. Let me preface it by saying; I am a dude. I do not wear…read morebra's or women's panties (although I am sure I could pull it off if I had to). I do however have a wife and a daughter who both shop the women's plus size departments. If you are a dude who has ever been in my position you understand the fear I felt when my wife says she wanted to just swing by to pick up a few things and make a return. Such trips can easily spiral downward quickly into tears of frustration,self-recriminations as to not doing better on that diet, and of course the dreaded question; does this make me look fat? Let's just say that she didn't marry stupid so I politely declined to go inside and said I would be happy to wait in the car. She reminded me that the AC doesn't work well when the car is just parked. I told her to crack the windows. By the time she got done giving me The Look, I meekly followed her inside like a kid whose been told he has to go to church before going to Dunkin Donuts. The store was small but well stocked however, and she quickly found what she needed. The returns she made were handled without any pushback despite her having removed the tags from one of the bras and the other being purchased online. She also noted it was nice have real people working in a Torrid rather than a super skinny teeny bopper who couldn't relate making her feel already more self conscious than she is. So she walked out happy, which meant that the rest of my Saturday didn't suck. Hence five stars.
