Just had the most wonderful experience today at Luv Bridal. My sister Kylie found her wedding dress!! Summer was so attentive and brought so much energy and fun to her fitting. She truly is an asset and the kindest, most involved person I have seen in awhile. You can tell she loves her job. She made my sister feel so special and confident. I cannot recommend Luv Bridal enough!! I plan to make my own appointment for my wedding next year read more

I can't recommend Luv Bridal enough!! I had been to two other bridal salons before coming here, and while they were nice, something just wasn't clicking. Walking into Luv Bridal immediately felt different. The studio is beautiful, welcoming, and made what can be an overwhelming experience feel so relaxed and exciting. Liliana was truly incredible. She listened to everything I was looking for, paid attention to the little details I mentioned, and never once made me feel pressured. She let me take my time, gave honest feedback when I asked for it, and made me feel so supported through the entire appointment. The best part? She found my dress. I was completely shocked because it wasn't something I would have picked on my own, but somehow she saw exactly what I was trying to describe. The moment I put it on, I knew. I'm absolutely obsessed with it. Dress shopping is such a big moment, and Liliana made it one I'll always remember. Thank you for making me feel heard, cared for, and genuinely excited throughout the entire experience. I left feeling so confident that I found my dress, and I couldn't be more grateful. If you're looking for your wedding dress, go to Luv Bridal and ask for Liliana. You'll be in the best hands. read more

I would strongly caution any bride considering purchasing a wedding dress from LUV Bridal. I purchased my wedding dress in September 2025 and was told it would arrive within approximately 4-6 months. After months of hearing nothing, I began calling the store for updates in March 2026. After multiple unanswered follow-ups and missed promises to call me back, I was finally informed that although the store had entered my order with "corporate", the dress had never actually been ordered from the designer. Let that sink in: six months after taking my payment, no one had placed the order. I was only made aware of this because I repeatedly called to check on the status myself. Had I not followed up, I have no idea when--or if--I would have been told. By the time the mistake was discovered, the earliest possible delivery date was months later than originally promised, leaving me scrambling to find a replacement wedding dress and pay rush fees to ensure I had something to wear on my wedding day. Management acknowledged the error, agreed to issue a refund, and agreed to reimburse the rush fees I incurred as a direct result of their failure to place the order. I submitted the requested documentation, yet months later I am still chasing them for resolution and follow-through. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is taking a bride's order, failing to place it, failing to proactively communicate the issue, requiring the customer to discover the mistake herself, and then failing to promptly resolve the situation afterward. A wedding dress is one of the most important purchases a bride will make. Because LUV Bridal failed to place my order, I had to rush to find a replacement dress (6 months before my wedding) and lost the opportunity to share that experience with my family. That's a moment I can't get back. read more

I'll start off by saying Nicaise is amazing! My sister had an appointment with LUV this past weekend. Nicaise was the lovely lady who helped during her appointment, and she was so delightful; she listened to exactly what my sister was looking for/wanting while also making sure her family (us) could feel comfortable as well. My sister bought her dress that same day and she is so happy with her choice. Nicaise made her feel like a beautiful bride and we could all see it. THANK YOU NICAISE & LUV BRIDAL read more

I wasn't the bride, but I am a bridesmaid so I had had an experience too! My cousin went here looking for her wedding dress and really had no idea where to start from a silhouette standpoint. The consultant was very good at figuring out what she liked and what she didn't like. My cousin had a style she really wanted, but it seemed like this particular location didn't carry that style. However, the consultant was pulling similar dresses to the style she wanted which I loved. However, when she found a dress similar to what she loved based on photo examples I felt like the consultant got very pushy almost made the entire experience flip 180. She started asking her if she said yes to the dress, immediately started taking measurements and told her the next steps but my cousin still had a few more stores she wanted to look at- just felt very sales driven especially with her giving her $400 off in the dressing room. In addition, the appointment was an hour and a half long but she only tried on a few dresses. read more

As mother of the groom, I sat back and observed a lot. The staff was so professional, from walking in the store, to not rushing the bride with her decision. I happened to be in the shop 3 times, and there was kindness and attention to detail every visit. Yari made sure the bride was 100% satisfied with her dress. Thank you for doing your job so well ...we didn't feel like just another number. Also, love all the attention to detail with snacks, drinks, and treats. We all felt loved on! read more

As soon as we walked into Luv, everyone was so welcoming to my party! Ray was amazing and hyped me up the entire appointment. She asked what are three things I wanted to feel in my dress, AND MAN DID WE FIND THOSE THREE THINGS IN MY DRESS. She was absolutely incredible helping me find my dream dress! Wildcard for the win!!! She made me feel like a princess! read more

