I had the most incredible experience at Luv! They truly make you feel so special from the second you walk in the door. Actually, before you even get to the front they have your first name displayed with other brides who have appointments that day. They have a huge selection of beautiful gowns and their customer service is unmatched. The store manager, Chardonnay, was so polite and upbeat & my stylist, Ali was the absolute best! She helped me figure out what I liked and didn't, and she was so patient and hyped me up so much when I would step into a gown. I am so thankful I got to work with her!! Not once did I feel pressured to love a certain dress, or even any dress. She read my body language so well while I tried on different gowns and based off of that pulled my dream dress. I cannot recommend this place enough! read more

I would strongly caution anyone considering this bridal shop. While the dresses may look appealing, the business practices here are sales-driven. The staff will say anything to close a sale, but once you've paid-you're on your own. There are no refunds under any circumstances, and this policy feels more like a trap than a contract. It's clear they've structured their terms to protect themselves from prior complaints, not to support brides during a very stressful and emotional time. If something goes wrong you're left with no options and a lot of frustration. Please do your research and go with a shop that values integrity, customer service, and flexibility-especially for something as important as your wedding day. read more

I have nothing but glowing reviews about Luv Bridal Tempe! I was very nervous to go dress shopping and was unsure of what the process would be like. They had TONS of dresses and styles to fit any person's preference. Rachel was the best bridal stylist and I felt so comfortable and relaxed throughout! Both Rachel and Chardonnay were so genuine, down to earth and absolute gems! Absolutely loved my experience and could not recommend Luv Bridal Tempe enough. read more

Went back to buy my dress today (after trying two other bridal stores just to be *sure*) and immediately had to come on here to write a review!! We had such an amazing experience, from spacious seating areas, to refreshments, to a large selection of dresses, & last but not least the service!! I forget the managers name but she was lovely, and Colleen helped me with finding my dream dress!! So personable and really made the experience. Compared to the other stores, they had the cleanest dresses / storefront, most comfortable / private viewing spaces, and the best customer service. Would definitely recommend stopping by here! read more

Lili was absolutely amazing. She took care of me and my whole family and made sure we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Luv Bridal was my last appointment of the day after visiting three other bridal shops I knew luv bridal would be where I found my dress. Lili was very patient and listened to everything I wanted in a dress. She brought out my dress and as we were walking to the front of the shop to look in a mirror with different lighting my song Im going to walk down the aisle started miraculously playing and I just knew it was THE DRESS!! Thank you Lili for taking care of me and helping me find my dress. I'll never forget this experience and all the help you gave me. Thank you read more

I cannot rave enough about my experience here, from the personal touches to my very helpful stylist Sara, everything was perfect! When arriving I loved how they had a designated area for me and my group with complimentary snacks and beverages and then leading to walking the whole floor of dresses to get a feel of what I might like. Coming in with little to no knowledge of wedding dresses my stylist took me first through different fit of dresses to see what I like and once narrowed down tried on different designs. I did find a dress that I loved and she then took me to a different viewing area with natural light and aisle to simulate a wedding day. Although I initially didn't leave with the dress, after trying another boutique nothing compared to my experience here. They were very sweet and accommodating when I rushed back prior to them closing to try the dress on one last time and ended up leaving saying yes to the dress! Thank you so much for a great experience coming from a very anxious bride to be going into this experience. read more

I had the best experience here! My stylist Sara was so amazing, she was very helpful and really understood the style that I was looking for. I felt like she pulled dresses that were very me, but also helped me look for things that maybe I would not have considered before. They had snacks, water, coffee, plenty of comfortable furniture for my friends and family to sit on while I tried on dresses. My stylist also took her time. I never felt like I was being rushed and also didn't feel like there was a limit as to how many dresses I could try on. Overall, it was such an amazing experience and I was able to find my dress! Luv Bridal- Tempe is the place to go, especially if you're closer to the East Phnx area! This was my first stop from two different places- I had to cancel that 2nd appointment because I found my dress at this location! Rachel was my bridal stylist and was the absolute best, I was very nervous and she guided the entire appointment with such grace. Chardonnay is the showroom manager and greeted us from the very beginning, she made us feel so welcomed. Honestly the entire team matched our energy of excitement and provided an unforgettable experience! The showroom has a variety of dresses fluctuating in style and prices. I only tried on three dresses and the second was the one! The facility is modern, clean and provided snacks/beverages. Also, the bridal suites are pretty private which makes you feel comfortable and special. Forever grateful for LUV Bridal- Tempe! read more

My stylist Kendra was wonderful. She made me and my troops comfortable and beautiful. she knew exactly what would look good on me. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Brilliant Bridal has a huge selection of beautiful dresses. After my first visit, I decided to look around to shop and compare. after visiting a few other shops, saw their outrageous prices and not so appealing choices, I decided to go back. before going back I visited the wedding expo. Lo and behold Brilliant bridal was there. I booked a date at the expo right away and received 20% off. I found the perfect dress and took it home the same day. wonderful experience. read more

First time shopping for dresses and I found the one, with the help of Colleen. Literally the more picture perfect experience. They made it so personal. Such a great staff and beautiful store I couldn't have asked for anything better read more

I had the privilege of having Colleen as my stylist and all I have to say is WOW! I was nervous going into the appointment as I am on a time and budget crunch for my wedding and she was able to pull every single gown in my size perfectly and in the exact style I wanted. We reviewed some styles that I had seen before and also a walk through together on some dresses that I would like to try. Every single option was a home run it felt like, she was incredibly receptive to my thoughts and what I liked. The second dress she had me try on I knew that was my dress. When doing the final try on of it she directed us to an area with natural lighting, as my venue is outside, just to make sure it was still as beautiful in natural lighting. I cannot speak highly enough about Colleen and her work. Besides helping me find my dream dress for an amazing price and the exact style I wanted, she was super friendly and kept me relaxed the entire time. Also, the staff in general were so kind, friendly and welcoming. I had the privilege of meeting Chardonnay as well and she was just as lovely and gave some recommendations when trying on other dresses as well as some ideas for alterations. Overall, I would recommend LUV Bridal HIGHLY to anyone who asks me. read more

This facility is absolutely gorgeous! Clean, well stocked (snacks, drinks and plastic flutes) and huge selection of gowns. Colleen was my bridal stylist and she was outstanding. She listened to my likes and dislikes and was able to find MY dress on the first pick. I tried on about 7 dresses but kept coming back to her pick. It had everything I versioned. The promotion sale was fantastic and made the visit super successful. I was able to find my dress abs Veil in one day. Chardonnay, the showroom manager was a gem! 2025 bride here. I had an appointment on 12/07 and I cannot express how highly I recommend not only Luvs Bridal but their entire staff. ESPECIALLY ALI! Immediately upon entry my entourage and I were given a red carpet experience and treated with the upmost professionalism/respect and most of all they made the experience meaningful and FUN. My girls got drinks, snacks and everyone from the Luvs team came over and took the time to introduce themselves personally. I worked with Ali and she spared no detail getting to understand my vision and what I wanted for the perfect dress. In NO time she was able to pull so many dresses that looked like they came right off my inspo boards. She also really took the time to get to know me and I felt like I was talking to a friend. If you are in a search for a dress you are absolutely missing out if you do not make a stop here and ASK FOR ALI!!! Thank you to this wonderful team for making this experience so special! read more
