I had the most amazing experience finding my wedding dress! Going into it, I thought I was crazy for even considering saying yes to a dress at the first store I visited, but Amanda made me feel so confident in my decision!! She truly listened to what I wanted and focused on what would make me feel beautiful and happy! I never felt pressured, only supported, encouraged, and celebrated throughout the entire process! Amanda was incredible every step of the way, and thanks to her, I found my dream dress and had such a special experience doing it. I couldn't have asked for a better stylist or a better day. Thank you, Amanda! Highly recommend! ‍ read more

Disappointing Experience I'm very disappointed with how my overall experience at Brilliant Bridal turned out. When I arrived and began working with my stylist, whose name I'll keep private because I have no desire to get anyone in trouble or see anyone reprimanded, I explained that my wedding is this coming October. After narrowing my options down to two dresses, I was very clear that I would only choose the dress I ultimately purchased if the alterations I envisioned could actually be executed. Those alterations were a major factor in my confidence and comfort with the dress, and I was reassured in a way that left me under the impression that Brilliant Bridal either handled the alterations or had a clear process for ensuring they could be done. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after the manager had secured my payment that I was given a paper recommending places I would need to contact myself to determine whether they could bring my vision to life. I also wasn't made aware of the no-return policy during the purchasing process. I only discovered it afterward when I checked my email and saw the policy at the bottom of my receipt. What has made this experience even more stressful is speaking with a seamstress afterward. She explained that the alteration might be fairly easy as long as it doesn't shift the cups too far toward the center, and that another possibility could be covering the modesty panel with beading or lace. However, she also made an important point: after four decades in the industry, she has learned that stylists aren't seamstresses, and what a stylist believes will be an "easy fix" isn't always what they imagine. She said she could take a look, pin the dress, and determine how much everything shifts--but that the cups will definitely shift, and the question is simply how far. Hearing that has significantly increased my anxiety. What should have been an exciting experience of finding my wedding dress has instead left me questioning whether the alterations I specifically discussed before purchasing are actually achievable. I understand that stylists may not be professional seamstresses and that alterations ultimately need to be assessed by someone qualified to perform them. My frustration is that I was making my purchase based on specific assurances about something that was extremely important to me, only to discover after payment that I would have to independently find someone who could determine whether those changes were even possible. At this point, I can't help but feel that I was given enough reassurance to feel comfortable making the purchase, only to be left with the uncertainty afterward. That has made the entire experience feel less like I was being helped find the right dress and more like I was being reassured just enough to secure the sale. I truly wish the process had been more transparent from the beginning. If I had been clearly told before paying that Brilliant Bridal does not handle alterations and that the changes I envisioned were not guaranteed to be possible, I could have made a much more informed decision. Instead, I'm now left with a wedding dress, a no-return policy I only discovered afterward, and significant anxiety about whether the dress I purchased can actually be altered into what I was told was possible. read more

I'm honestly very disappointed with how my experience went. I was charged twice for my dress the day prior to pick up which caused my bank account to overdraft and created a financial inconvenience for me. While I understand mistakes happen, I was really disappointed by how little concern seemed to be shown about the situation. Picking up my wedding dress was supposed to be such a special and exciting moment, and unfortunately, this major inconvenience completely took away from that experience. I appreciate that the duplicate charge was refunded, but I feel that a refund and a half apology for the "mix-up" didn't really acknowledge the impact this had on me. I truly hope situations like this are handled with more care and urgency in the future, because this was a moment I had been looking forward to for so long, and it was unfortunately overshadowed by something that could have been handled much better read more

This was a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, there was barely a greeting and the atmosphere felt cold, dated, and had an odd smell. All the dresses are sold strictly off the rack, so you're responsible for paying for tailoring separately. While they do offer a variety of options, many of the dresses felt cheaply made--which does match their lower price point. We came in to help my sister search for her dream dress, but the woman assisting us had an unfriendly attitude and even made an unprofessional comment, saying my sister wouldn't find anything within her budget at her next appointment elsewhere so she's better off buying something here. That remark alone left her feeling uncomfortable and unwilling to return. Overall, the pushy sales approach made the experience feel more like being at a used car lot than a bridal shop. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you want to feel respected and supported during such an important purchase. read more

Such a great spot with a helpful team! My sister said yes to the dress here and for an unbeatable price, for a dress she loved and was her #1 pick even before finding out the price!! Loved that the appointment booking process was easy, and no secret/ hidden fees throughout the entire process. Run, don't walk to get your perfect dress! read more

