She took into consideration everything that I asked for and she was more than willing to do anything that I requested, including taking the back out and replacing it with a corset style, hemming the bottom to fit my shoe length, etc. She was very sweet and supportive towards me and my bridal party that came with me on my try ons. Cynthia was so incredibly lovely to work with. I found her business from Yelp and she does not disappoint. She tailored my wedding dress. I appreciated her attention to detail- she definitely knows what she is doing. I did my first fitting and dropped off my dress at the beginning of January and had 3 additional fitting sessions before picking up my gown at the beginning of March. It should have only been 2 sessions but I had to go in for a quick one once I got my boob tape to make sure that would work. The lady is very friendly and I want to recommend her work. BUT I was having my suit for my wedding tailored here and on the day we agreed to pick up the suit (she had close to three weeks to do 5 simple alterations) I called to pick up the clothes and because of some confusion with another order (she explained) the suit had not been finished yet. I explained the wedding was coming up this weekend and Im a little too busy to be able to come back on another work week day. She put a rush on it and did eventually have it completed by the end of the day. BUT later I found a small opening about a half inch long in the crotch. It doesn't look like a rip it just looks like it's not completed. read more

Run as far away from this lady as possible! She ruined my wedding dress. I am 5'11 and she cut the bottom of my dress so short that both of my feet were showing. Not only that it's completely uneven. She did my bustle wrong and it looks like there are two flaps on each side. She sewed the sleeves to my dress about a half inch to and inch to small so now the dress doesn't fit under my arms. I had to postpone my wedding 10 days before my wedding and thank god I did because I would have shown up to a ruined dress and would have had no other options. She was taking forever to finish my dress and she said it was because she couldn't find the right mesh for the back and she just kept giving me that excuse. So when I postponed she said she would have more time to do that back. In the time of having to postpone two more times dude to the virus I tried on a dress that had glitter tulle I brought a video in and showed her to see if she could do it she said yes but I need to find the tulle. Which I did and I keep trying to get ahold of her to see how much to get in which she told me she didn't have time for me. So I went somewhere else to get a quote and that's when I found out all the damages that had been done and to fix the bottom she had to redo it because it was way to short and it would cost me 1500 to fix the bottom and complete the back. (Does not include any add ons just to fix) I called her to tel her I want my money back for what she did and she will not help me at all. Now she is saying that it's my fault I didn't lose weight to fit the dress. And when I asked her said told me that my dress was two sizes too small and that I shouldn't have this dress. ( now I'm oct when I brought my dress in January) why didn't she tel me then that it couldn't be fixed????? Which she told me to lose weight the whole time I dealt with her.
