They didn't put a hard limit on number of guests, and offered champagne and refreshments. The space itself is airy, comfortable, and well designed. If taking aesthetic photos is part of the experience for you, put this on your list. Salespeople don't work on tips or commissions, which helps them be honest and not pushy. It was such a comfortable vibe. Customer service was top tier--we asked if we could come a little early last minute, and they kindly accommodated us. Anna, who helped us, had great energy and shared fun facts about the design process and the history behind the fashion. I want to give this place the benefit of the doubt but our experience was less than sub par. The sales associate was not listening to the bride and made the experience so uncomfortable we cut the fitting short. She continuously clasped the dresses so tight the bride was visibly uncomfortable and would pull dresses that did not match the brides requests. She wanted to help but her comments and selection created an overall bad experience. This was disappointing and our least favorite fitting of the day. read more

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Grace Loves Lace!! Sydney was amazing, she made the whole thing so fun and exciting! She was very knowledgeable about the dresses, line and company. I had an amazing time finding the dress of my dreams at GLL Phoenix!! Jenna and Gabriel were so easygoing and made my experience exceptional, light, and fun!! They gave me time to try on about five dresses as well as try the dress I loved for a second time! I got to walk around with the dress on and hang out, Gabriel offered to fix my hair into a quick updo. Of course, I could not resist. Jenna put me in the matching vail and some beautiful earrings!! When I got tears in my eyes, that's when I knew I found the dress of my dreams. The dress ended up costing less than I thought it would, so that was also a huge plus! I've been to other bridal shops where I felt as if the stylist was just trying to get the sale in a rush. Gabriel took his time, gave genuine feedback on my concerns and truly just made it feel like I was shopping with a friend. Okaaayyyyy this showroom is absolutely STUNNING! I don't even think the picture does it justice. The decor, the wall art, the exposed building elements, and of course the dresses. Everything about this place is a bride's dream come true! When you walk in for your appointment, you are treated to champagne or rose tea. Talk about feeling like royalty! I had Maeyson as my stylist and she was just the sweetest and most helpful. She understood my style and was so nice and positive the entire time, helping me in and out of the dresses. What's nice about GLL dresses is that they are all a flattering stretch lace, so there are no zippers. Some even had a finger loop near the bottom of the train so you could swing it and spin around! I had been following GLL on Instagram for a while and was so excited to be able to put the dresses on myself. This showroom did not disappoint! Sadly, my experience was poor before I even arrived at the store. I was on my way to my appointment, and I was getting a little lost, so I called for directions. The gal who answered the phone tried to give me some directions and then asked me if I had taken their online quiz for the dress selection. I explained to her that I had booked the appointment at the last minute and had not had time to take the quiz. She advised me to stay in my car when I arrive, pull up the quiz on my phone, and take it before I enter the store or a consultant cannot see me. Then she further explained that if I didn't know what I wanted for a dress, style-wise, Grace Loves Lace only offers fitted, BoHo style dresses, so if that's not what I was looking for, their store wouldn't have anything for me. I thanked her for her honesty and told her to cancel my appointment. I understand that the quiz is helpful to the consultant when trying to pull dresses for the bride, but not every bride has an exact idea of what she wants in a dress, and having that expertise and guidance from the consultant is what I was looking for. I didn't get it at Grace Loves Lace; heck, I wasn't even welcomed into the store until I took that quiz! Overall, things worked out how they were supposed to. I found all three of my dresses at Schaffer's Bridal in Scottsdale. Shout out to Brooke! read more

