I cannot say enough wonderful things about Strut Bridal Salon. We walked in on the day of my daughter's prom after visiting multiple stores with absolutely no luck. She was discouraged, and honestly, so was I. From the moment I walked in, he made the entire process fun, joyful, and deeply personal. I arrived for my appointment 40 min early. The drive to the salon was 40 min. Prior to booking my appointment I was assured there were several gowns in black as I am having a non traditional wedding. We were shown were the black dresses were. There was a limited selection and nothing I was interested in trying on. We looked at head pieces and bridesmaids gowns as well. Ten min prior to my appointment I asked the front desk if there would be a charge if I didn't stay the extra 10 min for my appointment. I let them know I hadn't located any dresses I liked or wanted to try on. I was assured I wouldn't be charged since I showed up for my appointment. Three weeks later there was a $50 charge on card for canceling the appointment. When I reached out to the shop they stated because I didn't try on or buy anything I was charged a fee. Buyer beware. Showing up for your appointment will be counted as a cancellations if you aren't going to buy from this store and if you don't try any dresses on they will charge you $50. Please don't fall for there free 90 min bridal appointment. There is nothing free about it. It was the worst experience and it was the first time out dress shopping for my wedding. read more

Dishonest & Unethical! Oh, they're most helpful and kind helping you find your dress, even to the point of encouraging you to buy one that you didn't have your heart set on buying, which is unethical. After placing an order for a dress on Sunday, then thinking it over the rest of the day and realizing that it's not the dream dress, called on Monday morning to cancel the order. Was told we could get a refund, then told to look at other dresses, then told we could NOT get the promised refund of the down deposit of $1,700. They are so dishonest and unethical. They kept down deposit money of $1,700 AFTER stating that they'd refund it. I cannot recommend a business that persuades you emotionally to buy a dress, put a down deposit on it, then refuses to give you a refund when less than 24 business hours have gone by. This greediness adds heartbreak to what should be a time of celebration. This is not a business I can recommend or do ANY business with. read more

Here is the deal. As a plus size bride to be, I DREADED the dress shopping experience. The best l thought I could hope for was not to look like a roll of toilet paper with arms stomping down the aisle toward my poor, trapped like rodentia groom. Walking into Strut you are greeted like royalty- and our stylist, Brooke, was like a little female Randy Fenoli (of Kleinfeld) calling me "beautiful" and being upbeat, bubbly, and putting me at ease immediately. She was AMAZING and I only had to try on 3 dresses of the ones she selected before I found mine. Brooke made the visit the celebration and joyful event it should have been rather than the stressful experience I expected as a larger bride. I will also mention here that Brooke was able to pull my midsection on to make it look like I have a waist rather than an equator. She seriously is made of pure muscle- very impressive! Their products are amazing! I got my beautiful wedding dress, my bustier/bra, my veil and headband all there and with Brooke leading the charge, her impeccable taste and accessorizing panache made quick work of selecting my accompaniments like the veil and headband. Brooke also took lots of fun pics of us and posted us on the Strut Instagram page...we felt so special and appreciated- and isn't that the way it should always be?? Run to Strut! I visited other shops first and am glad, because it clearly showed that Strut is above any other. I was drawn in by their informative Tik Toks and enjoyed the cute, bubbly ones, too. But upon entering, found a shop that is welcoming and helpful. There is a wide variety of dresses in different styles, colors and so many sizes! Definitely not an ordinary shop and it is staffed by extraordinary people. Ronnie assisted me. Perfect, sweet woman with a colorful personality to match the rose in her hair. She was so easy to work with, opened my mind to styles I previously discarded. Tried on both right and wrong dresses for me, but allowed me the time to discover what was best without being pushy at all. What topped it all off for me was how knowledgeable she was about the alterations that could be done to make the dress better for my taste. She works closely with the seamstresses and had all the info to make me feel comfortable in plopping down my precious money in what felt like mere moments. The dress was priced at an affordable level compared to other shops, but the customer service made the whole experience priceless. Walked out with not only a dress, but a veil, head piece and a care package. Can't wait for my fittings and to see the final product! read more
