Her veils are stunning--and extremely reasonably priced. To this day, I regret not purchasing one during my visit! I fully plan to return to buy my dream veil from her and take another round of photos, just for fun. While I understand mistakes happen, I was really disappointed by how little concern seemed to be shown about the situation. Picking up my wedding dress was supposed to be such a special and exciting moment, and unfortunately, this major inconvenience completely took away from that experience. I appreciate that the duplicate charge was refunded, but I feel that a refund and a half apology for the "mix-up" didn't really acknowledge the impact this had on me.