I had such an amazing experience at Luv Bridal! My consultant was Markell and she was so wonderful and made me and my guests feel so comfortable during my appointment. Markell gave me so many great recommendations for dresses and never once during the appointment did I feel rushed or pressured. Luv bridal has such a large selection of dresses in so many different styles. The show room is organized and the seating area which guests sit in is comfortable and stocked with snacks and drinks. I definitely recommend going to Luv Bridal when wedding dress shopping. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

Denise was our consultant. We loved her. She listened. She was very patient. Wonderful, calm spirit. We loved the salon's vibe. Weeknights are great. Less busy. The dresses are accessible to the bride. They don't hide them in the back. We loved that. The dresses were reasonably priced as well. We definitely recommend Denise and Luv Bridal Phx! read more

I normally don't do reviews because I'm always busy, but Luv Bridal & Lilianna deserve a million-star review. I have gone to multiple bridal shops to search for my dream dress and Luv Bridal outshined each bridal shop I previously went to. The entire Luv Bridal team assisted me by going above and beyond. They listened to my vision and brought my vision to life. I was able to find my beautiful dream dress off the rack in PLUS SIZE for an unbelievable deal. They even played the song I will be walking down the aisle to get a full experience. I think I even passed my allotted appointment time. I also had a situation when purchasing, and it brought me to tears. Luv Bridal was willing to give me options that allowed me to get my dress. I left a very happy bride. Backstory: My wedding is in 7 months, and plus-size brides normally need to shop 9-12 months early to purchase a dress for alterations and order to fit. I had found my original dress at a different bridal shop a year ago, but they stopped selling the designer and were unable to order my dress. This caused me to look for an off-the-rack or similar dress that can be rushed ordered. I will be updating this post once my dress has been altered with the gold. Just so Luv Bridal can see my vision they helped bring to life. Thank You Lilianna & Luv Bridal Team!!!! read more

I made an appointment here at Luv because they're the only bridal shop in the valley that has Milla Nova. I had two appointments here, one being my very first wedding dress shopping experience- and I loved it so much. My bridal stylist Melissa MADE my entire appointment. I did go back for the dress, but I also went back for her! She wasn't pushy. She was amazing. She made sure I loved everything, made sure my guests weren't getting in my head, and made sure we only did what I wanted! I was also given a 10% discount for returning and while checking out the lady at the desk was trying to charge me full price- Melissa overheard and made sure I was getting the discount. I was completely unaware! I love her and the Luv Bridal experience and would recommend them to any bride. read more

If you're a bride-to-be, this is the only place you need to visit to find your dress! I can't say enough amazing things about LUV Bridal--and especially Summer, who helped me find the dress. I never imagined I'd feel so emotional trying on a gown, but the one she pulled for me completely stole my heart. The studio is absolutely stunning and felt like such a high-end experience. They had an amazing selection of dresses--so many gorgeous options--but not in an overwhelming way. Summer made the entire process fun and stress-free, not just for me but also for my mom and sister who came along. Best of all, I found a dress I'm completely obsessed with and came in under budget--something I genuinely didn't expect. Truly such a special experience from start to finish! (p.s. For any family and friends that are being nosy, the photo I attached is NOT the dress I went with, but it was the first ever wedding gown I tried on. ) read more

Summer went above and beyond. We we're just scheduling to come in and try on dresses... Had not planned on buying a dress... But summer made it such a great experience that how could we leave and not have purchased a dress. We not only purchased the dress, but paid in full. So grateful for her enthusiasm which made the entire experience in itself worth it. read more

I had a really great experience finding my gown at LUV in Phoenix. LUV was my third appointment, and I came in pretty defeated because I had been put in dresses outside of my budget at the other stores. For context, I am not getting any financial help for wedding expenses so I had a smaller-than-most dress budget and I was extremely strict about sticking to it. I fully expected to have to buy off-the-rack, but my bridal stylist Amanda and the store manager Jenna worked together to get me in a dress I absolutely loved for an insane price that was made-to-order! I was floored. I knew I was not the type to cry when I put THE dress on, but I cried when they told me the numbers and that I 'deserved to get married in a dress I loved.' I also appreciated that my stylist picked up when I was feeling overwhelmed with my guests and their opinions, she took me back to the dressing rooms and spoke with me 1-1 to help me calm down and get my true feelings about the dress. She even hugged me at one point in my appointment because she could tell I was stressing. If you're a bride like me who has a tight budget and needs to stick to it, and who gets easily overwhelmed, LUV is the place for you. They will work with you and make you comfortable through the process. I am thankful for these two ladies who made my dress dreams come true without breaking the bank!! read more

