    I was recommended to see if the selection would meet my color criteria. When I walked in promptly greeted and went to work to assist me. I was educated to realize that I really didn't need a suit but the right Tie and clip to make my ensemble work... Thanks Nick!!!

    This one is tough, I don't know where to start. Of all the vendors we worked with during the wedding, this is the only we regret going with. From the beginning communication was poor. - We were told a price and then found out after shoes and belt were not included. We were also told alterations were included, they were not. - As the customer we had to spend way too much time as the middleman. Constantly having to get clarification and relaying messages to the groomsmen. Especially with two who were out of state. - On two separate occasions, suits were shipped to the wrong location. One out of state members almost had his shipped out of state when the plan was in store pickup. - We had multiple employees answering questions, not one single point of contact. This led to confusion and It was obvious information was not passed on or being shared correctly within the company. As bad as the experience was leading up to the wedding, if I would have had an awesome suit it could have been overlooked. Unfortunately I'm extremely unhappy with the suit, and it was a disaster. - The day I came in to pick up the suit, I said "the pants feel too tight, I'm worried about them ripping during a dance." I was told "You have plenty of room, I do not recommend any further alterations. Move with confidence and know they won't rip." - Pictured below is the result of "moving with confidence." The pants ripped completely down the back. - The jacket was also a mess. In EVERY one of our wedding pictures the right arm is noticeably shorter. Also, the shoulders looked pinched as if they were tailored by an amateur. I was told that suits are difficult to tailor for men with builds. At no point was I given the option or recommended a custom suit. The end result was a terrible experience, a ruined pair of pants and a jacket I never plan to wear again. The only blemish on a perfect day, courtesy of Nick's Menswear.

    I needed 2 suits and my son needed a new suit. They helped us greatly. Very patient and thorough. My suit a good quality and fit nice. They are the new tight fitting style, but comfortable. Have taken them traveling and they recover from being folded in a suitcase fine. Also purchased a new white shirt and it is very nice quality. For a guy who hates clothes shopping, this wasn't so bad.

    I got married last Friday, June 18th. My original Taylor really messed up my suit, like badly. I went into Nicks with high hopes but still stressed. I couldn't be more grateful for Alison and the other girls working that Thursday afternoon. They found the perfect suit, they were patient and definitely made me feel comfortable. They taylored my suit perfectly in a few hours and saved the day.

    After going to countless different chain suit stores like Men's Wearhouse Yelp led me to find Nick's Menswear in the Chandler Fashion Mall. I was really pleased with the great selection of Suits especially considering my size is a little hard to find. If you go here make sure you ask for Mia, she took great care of me in terms of measurements, sizing, and picking out ties and pocket squares that went with my suit. She was also there when I came for pickup and made sure everything fit perfectly and I looked sharp for a wedding I was going to. As you can see in the picture the suit looks fly and I look better than Rick Ross.

This is not a true Dillard's experience in my opinion. The quality of the clothing was very disappointing and did not reflect what I normally associate with the brand. The store felt cluttered, and much of the merchandise appeared cheaply made, with low-quality fabrics and poor construction. While the pricing is lower, the items felt more like fast-fashion pieces being marketed through a secondary outlet rather than discounted versions of Dillard's standard offerings. I personally prefer fewer, higher-quality pieces. Dillard's is known for better fabrics, cleaner cuts, and stronger structure, and I would rather pay more for something that holds up over time than buy items that feel like they would not last beyond a wash or two. Unfortunately, that level of quality was not present here. The overall environment also felt uninspiring and somewhat depressing, which made the shopping experience less enjoyable. This location did not align with what I look for in clothing or in-store presentation, and it is not a place I would choose to shop again. If you are expecting the traditional Dillard's quality and experience, this clearance center may be a surprise.

My experience with Jos A. Bank (both this location, two other locations, and their corporate team) was horrific save working with Madeline and Ross at this location. While I truly commend both of them on their wonderful customer service, I cannot recommend anyone even consider renting tuxes from this company. It was by far the most stressful part of planning my wedding, which is outrageous. We had initially been planning on buying suits for our wedding day, but we won 8 tux rentals at the Bridal Show, so we decided to use these instead. Despite being free, they honestly caused more of a headache than they were worth and I wish we'd just bought suits elsewhere. Here are the issues we had: 1) At our first visit, my husband, father, father-in-law, and brother went in with the certificates for the free suits. I wasn't there, but I was told that they completely brushed off the certificates and didn't put anything into the computer. A sales associate also said "Wow, it's so nice that you have three generations in here trying on suits" implying that my dad was my father-in-law's father... my dad is in his 60s. It was incredibly rude. I can't remember that associates name, so I won't take a guess. My brother and husband did manage to get measured. 2) After hearing about this, my mother and I went in to make sure the certificates were on file and being used. The certificates had not been entered into the system by the other associate. When we got there, no one really seemed to know what was going on other than Madeline. She made sure that there were several notes made about the free suit and called the corporate line to make sure there were no issues. We're grateful to her for this. 3) One of our groomsmen in California was yelled at by the manager of his store because he didn't have a group number to put the measurements in. We were never given a group number, and they can easily look up the rental by event date and name. 4) A groomsman in Georgia went to get fitted and the sales associate guessed his jacket size and just told him a number. When he asked if they needed to put it into the computer for the event they told him no. He went outside and called my husband to see if this was correct (it wasn't), and then went back inside to make sure they measured him properly. 5) A groomsman had his measurements already and was trying to call in to give them to the store. He got redirected multiple times by the corporate office and even GOT SENT TO MEN'S WAREHOUSE. How this happened, I have no idea. My best guess is that an employee tried to google their own number and Men's Warehouse had a paid ad. 6) We called the Monday before our wedding to make sure the tuxes were coming in. Thank goodness we did, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ORDER MY HUSBAND'S TUX. I have no idea how this happened, because my brother, who was measured at the same time had his tux ordered and we had paid a deposit. In the same call, we also learned that one of the tuxes was going to Georgia, even though we'd requested everything get delivered to this location. I honestly am not sure how this would've been fixed if we hadn't called. Luckily, we got in touch with Ross, the store manager, who calmed me down (because I was absolutely livid by this point) and figured out how to get all of the tuxes there on time. 7) When the tuxes came in one was about 4 inches too short and one had jacket sleeves sewn on in a way that they were permanently twisted and not wearable. Both groomsmen were able to go into this location and Ross helped them fix the situation. Tldr; Ross and Madeline are great but this store and company are not worth the awful service and complete lack of quality control that we received from everyone else. If it hadn't been for Ross, my husband wouldn't have had a tux.
