Lovely bride was my first stop for wedding dress shopping, so I was unsure exactly what style of dress I wanted, but my stylist Xandra was absolutely amazing at listening to my preferences and selecting gowns for me to try on! I ended up picking the first gown she brought me! I appreciated her transparency with dress pricing. In addition, she was extremely kind, supportive, and patient! If I could give this place 1 star, I would. My friend went in to try on dresses for her big day. You would think professionals working in this field would know how to treat their clientele. My friend was told she was not allowed to try on dresses because they were "out of her budget". They treated her so poorly that she left the store in tears and feeling demoralized.