From the moment I walked into Brilliant Bridal North Phoenix, I felt seen, heard, and valued. The shop is bright, welcoming, and completely stress-free--exactly what every bride deserves. My consultant, Alli, was an absolute gem. She took the time to truly listen to my vision, budget, and preferences. She pulled beautiful dresses that fit my style perfectly and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever rushing or pressuring me. Her warmth, patience, and genuine excitement for my big day made the whole experience unforgettable. After a disappointing experience at another shop, the difference here was night and day. The selection is stunning--designer gowns at prices that feel almost too good to be true (I found my dream dress for less than half of what I was quoted elsewhere!). What truly stood out was the kindness and professionalism from Alli and the entire team. I left feeling confident, beautiful, and completely taken care of. If you want a joyful, respectful, and supportive bridal shopping experience, ask for Alli at Brilliant Bridal--she will make your dreams come true! read more

I worked with Marissa who helped me find a beautiful wedding dress. I was a little nervous before my appointment (this was my first time trying on bridal gowns) but she made the process easy and fun- she even held up my phone so my mom in another state could see my choices over FaceTime! In the end I picked a lovely dress that was really reasonably priced and I couldn't be happier. I'd definitely recommend this shop! read more

My bridesmaids, mom, and I had a wonderful experience working with Sadie and the crew at Brilliant Bridal on Bell Road. I really appreciated that they let us have a laptop set up with my bridesmaid who was out of town so she could still experience the dress purchasing. I also was very grateful to have Sadie's help in trying on all of the dresses. She knew exactly how to clip and pin the dresses on me so they flattered me and my figure. I came here yesterday with my mom and friends to get my wedding dress and had a wonderful experience! Theresa helped me find the dress of my dreams! She was very consultative, a good listener, intuitive and was able to hone in on what I was looking for before I even realized it myself! They have so much space in this salon so each appointment has their own designated space, so there aren't multiple brides walking across the same platform at the same time. I felt very cared for and I couldn't have asked for a better experience ! A major thank you to Theresa and Brilliant Bridal for helping me find my dream dress! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! Also, all dresses here are under $2000 but that does NOT mean you're paying for a low quality dress or experience! It's great value and I couldn't brt happier! read more

I bought my dream gown at Brilliant Bridal yesterday!! I cannot say enough nice things about Alli. She was the most incredible person who made this experience just absolutely wonderful. I was very anxious about the dress try-ons and she just immediately gave me a sense of calm, relief and her expertise is what truly found my dream dress. She took elements from all the gowns I tried and liked and pulled the perfect one for me. She was kind to me and my family, she was so helpful and made it a really fun day! She took a genuine interest in us and wanted us to have success as much as we did. If it weren't for her, we wouldn't have had such an amazing experience. And the dress is literally perfect and was well within my budget. Every bride needs to go to Brilliant!! read more

I had the best experience at Brilliant Bridal and would highly recommend! After months and months of not being able to find a dress I thought I'd never find the perfect dress. I said YES to the dress at brilliant bridal! Kaitlyn made me feel so comfortable Immediately. We started off getting to know each other, as she asked me about my wedding plans and hobbies. Kaitlyn really made sure to listen to my needs as well as pay close attention to what I liked about dresses on myself and what I did not. She really made sure I felt beautiful in each dress and cared a ton about my needs and comfortability in general. This girl is a Super woman, asking me about myself as she was unzipping, clipping, rezipping, and realigning. She is amazing at multi tasking while listening. I'm really blessed to have had the perfect experience on my first go around! Thank you, truly Brillaint Bridal read more

I would like to start off my review by saying every single person I interacted with was lovely, helpful and compassionate. My first appointment with Saydee was amazing. She was so patient, pulled so many options and really made the entire day an experience. My second time back I met with Kayla, who was also so patient and kind, she really solidified my dress choice. I felt so spoiled and showered with compliments at both appointments and would recommend Brilliant Bridal to everyone. The manager Kelly was also a class act. I'm so grateful to the brilliant bridal staff I'd also love to give a special thank you to Saydee who made a gift for my fiancé and I to have on our wedding day. I'm so thankful. read more

Great experience! The bride Said yes to the dress! The staff was very nice and accommodating.

We had a great time at our appointment. Our stylist really spent time getting to know us. She made me feel comfortable, so changing in and out of dresses was not awkward. Taylor was super sweet and knew the dresses well enough that she could pick out dresses in seconds that she thought you might like. We went to David's Bridal prior to this appointment and their stylist did not help me try on dresses (other than zipping or buttoning up the back) and was busy talking to other stylist during our appointment. Yes, we said 'yes,' to the dress at Brilliant Bridal! read more

We went to Brilliant Bridal to find a wedding gown for my upcoming nuptials. Teresa was our stylist and she was very friendly, helpful, and informative! We found an amazing gown below our budget and couldn't be happier! She was very conscious of our budget and helped us to factor in alterations. She had me pick out some gowns and also brought some to me that were spot on! Brilliant Bridal is the only business in Phoenix to partner with Brides Against Breast Cancer! This was something that was important to me because it means my purchase does more than just benefits myself! I would definitely recommend Brilliant Bridal to anyone seeking a wedding gown! read more

