Wow, what an amazing experience my sister had today! Steven & Serene, provide exceptional customer service, very educated in the industry and had an excellent selection of dresses for a great price! This was the third wedding dress shop we had visited today and am not going to lie was burnt out and at this point had lost hope that we were going to one find a dress and have a great experience. The other two shops weren't as magical as I had wished my sister would had experience for such a monumental moment in someone's life. Prior to our appt, Steven asked us so many questions. I went to a few stores around the Chandler area and they were all pretty nice. I found dresses I liked in each store. Yes I do was the last one I saw for the day and the best. No other store does customization like they do and all in one place. That was the sell point for me because the dress is basically custom made, not altered. They add and remove whatever you want without changing the look of the dress and losing some pretty details. Yes I Do Bridal was easily one of the best parts about wedding prep! Stephen and Serena are the most amazing couple, and they do it all! From the moment I walked in their store, I knew that's where I would find my wedding dress. I found a dress I loved, but it had lace covering the whole chest. Serena took the time to remove the lace I didn't want, stitch by stitch (see the before and after pictures...). She truly works for perfection! Bonus, with Casablanca custom cut, the alterations came out only a little over $100...much less than they would have been elsewhere. Serena also did my hair and makeup and my mom's makeup. My mom was very pleased with her makeup. I was happy with what Serena did for my makeup as well...she even took the time to educate me on makeup (as I don't usually wear any). Serena did an amazing job on my hair as well, and worked quickly on the morning of the wedding to get everything done before pictures. What all the great things the other brides are saying are pretty spot on which is how I found them. Serena and Stephen are unbelievably amazing. Serena was almost like my mini wedding planner. There is so much knowledge she has let alone the great tips she gave me. Much needed since I am not a bride who enjoyed all these details. They all saved me from some potentially bad decisions from me. She gave me so many tips that I am so glad I went to her. Her talents go beyond tailoring. She does hair and makeup, makes jewelry, flowers, and the list is endless. I got skin care advice, she helped look for shoes for me, made a bracelet out of leftover bridal belt, fixed my barefoot sandals, and so much more. I have to be honest -- without Yes I Do, I don't know if I could have found my wedding dress. I originally stopped in on a Saturday afternoon in January at the advice of one of my best friends, to just LOOK at dresses. I was petrified and basically shaking when I walked in. Obviously, all the pinterest dresses were going to work out and I had nothing to worry about, right? wrong. There are SO many dress shapes and sizes and as I walked in I realized maybe pinterest was wrong. Luckily, Stephen and Serena were working with a beautiful bride at that exact moment. She walked out and literally took our breath away. They let me know they would have time in an hour for me to try some on (Panic Attack) so we went for a beer and then braved the store again. Serena is so helpful and kind, she makes you feel like you're family. She helped us pick out a dress of every shape and then we got started trying them on. Four dressses in, we struck gold. I started crying, and hyperventilating, my best friend started crying and I knew it was the one. Serena was amazing, showing different belts and ideas for the dress, talking us through everything. We made an appointment with Stephen to bring my mom back to see the dress a few weeks later, and I sat anxiously awaiting the moment I could get back in my dress. When the Saturday finally arrived, I packed up my mom and two bridesmaids and off we went. When we got there Serena and Stephen greeted us with a huge hello, and Serena let me know the dress I loved was already tucked away so no one could see it ahead of time (perfect). We tried on a few other shapes for the group before I looked at her and we both knew it was time for the big reveal. We showed them and I was already in tears, my mom sat with her mouth hanging open and my bridesmaids instantly knew it was my dress. Serena and Stephen helped us work through sizing, veil styles, measurements. I feel like when I call I'm talking to my friends, who made the entire experience fantastic. If I could give Yes I Do Bridal more stars, I would! Serena is a miracle worker. So I actually bought my wedding dress at a different shop in chandler and they recommended alterations at Yes I Do! They are super reasonable and friendly, not to mention Serena's talents! My wedding dress needed to be taken in, especially in the bust area so she added sew in cups, went over different bustle styles with me and took the time to get it right. Then she told me not to loose any more weight lol which was a huge relief! Ha That being said, it took a few fittings to get it 'just right' so not too much was taken in. And I felt like a Queen on the big day! Serena gave me tips on how to sit and to keep the dress pulled down bc of its weight. So this week, I took another dress to her for our wedding reception held out of state several months after our wedding ceremony. Let me just say, she worked her magic yet again. The only size I could get was a size 8 which was too big in the hips and bust. Serena had to not only take it in a few times, but extended the boning down on the sides and the front of the dress to prevent any wrinkles in the mid section. I also had to rent a slip with a hoop at the bottom of it to keep the dress flared out at the bottom. The pricing is very reasonable as well. Steven and Serena are phenomenal. From the moment I called to make an appointment to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter, I felt their energy and enthusiasm. I made appointments at 3 shops for that day, and I told my daughter, "I feel really good about appointment #3. The man I spoke to was amazing!" From the moment we arrived, until we left 90 minutes later, we were treated incredibly well. Steven greeted us, and introduced us to his wife. They had contacted my daughter previously to get an idea of what she liked, but we were free to pull dresses. There were 8 of us at this place and they didn't even blink an eye. I wish I could accurately describe how we felt while in this shop. There was zero pressure to choose a specific style or go above budget. They were respectful, kind, funny, and worked well together as a couple. My daughter had trouble choosing between two dresses. They combined the two, and she is having a custom dress made. The great thing about this shop is you don't buy a cookie-cutter dress and then go through weeks of alterations. The dress will be made according to her measurements, and when it comes in, she tries it on, and she can take it home that day. They drew up a picture of what her dress will look like, and on her 2nd appointment, they took all her measurements. They worked with us on a payment plan. You must put down a specific amount before they can order the dress, but you can make payments if need be, until you reach that amount. Her dress will soon be ordered, and I will update this review once it has arrived and we bring it home. Seriously, I cannot say enough about these two wonderful souls and their adorable little shop. Their prices are completely budget friendly. They are there to serve, and make your dream wedding dress a reality. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. Since I talked to Serena and letting her know what I wanted to match with my dress. I knew I found the right person without any make up trial. Serena helped my make up and hair do for the day and evening. I absolutely love it. My little concern is the volume of my hair because I have very thin hair. I think she just cast a spell on my hair with her magic wand. My friend recently got engaged, so she booked an appointment here to try on some wedding dresses. We were a group of 7 and the appointment was going really well. My friend tried on some dresses and finally found one that looked absolutely amazing on her. She said "yes" to the dress and it was such fun and happy moment until the rude and very inconsiderate female owner opened her mouth and made a comment suggesting my friend lose weight. To the owner if you're reading this: How dare you make such a comment to a customer? Who do you think you are? What makes you think your suggestions and opinions are important? You're lucky my friend still decided to give you her business because if it were me, I would have given you the finger and left. Nobody asked for your opinion and you need to learn to keep your unwanted comments to yourself. My friend is beautiful just the way she is and doesn't need to do anything.
