Wedding dress shopping can be stressful, and the Bella Lily team truly understood that. They did an AMAZING job pulling dresses for me and were so patient and kind. They helped me try multiple styles and fabrics so I could really discover what I loved. I found my perfect dress and, as a chronic second-guesser, was able to confidently say yes!!! I was not comfortable in that place as they wanted you to parade around the store with a bunch of other moms who were trying on dresses. I just wanted to be in my dressing room and figure out what I liked and did it like. For the price you pay I didn't feel like you got the Customer Service that I think they strive for. I originally booked another appointment for my mom and sister to come, but because of my bad experience, I canceled it and went to David's Bridal and Dillard's in Scottsdale instead with great success.
