I purchased a shirt on December 10 and took it back on February 3 to exchange for a different size and to purchase more shirts. They refuse to let me exchange the shirt for a different size. Just sent me away. I had a shirt I purchased from Tommy John across the hallway on December 10 that I needed to return and they gave me a complete refund, no questions asked and they didn't care what day I bought it. Company policy definitely does not put the customer first. I will not be shopping at the Scottsdale store or any other Untuckit store for that matter. read more

However, her store in Scottsdale had what I was looking for, and she quickly and efficiently facilitated an online order for me and personally walked it thru to get it shipped and to me right on time. What an awesome place. Untuck is the latest addition to Fashion Square Mall expansion. My hubby and brother in law needed to sharpen up their shirt game. As we walk into Untuck we're greeted with a warm smile and "How can I help you" from Matt. There were two other women and gentlemen who made sure we had all the size shirts we need and also gave us some great shirt ideas. Untuck is a custom-made shirt store but to fit everybody, perfectly, wrinkle-free, performance wear shirts. They also have women's size, as well. I wonder if the company is going out of business. I have had nothing but trouble with UnTUCKit. They didn't have the sizes I needed in the store in Austin, so I ordered online. First, the email for the account set up in a store does not correlate to any account online, therefore, if you forget your exact size, you are out of luck. This is also not made clear on the website. When I called, I spoke to a very rude associate, Cassie, in Arizona, who was basically of no help. I had a question about my shipment and she refused to try to help. She simply gave me an email. I then ordered 5 days ago online and the order has been sitting in California since December 4th. They generated a FedEx tracking number, but it says that it has not been picked up, so I guess it has just been sitting there. I was told in the store that if I ordered something online, it would only take 3 days to get it, even though online it says something else. In any case, given that it is just sitting there, I have no idea when it will arrive. I don't recommended shopping from UnTUCKit. read more

Nice fabrics but if you aren't 5'10", the shirts are too long as are the sleeves that need to be. It down. My husband and son can't wear their shirts. read more

Saw their ads on Instagram so we decided to check it out. The clothes are a priced fairly high but the materials and quality is good. The sales team were awesome, everyone seemed to help each other with customers. Dressing room could use a mirror though so you won't have to step out to see how your clothes fit. Oh yeah, I also love how they have shirts for boys. read more

Went into this location to see if my experience would improve over the VA location. This experience was far better, as the salesperson greeted me and explained the process of selecting a shirt. I told her why I didn't like the shirt I purchased as the sleeves were way too long and that the associate from the other store said that was the style. The other salesperson heard my situation and showed me how to do custom orders on the website! He also told me what I needed to do, should I decide to return the shirt! Great customer service. Went in on Sat, 11/9 around 4:45p. When I entered, I got a half hearted welcome to UNTUCKIT and then...nothing from any of the employees for the approx. 10 minutes I was in the store. I walked around the store, pulled some shirts off the racks to look at, walked around more. Never was approached by the 2 or possibly 3 people working there to ask if I needed any assistance. Two of the employees seemed happy to be sorting what looked to be packaging material / tissue paper. Not sure if the other person there was an employee or not. I will not be going back to UNTUCKIT. read more

Went in friday around 11:30am and the service was HORRENDOUS! To say the staff made it seem like I was bothering them would be an understatement. I was going to buy 2 shirts, but after the attitude they showed towards me, I put the shirts back on the rack and left. It was my first time in the store and had a few questions on sizing, but apparently that wa too much for them to handle. Went to Kierland Commons location the next day and had a much better experience and bought my 2 shirts. The 2 gentlemen working sunday afternoon were phenomenal. read more

The female employee at this location is incredibly rude! Came her for the 1st time the other day & she told me to "stop making such a big mess" while I simply picked up a shirt folded on the table for my boyfriend to try on. Other employees here seemed helpful, but she put the worst taste in my mouth for this company! read more

Best customer service received today by Brittany! I walked in the store with my 17 year old son and 2 other kiddos. I said we were in need of a nice shirt for Senior Pictures. She expertly chose the shirts she thought would be the best fit for him. She helped him pick out not only the shirt he needed for his pictures, but several other shirts.
