It felt as though assumptions and biases were being made based clothing I was wearing or my perceived financial status or more. During the interaction, the associate made comments around Men's Wearhouse and similar retailers that they are not and that she doesn't like, which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. That said, I personally would not purchase from this store based on my experience with this associate. On a more positive note, I will note that they do offer a wide variety of selections and seem to do quality work. But overall, it's disappointing when quality customer service and professionalism are difficult to find in environments that should feel welcoming and inclusive.

Chase is the man! I…read morewalked into Men's Wearhouse in a panic .. i have a wedding next week and had absolutely no idea what I was going to wear. I approached Chase and greeted me looking sharp and professional, exactly what you'd expect from someone in his role. Without any hesitation, he jumped right in to help .. even after I admitted I was completely lost. He walked me through where the jackets, shared his impressive knowledge of the products, and guided me through long sleeves, pants, and even suggested the right shoes to complete the look. This guy went above and beyond. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a genuinely enjoyable one. Chase absolutely deserves a raise or some serious recognition. The place was packed! That being said, there were at least four employees handling customers. We were offered some cold bottles of water while we waited, which was a nice touch, and then Vicki helped us out. We ended up trying on a boys' suit and then ordering a size up... I found the price for this reasonable for a quality suit and we were told it should be arriving within the week. We will go back when it arrives to see if it needs alterations, and I know that BT&C is known for the great job they do with tailoring, so I may have to bump this review up another star based on our next experience visiting. I reached the sliding glass doors when all of a sudden the wheels on my cart locked up. It was similar to the bad grocery cart experience when one wheel doesn't turn and you're trying to keep your cool and not just kick the cart over and walk away. Was I supposed to make 10 trips heaving my loot to the car? This isn't Compton or the Roosevelt housing district.... We had put a backpack "on hold" prior to coming in, so the associate was able to grab that for us and it made the process a lot quicker. Plus it was great customer service. We were in line approx. 15 minutes. The stores personnel did a fair job considering how busy it was. My kids really like the Tilly's merchandise, so we appreciate the way the staff handled a really busy day.

This location seems to be much bigger than the one closer to us and had more organization. Upon entering, we were met with all the holiday decor. My little one loved walking around the clothes and exploring. The kid section was lacking in the boys, but we found the basics we were looking for anyway. They have a pretty big toy section which he absolutely loved. They also have all their Thanksgiving and Christmas decor out! Very clean and nice location
