Upon arrival, Chardonnay (storeroom manager) immediately greeted me and my guests personally, explained what the process would look like, and showed us to our suite which was SO spacious had everything you could need from phone chargers and a tripod to a wide selection of drinks. When I was paired with my stylist Carsen, she took such a personalized approach to the shopping experience from the beginning to end. She was so patient with me and actively listening to my likes/dislikes and pulled some amazing options. I did get lucky and end up saying "yes" to the first dress I tried! This is the best place to get a dress. They have such a large selection and the ladies that helped me in and out of dresses were so kind and complimentary. I don't have enough nice things to say about ani who pulled each dress and took my feedback to find another. She stayed within our budget and let me know RIGHT away if one of the dresses she pulled was over our price range. I had the absolute most amazing experience at Luv Bridal in Tempe with Colleen! Luv bridal was the first bridal store I went to on my journey to saying yes to the dress back in September 2025. I initially booked because they had easy online reservation requests and thought it was nice they could accommodate up to 8 or 10 people ( most only allow 2-4).Upon arriving I thought it was so cute that my name was on a sign outside, but also loved the large private space we were given to try on dresses and really enjoy the moment. I ended up finding my dresss here, and they were so understanding with me not wanting to purchase the dress same day since it was my first bridal store. I went to two other bridal stores and none of them provided the same experience or had as large of a collection to shop from. I came back to say yes to my dress 2 weeks later, and then again in January to find my reception dress ( which I also said yes to). They ask what your budget is and because they have like 900 dresses, they make sure to pull within your budget. If a dress is over budget they let you know before putting it on so you can decide if you want to even try it on. I love that each time I returned I worked with the same Bridal stylist Colleen, so that I didn't have to reexplain my vision. Overall obsessed with Luv Bridal- can't recommend it enough. read more

The store is gorgeous, the dresses are stunning, and all of my employee interactions were positive. I was paired with two stylist, Ali & Lily. Both ladies were so bubbly, fun, friendly, and made me feel great in every dress. My mom, MOH, and I all had a great time laughing and chatting and trying on. Prior to visiting LUV, I had visited a couple other local-based shops. However, I realize now I felt more pressure for several reasons here than other shops I visited: First, they informed me of the approximate date the dresses would arrive (which was already cutting it close to my wedding), but when I asked how much longer I could wait to order a dress, they stressed it would be in my best interest to order that day because they couldn't guarantee when the next shipment would come in. I felt like I needed to order it ASAP. Second, they offer 10% off for same-day purchases, which sounds like a steal! However, this added to my anxiety even though, saving a couple hundred dollars was not worth the anxiety of making an spontaneous, same-day decision. Additionally, they advised that the pricing of the dresses would increase anywhere between $300 and $600 within days of my visit. Again, adding to pressure to make me feel like I needed to make a quick decision in order to save money. Third, I was not informed the dress would be non-refundable until they had already drafted up all the paperwork and my card was out ready to pay. The lack of transparency with this serious kind of information before making a decision and payment for such an emotional purchase added to the pressure for me. Finally, with all the alterations I was wanting/needing to make to the dress, plus the accessories, it became clear I was going to be out of my budget. I called within a week in hopes of being able to at least get part of my deposit back and cancel the order. I was told it would not possible because the designer already had the order (but really, was the order already received by the designer and someone had cut the fabric 5 days since the order? Probably not). I was also given the option of requesting a "corporate exception" to allow for my deposit be used on a dress of lesser cost, which only indicated the issue was not at all with the order already being with the designer, but really about them refusing a refund. I realize much of this may be my own naivete and likely I should have done more research on budget, inclusive of alterations, accessories, etc., and purchasing T&Cs prior to going in for an appointment. As someone who is doing this for the first and hopefully only time, it would be nice to be able to trust the "experts" to help guide through the process. I feel there was definitely pressure to purchase same-day that I did not all experience at more other mom& pop shops; and not having a grace period where an order can be cancelled without penalty is a miss for me. I would encourage anyone shopping at LUV or any other bridal shop, to know the store's policies and take the appropriate amount of time to make a decision instead of acting on the emotional impulses of the day. read more

The feeling you get when you walk in is shockingly calming. The ambiance is incredible and have truly thought of everything. It's pristine, smells incredible, flattering lighting and the vibes are immaculate. The front desk is impossible to miss and everyone was extremely kind and friendly. There are so many beautiful dresses to choose from and truly something for everyone. I have been to both LUV Bridal locations in AZ and this location was much more my speed. I personally didn't love the stage feel at the other location. This location makes you feel like you're trying your dress on in someone's (absolutely gorgeous) living room -- which made me feel much more at ease. There's also snacks and beverages available as well. You are assigned to your own personal dress "concierge"aka stylist and Colleen in Tempe is AMAZING. Really sweet, kind and knowledgeable. She was helpful and made me feel super confident in the process and walked me through every step. If you are shopping for dresses, LUV Bridal Tempe was fantastic.
