Once I had a few favorites, they helped me narrow them down while still giving us plenty of space and privacy to talk everything through. What stood out most was how much they paid attention to each bride. I always felt like the experience was in my hands, but I also felt completely supported by their knowledge and expertise. They knew exactly when to offer guidance, answer questions, point out details I hadn't noticed, and explain how alterations could transform each dress. Everyone was incredibly patient, welcoming, and genuinely happy to have us there. You could truly feel that they wanted you to enjoy the experience, take your time, and find the dress that was right for you. I hadn't heard of this shop until recently! This shop has such an amazing selection for only selling donated items. This was our second stop and we were lucky enough to find the one. The prices were incredible. If I hadn't found it I definitely would have been back to try again. The store was really nice and had a good selection of dresses that were well priced. I felt rushed through my appointment and they reminded me I only had an hour for my appointment. No one was readily available to help zip or to clip me into the dress. My sister went to get someone multiple times and I asked my sister to zip me in and then someone came to help and just watched her try to do it and then I asked if she could take over. I didn't want to take any risks with damaging any of the dresses so I would rather the women that do this more often help zip me up. I understand appointments are an hour long but if want a bride to stay within that time frame, then maybe help them with their dresses to be more time efficient? All the other wedding dress stores I've been to, I've always had someone be readily available to help zip me up, clip excess fabric and help me out of the dress. I hope they take this into consideration when a bride is looking for her dress for her special day. Overall, it's a good store with lots of variety. I did end up purchasing a dress there myself at 50% off so I was glad I was able to find something that was budget friendly. read more

The shop is small and cute. The ladies who work there are kind and helpful. They say to only bring 3 people but I emailed to ask to bring a 4th and they said yes. I found my dress right away. They helped with clipping the dress with what alterations I would like for my dress. They helped bring extra dresses to try on. This was the third dress shop I visited. While I loved a dress at a previous bridal shop, I just couldn't justify spending $1,000 on a gown. This shop was absolutely perfect--an amazing selection, very reasonable prices, and the added bonus of supporting a great charity. Brittany was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience even better. I would definitely recommend coming here first ! My daughter and I went to several high end boutique wedding dress stores and none of them were nearly as fun or had nearly as excellent of a collection as Brides for a Cause. The staff make the experience so much fun, make sure to ask for Taryn because she is so talented and knowledgeable and sweet. I loved my experience at Brides for a Cause. The dresses are beautiful, the prices are great, and the staff is genuinely delightful and helpful. There's no pressure -- just honest, thoughtful input. I even went two weekends in a row, and it was absolutely worth the drive from Gilbert. After visiting several other stores, I kept thinking about how wonderful this place was.