I had the most wonderful experience at LUV Bridal. The entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the whole process. I really wanted everything to feel perfect, and they truly gave me the time and space I needed to make such an important decision. I worked with several amazing team members, including Jenna, Summer, and Markell, and every single one of them made me feel comfortable, heard, and confident in my choice. I never once felt rushed, and they genuinely cared that I felt amazing in my dress. I'm so grateful for such a positive and memorable experience and couldn't recommend LUV Bridal more! read more

We just left Luv Bridal in downtown Phoenix after looking over the dress our Granddaughter Kirsten selected. With the wedding ceremony just two months away it was time to look it over to ensure it was EXACTLY what she selected so it could be shipped to her home in Lake Ozark, Missouri. After visiting three other Bridal salons in Scottsdale Kirsten's dreams came true at Luv Bridal. They were welcoming, attentive and extremely organized. If you are looking for the perfect experience look no further. After inspecting her dress and veil today Luv Bridal is getting it ready to be shipped to Kirsten. She had beautiful satin buttons added to the train and chose a veil that contains the colors she had already selected ahead of time. That was a pleasant surprise for her as she was unsure what to select. Her attendant listened as Kirsten described her wedding venue, preferred color scheme and other arrangements then returned with the perfect veil. From beginning to end Luv Bridal has surpassed our expectations. We had beyond a five star experience. read more

My daughter purchases her dress here and when we bought it they told us alterations for the additions she wanted would not be an issue. When we picked up her dress, what should have been a joyous moment turned into a horrible experience. I ordered a panel with sparkle and I got a ball of fabric that I could have bought at Micheal's, the sleeves she wanted were non existent and then the employee just kept saying we wouldn't offer that. Well then why do I have a ball of fabric? Along with a group of people who witnessed the sales person offering it. Then they proceeded to tell us they can't do the alterations because they are too busy. Completely useless, you see a young bride crying and your only feedback is well there are places that can do alterations like that. What a joke for an over $6k dress. Highly disappointed. read more

Before my appointment, a representative from Luv Bridal called me and collected information about my inspiration photos and budget. These details were not reviewed before my appointment by my stylist. When I told my stylist my budget, she told me to "not look in the back" but did not specify why. During the appointment, she did not recommend any dresses within my price range. Luv Bridal's advertising on Instagram states that they have "off the rack" options starting at $799, however I was not shown any off-the-rack styles or any dress below $1700. I wish my stylist and luv bridal would have been more upfront about the pricing of dresses during the initial phone call or in the beginning of my appointment. I felt rushed through the entire appointment. My stylist directed me to look through three racks and prompted me to start the next rack before I was finished with the last. When I tried on the first dress, my stylist said to me and my family that she would loose sleep at night if I did not choose this dress. She said I would have to give her a good reason not to pick it. Although meant as a compliment, I felt pressured as this was the first wedding dress I had ever tried on. The stylist continued to bring up the first dress throughout the appointment and it felt as though she wanted me to choose that dress so that the appointment could end sooner. Later when trying on a more form-fitting dress, my stylist asked if I had played sports growing up. I said yes, and she replied that she could tell because of my ribs. This made me feel uncomfortable and I would appreciate it if stylists did not comment on clients' bodies. When I elected to try on a dress out of my initial budget, the stylist asked me while changing me if I was paying for the dress or my mom was. I felt this was judgemental and inappropriate to ask. When I tried on the last dress and expressed that I liked it, the stylist quickly took me to the mirror in the front and paired the dress with a veil. I said I needed time to think about purchasing this dress, and after that the stylist disappeared from my appointment without asking if I wanted to try on anything else. We had 30 minutes left of our appointment when the stylist walked away, leaving my family to wonder if our appointment had ended. I felt that Luv Bridal did not have good price transparency, and the overall experience was pressured and rushed. I bought my wedding dress at another bridal shop the next weekend at it was a night-and-day experience. The stylist at the other shop was kind, helpful, and transparent with budget. read more

I'm not one to write critical reviews, but I wanted to bring a frustrating customer service experience to your attention. I called to see about scheduling a time to view veils for my wedding next month. Unfortunately, the girl on the phone who answered was dismissive, and offered virtually no help. As someone who purchased their dress at the Tempe location, I've loved working with your brand, but this interaction was really disappointing. I hope this feedback helps improve the front-desk service going forward! Please improve this for I'm sure this would also frustrate others if they were to be on the receiving end of this particular receptionist call.... read more