First, Danielle is INCREDIBLE! With Covid cases going up again, and short-staffed, she did everything she could to make sure I was able to get an appointment in while my family was in town. As soon as I walked into Grace loves lace the first thing I thought was - This looks like a bridal shop from a movie! The store is BEAUTIFUL! I'm so disappointed I didn't take pictures since I was so into the dresses but trust me... just walking in is a whole experience. I had Maeyson as my stylist and she was GREAT- sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. Being greeted with champagne, such a beautiful show room and Maeyson made the whole experience amazing. Prior to my appointment they have you pick some styles so they have them ready for you which is very helpful as well. The lace is just stunning- like no style you might have seen before. And the dresses fit so nicely I can only imagine how perfect they will be once they are custom made for you. The material is stretchy yet flattering so you can move around during one the most magical days of your life. They take A LOT of measurements as the gowns are custom made to fit you. Dress shopping was so much fun here!!! The showroom manager Danielle is truly such a great human & so bubbly (I would request her if you can!). We were offered drinks upon arrival & we chose champagne of course :) which made the experience that much better! The showroom is so pretty with a huge mirror in the middle we were obsessed with. Two things I loved about their dresses: they are extremely comfortable! And they have smaller sizes to try on! So if you are more petite you can see what the dress would actually look like on you. I visited the GLL showroom in Phoenix over the weekend, and to be honest, it left A LOT to be desired. The show room was beautiful, and certainly picture worthy but the showroom staff was what ruined my experience. I've followed GLL on instagram and saw so many dresses that I loved, but the staff ruined the experience for me so quickly. I understand that you are to wear something over your face to prevent your makeup from rubbing on the dresses however, i had a headache by the third time it was tied so tightly to my head. If I heard "this is the stock model of the dress so you need to use your imagination of what it would look like fitted" again, I probably would have repeated it back to her. I had a hard time even envisioning what the dress might look like because the stylist didn't care to help me. When I shared that I appreciated the time, she pushed me more to see what I liked to see if she could make the sale. At no point in my appointment did I feel like it was a special day or that I was the bride. No one said that a dress looked pretty on me, or that I looked beautiful, or anything, it was put the dress on, take it off, next. Not to mention that the measuring was abrasive and left me feeling so uncomfortable. If you are really interested in a GLL dress, I recommend you look at traveling and NOT going to the Phoenix showroom. read more

Hi, I would give this place zero stars! I booked an appointment here and filled out their list of questions, including my size and types of dresses I was interested in. I went and they didn't have my size. They gave me two dresses to try on....that's all they had for me. They weren't even CLOSE to my size. And then the girl helping me asked if she could talk about sizes....bc she explained some people get really upset if she does. I said I was okay with that....and she told me I was 5x in bridal size....I'm a large or xl in stores. I don't know the reason she needed to even say that. What was the point? There was a used tissue in my dressing room that nobody cleaned up. There was a girl eating cookies and not helping us the whole time? What a joke of a place. Don't waste your time. read more

As a newly engaged woman, going wedding dress shopping should be one of the most important and exciting times of our lives. I chose to book an appointment with Grace Loves Lace based on the number of recommendations from clients and friends. I found a handful of dresses that I would have loved to try on and buy on the day of my appointment. I booked my Grace Loves Lace appointment six weeks before my try-on date, and I had been looking forward to it for weeks.  In the days leading up to the appointment, Grace Loves Lace asked me to reply that I would still be coming to the showroom, which I promptly confirmed. Not once since the day of making the appointment, I was advised that I was only allowed three guests. On the day of the appointment, I was surprised by my grandmother, who flew over 1,700 miles to join me. As well as my other three guests who flew in from out of town for the experience as well. I am fully aware of COVID protocols and knew to show up with a mask on to be safe around others in the showroom. As we were greeted at the door by the sales associate, we were immediately asked, "Now, which one of your guests will be leaving because we only allow the bride plus three guests?" I came as myself plus 4, including my grandmother, who surprised me that morning. I fully understood what she was asking and immediately felt shocked and embarrassed. I apologized to her because I had four guests and not three. I arrived with four women, three of them being elderly.  That was not the issue we faced. I asked if there was any way my extra guest was able to wait in the entry area as only three were allowed in the dressing room with me. Her answer completely baffled us. She said, "No, because this is a common space, and you have exceeded your three-guest limit." Not only was I made to feel as if I did something wrong that was irreversible, but I was also totally embarrassed by this sales associate. She was entirely condescending in answering our questions and told us, "There's a bad-ass cafe just right across the street someone can wait at."  Grace Loves Lace dresses run between $2,000 - $4,000, and I was fully prepared to purchase a ceremony and reception dress that day. Not only did the Phoenix Grace Loves Lace location make my wedding dress experience an entirely embarrassing and heartbreaking one, but they also lost out on two sales. All because I had one extra elderly guest with me that was not allowed to sit in the entry area. I am so incredibly disappointed in my experience and saddened that this happened. I was not going to write anything about it. Although, it was more than just a turn away by the associate. It is hours of work picking GLL dresses and over $4,000 worth of flight expenses for my guests that will not be able to get that dress trying on experience with me anymore. A shocking and embarrassing turn of events highlighted how Grace Loves Lace lost out on a couple of sales, and how I will never get that moment with my elderly grandmother to have that full beautiful wedding experience trying on dresses. read more