I had a wonderful experience with the Brilliant Bridal Associate Saydee. Who was very accommodating to my guests, as well as myself, having many questions pertaining to the dress and tailoring and really anything involving my dress entirely, she helped pick out a lot of dresses as well, fitting perfectly within my price range and was overall the best dress fitting experience that I could've hoped for. This review is long overdue, I got my dress in June 2020! I went here when they were having a sale less than a month after I got engaged, not expecting to find anything. The wonderful bridal consultants helped me find dresses to try on that matched the style I wanted (I ended up going for the exact opposite). I got an amazing deal on my dress, it was originally over $3,000, I got it for $800. They were also being very careful and taking safety precautions which put me at ease. So glad this is where I got my dress, it looked awesome! read more

Fantastic staff. Clean and organized. Cost effective. SO glad we ended up here for my MILs wedding dress shopping!

Great staff and wide selection of dresses and accessories. My daughter found the dress she wanted.

I really loved and was impressed with the dresses and the customer service at this bridal shop. I had gone to David's Bridal previously and was not wow'ed by anything and the staff didn't seem to know what to do. But when I came here, the staff was friendly, and my consultant (I am so sorry I forgot your name!) was very sweet and super patient. I was nervous but she was encouraging and found dress after dress that I might like both in and far below my price range (always a plus). The ladies stayed 20 minutes after closing hoping I would choose, but were very kind when I said I'd have to come back the next day since I felt a lot of pressure and stress. They offered for us to come in the next day, and my mom and I agreed. When I came back the next day at opening, my consultant was there with both of the dresses I was struggling to decide between on display. She made my mom and I feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. She even had a flower crown for me to wear since she knew I wasn't planning on wearing a veil. I ended up buying a beautiful, dreamy dress that I'm in love with! Even though it wasn't the more pricy one, which would have given her more for commission, she was super supportive and never even hinted, mentioned, or looked disappointed. She was genuinely looking out for my best interests. I made sure to leave a great tip, because it's some of the best service, kindness, and patience I've received in the whole wedding planning/preparation experience. I'm sorry, I forgot my consultant's name (I have an idea for the name but not sure if it so I don't want to mess it up). but if you see a young woman at the Brilliant Bridal in Union Hills/Phoenix area with dark curly hair and greenish/blue eyes, and she says "gotcha girlie," then she's going to be perfect for your bridal party! Her partner who helped me get into a few dresses (blonde lady with more black and white patterned outfits) is also very nice. Really the whole team is great! Extra tidbit: If you go to a bridal expo and Brilliant Bridal is there, sign up for an appointment. I would have received 25% off if I got the dress the first time I walked in, but still got 15% off for coming back the next day. read more

Where do I even begin?! I'm definitely more comfortable in the gym wearing leggings than trying on dresses. In fact, I can't even remember the last time I had on a dress (thanks covid). So just the idea of trying on dresses was not fun. Also, my fiancé and I are planning a small wedding on a budget so I definitely did not want to spend a small fortune on my dress. On top of all that, I'm a AZ transplant so my bridesmaids and close family are all in Florida. I had one friend with me but that's it. Shout out to Kalie for making all those worries a thing of the past! I was hesitant to tell her my budget because I was scared there wouldn't be anything. She told me "girl we have dresses for less than half that!" That was refreshing after hearing some stores say "gowns start at $1,200". I tried on and re-tried on dresses the first day just to come back the next day after work and try on one of the dresses again! It was literally the first dress I tried on and I was scared to pull the trigger because it was "the first one". Kalie was patient and didn't rush me and helped me visualize what the dress would look like with the alterations I had in mind. I sent pics to my crew and everyone agreed it was lovely! If I wasn't having a small wedding I'd invite the whole staff of brilliant bridal to my reception! read more

I 100% recommend Emily to assist you. Very happy to have her as my guide. She was super helpful and listened to everything I wanted. Some of the staff is a little rough towards the end.. definitely acting like sales people which they are but shifting their mood from happy to needing to sell the dress can make the pressure hard so don't let that sway you! Just bought my dress thanks to Emily! I had such a cluster of ideas and emotions going into my appointment but she guided my vision and ended up picking the perfect dress for me. Emzzz, you made it such a beautiful experience by letting me try on about 11 dresses I can't believe I walked out with one. *blurry picture attached is my favorite. This is when she turned down all the lights in the shop, made me close my eyes, and gave me the best pump up speech right before I opened them and knew I had found THE ONE! I was in the market for a wedding dress and stumbled upon this place on Yelp. After reading the reviews, I thought "what the heck, I'll give it a shot". Thank gosh I did because I found my wedding dress! I had a very nice time! Kalie was very personable, kind, and helpful. So a huge thank you to Kalie! I tried on several dresses and when it came down to just two, Kalie helped me really pinpoint what dress I wanted to wear on my wedding day. She actually helped me try on both dresses back to back twice because I was struggling to pick the perfect one. I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel that anyone was rude to me or my party. I really wanted to give her a larger tip, but the price of the dress I picked was outside of my budget so I unfortunately couldn't. So if you're really needing to stay within a budget, make sure when you are picking out dresses that you look at the price before you try it on. read more

