I visited this store twice this afternoon (30 minutes apart) & there seemed to be no employees. Just a handful of potential customers wandering around with nobody on the floor to help. What an incredible experience we have had purchasing our goddaughter's wedding gown from Camille La Vie at Mills Mall!! The gown is lovely and the bride is elated with it, but it was the remarkable young woman, Ms. Breek, who made this event spectacular! She graciously led us through the dizzying array of gowns, adding pertinent advice and encouragement while managing to stay within our modest budget. Far better selection of dresses than the average store, such as competitiors like Windsor or dillards. Beautiful selection and all sorted by color which I found convenient and well organized. When I first came in and began shopping, the variety was astounding, and I found the prices to be good for the detail you received. For prom, simple dresses were around $100, and the more complicated, bodied, and fitted dresses were $400 on the high end, which I found to be reasonable. Additionally, there was a good large selection of dresses on sale. The service was minimal but quality. Although since it was large, you of course didn't have a personal assistant by your side at all times, the interactions I had during checkout, when asking questions, and in the fitting rooms were pleasant and helpful. I went there with my teenager to find a winter formal dress. For a gender fluid kid, the sheer amount of glitter and tulle can be overwhelming and daunting. However, Franki made it her mission to not only set my kid at ease, but use his preferred pronouns with ease and grace that made the experience something out of a movie! We went to EVERY SINGLE OUTLET in Arizona Mills that might offer sparkly holiday dresses. And every single one was either too small, too "club wear", or felt a bit claustrophobic to be in. Not only did Franki set my kid up with a winter wonderland formal dress that was absolutely perfect for the occasion, but she went above and beyond any possible expectation we could have imagined. She turned any fear we might have with budgeting and sizing into a glorious experience with arm fulls of glittery, sparkly, tulle filled dreams. She brought 14, 16, even size 18 dresses by the arm full, and soon, my kid was beaming as a sparkly night sky cascaded onto the floor, twirling into a gender fluid Cinderella story. I can't thank Franki enough. This store is positively stunning, and the assistance we received surpassed our wildest dreams. What started out as an uncertain journey into bright lights and frozen escapades, turned into a winter wonderland of dazzling memories we'll take with us for the rest of our lives. I needed a dress for a black tie event SO last minute and ended up coming here hours before my flight in hopes I'd have some luck -- I wish I would have gone here first! There's a huge selection and beautiful dresses, but the best part of my experience was Sue. Even with other customers and so much to do, Sue took the time to help me find TWO dresses for my event, bring me sizes, check in, and give me her input when I asked her a million questions. She made my entire weekend and I am so grateful for the help and kindness. read more

My other bestie drove up last month from Tucson for the day looking for a dress to wear for her daughters wedding. We stopped here to look and although she found some pretty dresses she felt they didn't look good on her. We just drove all the way from the north side of town to shop here. Great selection from what we could see from the window. I would not recommend going on a weekend at all. They are only allowing in one customer at a time. Yes...one. And when my daughter asked how many people could be in the store the clerk said "I can't reveal that information." Yes ...a dress shop said that. We won't be going back. And also to note-this place is huge and having one customer in at a time is like Target have 3 in at a time. Makes zero sense. read more

My score is based on a minus one for service and a 5 for selection. They have formal dresses in many styles and colors. Because of the selection I continued shopping, but I would have left if it wasn't for the selection and my daughter's need for a formal dress. We mothers are willing to do anything for our kids, even dealing with clerks who have no business being in retail. read more

Worst customer service ever. My mother, my maid of honor (sister), bridesmaids, and myself have NEVER been treated as poorly as we were treated here. During our first visit (Tuesday 2/18/20), Cienna had the worst attitude because we were all beginning to try on dresses at 8:15 PM since they close at 9 pm. We asked her to hold 8 dresses that my sister was ready to try on while she went to the restroom, it took us over an hour to chose all of those options and she refused to do it. She went and put them all back all throughout the store even though I was sitting in the fitting rooms as a guarantee that my sister would return to try them on. When I asked her why they would do that she said they don't hold dresses for people who aren't present in the fitting rooms and I would have to go look for them all over again. She said this with the worst attitude too. We had to go find the dresses again and everyone rushed to try stuff on. On our way out she was closing the gate on us and when my mother said "Bye, thank you" She didn't even respond. Because we didn't have enough time to find all of my sister's dresses when they were all put back, we had to return the following week (Tuesday 2/25/20) around the same time(7-9 pm) After about an hour of hunting for dresses, we went in the fitting rooms where Cienna and Stephanie were working in. Throughout the entire time my ladies were trying on the dresses, their attitude, the energy and their service was horrible! Right around 8:12 pm Stephanie started Sweeping the fitting rooms. First she began to sweep the fitting rooms furthest from where we were which was okay but then she started getting closer to my mother's, my sister's and my bridesmaids'. As they would come out to the center isle to show all of us their dresses Stephanie would literally sweep all the dirt towards them. My mom had to move out of her way a couple of times because the was getting dirt all over her feet. Very disrespectful! At one point Stephanie left the fitting rooms leaving all of the trash and dirt she had collected in a line down the entire center of the isle. Which prevented the ladies from walking out and down to the mirror at the end of the isle. After about 15 minutes of her not returning my mom grabbed the broom herself and swept up the trash on to the dust pan and put the against the wall so they could actually walk out. When Stephanie came back she got upset at the fact and continued to sweep even though mom had already done it for her. It was obvious she only continued to do it because she wanted to make us uncomfortable. So as she continued to sweep and getting trash in our way, when Sue approached us asking if everything was okay? I asked Sue if there was a way we could hold off on the sweeping for at least a couple of minutes, I said "this is the last dress they're trying on". Sue very nicely said yes! and asked Stephanie if she could please give us some time and that's when the show began. She SCREAMED at Sue asking "WHY!?" Sue said "Only for a couple of minutes honey" and Stephanie literally threw the broom in front of us making a loud noise, slammed the door of one of the fitting room she was sweeping in, and rushed out screaming "they just b*tches!" bumping into my sister's shoulder on her way out! That is when Sue rushed behind her as well as my sister asking her "Are you serious!?" and Stephanie screamed back at my sister "Yes! yes! what! what are you going to do!? what are you going to do!?" literally approaching my sister on to a physical fist fight with her words as well as her body language! Sue was trying to calm her down and hold her back throughout this whole time until my sister asked her "Are you serious!? Do you not appreciate your job?" And that's when she finally walked away. I can honestly say we were shook by her reaction. I spoke to the manager Shannon about the matter a week ago and never heard back from her. She also didn't seem to care for us in fact she did nothing but react defensive throughout my phone call with her. So disappointing, this is a purchase of over $1,000 if I have all of my bridesmaids buy here. These dresses are'nt cheap, and even if they were; no one deserves to get treated that way. DO NOT HAVE DRESS ALTERED HERE!!! I came here and found a dress for prom. I came back to have it altered and had terrible service and not all alterations were done. I was in a rush and wasn't able to try it on there. I signed the paper saying it was all good without looking at the dress. The dress had been there for THREE weeks so I had figured the alterations had be done. Got my dress back 3 days before prom and they didn't add straps to my strapless dress. The top was too big and was falling down therefore the straps were essential to the dress. Terrible service and the seamstress is rude. i payed $120 for just the alterations and $160 for the dress itself. Was a complete disaster and I was too upset to call back the store. Please save your money and do not come here!!! read more