Truly one of the BEST bridal experiences I've ever had. I've tried other bridal shops and tried on dresses at multiple other stores in 2 different states, and Luv Bridal was by far the most fun, comfortable, and satisfying. Stylist Markell helped me pick out a dress that in my mind had mostly been a blurry vision, and it's like she focused the lenses in my mind by putting me into the perfect dress, as if reading my mind. No one had been able to do that for me before! I had been struggling to find dresses to try on that felt like ME, and previous bridal stylists never fully understood my vision. When I met Markell at Luv Bridal, that immediately changed. It's like she read my mind after I explained my venue and how I wanted not-so-traditional dress options. I adored every single dress she helped me select, and then all fit my vibe perfectly, which was truly a shock to me considering I'd had no such luck at multiple other stores beforehand! The first dress she showed me was nearly the one I went home with, and I was shocked when she told me no one had ever taken her up on trying it on before! Truly breathtaking, and from that first dress she showed me on the rack, I KNEW she understood me. I truly cannot emphasize enough how incredible Markell was. I felt heard, seen, and appreciated the entire time, and not once did I feel like I was going to have a panic attack! Huge deal coming from a bride with an anxiety disorder, trust me And the true moment I realized I was going to find my YES dress at Luv Bridal was before I even saw dresses! After I had showed Markell a few inspiration photos, she immediately suggested European designers, and my jaw almost dropped. What she had said was nearly verbatim to what my best friend/maid of honor had encouraged me to look at the day before, and no other stylist had mentioned it to me other than her! That's when I knew, oh I might actually be in the right place!!! (Readers note: I was!!) Seriously, if you consider yourself to be more of a non-traditional bride, but you're still looking for the dress of your dreams, go to Markell at Luv Bridal. I am so unbelievably grateful for her, especially since I genuinely didn't think there'd ever be the perfect dress I'd connect with, before I finally made it over to Luv. This was the first time since getting engaged where I truly felt like a bride. I didn't feel like I was pretending, or putting on a show for my family. I felt like me, the bride I was always meant to be. I wish I could share pictures of my YES dress from Luv, because of course I did find her there! But my wedding isn't until Feb 2027 so it'll have to remain a secret for now I just can't emphasize enough that for the first time, I'm genuinely eager for my wedding day to arrive instead of stressed time is going by faster than I can plan. And I credit the incredible Markell for making that possible for me Thank you Markell, and the Luv Bridal team!!!!! You all are fantastic, thank you for giving me the bridal experience I never dreamed I'd be able to have!! And thank you for actually having gorgeous, unique dresses in stock for brides with annoying individuality-complexes like me Attached are some photos of the other dress options I tried on at Luv, which all fit into the vision I expressed to Markell. The dress with the veil is the one I almost went home with, and I'm begging another gal to get it because it was ETHEREAL! read more

Beautiful space and great customer service! The space is gorgeous and the dresses look beautiful. We showed up a few hours before our appointment and they were super welcoming and helpful. They have a nice snack bar, plenty of seating and great lighting and mirrors. I wished they had a bigger selection of short dresses, they only have 2 in the whole store so this place really is only for traditional wedding gowns. Beware you should start shopping many months in advance. The wait for a veil was 4 months and for dresses 6 months. I would 100% come back if I was on the hunt for a long bridal dress. I really loved the store. read more

I found my wedding dress at Luv Bridal!!!! My wedding is scheduled for December 2024, so I had more than enough time to keep searching for my dream dress. All of my family is located on the East coast, so I was stressed at the thought of finding my dress alone. However, Luv Bridal made sure my experience was perfect! My consultant Jenna was excellent. During our initial phone call, she gave me a brief overview of what to expect during my visit. When I arrived, Jenna gaged my vision and then pulled dresses that were in my price range. I ended up purchasing off the rack & was able to take my gown home the same day. Of course the dress needs some alterations, but she will be perfect in no time. Check out was simple, and they also provide a packet with perferred alteration companies in the area. Overall, my experience was amazing! read more

I also truly appreciated that she respected my budget perfectly and never pulled a single dress that was over my limit. I understand Rachel is a newer stylist, but you would never know it. Luv was the first place I went to shop for my wedding dress. No need to go anywhere else, they do a phenomenal job assisting you and making the process easy. They're professional, kind and can fit any wants/needs the bride has. There is a small basket of essentials in each fitting room with a hair clip, deodorant wipes, chapstick, etc. Those things ended up being very useful. They even provide little treats and refreshments for all the guests, how fun! I was paired with Becky who truly made it an incredible experience.