I have to say that I did not expect to find my dream dress at the first bridal boutique I went to, but Brilliant Bridal proved me wrong. Saydee made me feel so comfortable from start to finish! She started with getting a feel of what I liked and allowed me to select the first round of dresses, to get a feel of what I was drawn to. Once we were in the fitting room, she had them all lined up and ready for me to pick my favorite out of all of them. And let me tell you, the first dress I tried on was BEAUTIFUL! Because it was the very first dress I tried, there were definite reservations, but Saydee kept moving forward with every dress, while also continuously asking how it compared to the first, because it was the dress to beat. And nothing beat it. We had some close contenders, but nothing amounted to it. Because it was my first ever stop, Saydee guided me through every step, twist, and fluff of each dress I tried on. I decided I needed some time to think about it and unfortunately they were unable to hold the dress because of it being a weekend. However, while at lunch, I decided that nothing will compare to it, called them, confirmed it was still there, and confirmed that I was buying it! I am so happy and once we have our wedding, I will definitely update my review to show the dress! (Can't risk my fiancé 'accidentally' stumbling upon it). Saydee, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for everything, you were a rock star! read more

I cannot recommend Emily at Brilliant Bridal enough! She made me feel like the most important bride in the world. Her genuine warmth and attentiveness made my experience unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure I found my dream dress. Emily's expertise and dedication are unparalleled, and I am so grateful for her help in saying "yes to the dress" not once, but twice. I initially went there in 2022 and found my dream dress with Emily for a wedding that completely changed destination and date a year later. I remember my experience with Emily my first time visiting brilliant bridal, I was not expecting to say yes to the dress immediately at my first appointment, but her energy and passion towards this industry made me so happy she was a part of my special day. Well, a year later wedding plans completely changed and I was needing a new dress, my first dress would not go well with the new destination... booked my appointment with brilliant bridal again and I was so happy Emily was still working there. And she did it again! Found my second dress and I felt so beautiful in it I cried!!! My sister captured the moment where Emily was helping me with my dress and her smile looking at me was so heart warming if your man don' look at you the way Emily looks at you, dump him. I just had the most wonderful experience at Brilliant Bridal with Alli and the team! When we got engaged, we originally planned on eloping so dresses (among other things) were last on my mind. When plans changed and a dress became needed, I had no idea where to start! Alli at Brilliant Bridal recognized this and immediately put all my stress at ease. She made us feel welcomed, asked to see my ring, asked about my fiancee, and genuinely seemed interested in getting to know my mom and I. I only had basic ideas of what I liked for a dress. Alli had me pick 3 and after trying, she chose 5 different dresses based off my reactions to the first few. I thought I loved what I originally picked, but I ended up having a hard time between 2 Alli chose. I said yes to the dress at Brilliant Bridal - first and only dress shop visited! I had an amazing experience at Brilliant Bridal! I had an appointment last Saturday and ended up purchasing the very first dress I tried on. I'm in love with it! The store had a really great selection of dresses at amazing prices (I could not believe how affordable my dress was), and the dressing room/sitting area for my mom and sister was very comfortable and nice. It felt really private, but also open to the store so my stylist could grab other options for me as I tried things on. Speaking of my stylist, Alli was absolutely amazing!! She offered great advice and helped me find dresses that were both totally my style, and other options I wouldn't have chosen myself but ended up loving anyway. She was also an amazing hype girl, lol, she made me feel amazing in every dress and that just made it the most fun experience. I felt totally comfortable with her and was able to tell her what I thought and ask her for what I really wanted, which is so important for picking a wedding dress. Lastly, by the end of my appointment, I really loved two dresses and was having trouble deciding between the two -- she gave me the best advice that made it so easy to know which dress was the one. Couldn't have done it without her! :) I highly recommend Brilliant Bridal! read more

We had a terrible experience here. The stylist made us feel rushed and was quite rude. After my sister tried on three dresses that were the incorrect size, the stylist told her the store didn't have any dresses for her. After my sister came out of the dressing room looking totally defeated, we went to the racks and picked some additional dresses for her try on in better fitting sizes and styles. The stylist seemed irritated we stepped in to help and continually acted like she had no desire to help her find a dress. My sister did end up finding a couple of dresses we pulled for her that she liked. Unfortunately due to the terrible experience and rude staff she did not select a dress from this store. This almost ruined her wedding dress shopping experience, especially considering this was the very first dress shop she visited. read more
