You will have a 90 minute slot of time and they did a good job listening to my daughter and bringing dresses that suited her wishes. They do hade one 'off the rack' section that you can take home with you, otherwise, it appears most get measured and they order the dress. We were quoted 5-7 months delivery for what my daughter choose. The starting price is $1,000 and I believe the highest is about $6,000 so it's a huge range. Down payment is 75% (ouch) and you pay the balance when it arrives. This place is located in old town Scottsdale- and there is a 'lot' for parking right across the street. It's a popular area so give yourself some time to find parking if there are events happening. You can bring 4 people with you as well. We were allowed to bring my granddaughters (ages 10 and 7) as they are well behaved.

It means a lot to walk in and be immediately welcomed by someone who clearly loves their job and wants you to be there. My main stylist was Carrie and the stylist assisting was Heather. They were both AMAZING! Carrie is so experienced and really knows her stuff (thank goodness cause I had no idea what I was talking about but that did not slow her down one bit). Heather really helped me keep my cool and was SO patient. All the ladies here hustled with grace - they were doing laps around that store, checking inventory, getting me in and out of dresses like a race car pit crew, all the while being my therapist and personal stylist. It takes a special kind of person to do all of that and maintain such enthusiasm all day - super impressive! I'm confident that if I had gone anywhere else I would've gotten overwhelmed and left empty handed. I despise clothes shopping and on top of that I had a very short turnaround time so going into this I knew I'd have limited options. Even then, they remained so positive and encouraging the whole time. They even found a ton of options that would work with my wedding date. I insisted that that didn't seem right and I thought I was not measure correctly. Ignored my concern and assured me it was normal. Over the last year I have been measured elsewhere many times, my body has not changed at all since being measured, and Ive called true society many times over this past year, and every time I was reassured that the dress being that large was normal. Fast forward to my first alteration appointment and the first thing the seamstress says is "wow. It it really big. Did you lose weight?" I told her no I hadn't and that the dress came that way from true society. My alterations and costing double what they should because true society measured me incorrectly. The manager and employees have done nothing my lie and gaslight me by telling me it normal and not that oversized. After the manager spoke to the seamstress she tried telling me it was only "a pinch in the waist and 2in top in the bust, when the seamstress told her it was too large by 4.5 inches in the bust and 4 in in the waist. Tried blaming me about accepting the dress a year ago when I tried getting this corrected before pickup and have been expressing concerns this entire year. Theu keep trying to push a cheap seamstress with less experience on me, even after saying i wasn't interested really more than once.Now ill have nothing to wear to my wedding if this doesn't get fixed. I got so upset and cried so hard after their last phone call that my seizure condition was triggered and I had a seizure. This place only cares about money.

I was helping my friend find a gown. She had the extra challenge of being a second time and a bit older than the average bride. To top it off she had experienced one hell of a ride with some unethical antics from an out of state shop and then more from a local seamstress. We literally do not have the space here for all the details. My friend was without a gown and her wedding was 5, yes 5, days away!! She was having her hair done at Rumors and, what could only be portrayed in a Hallmark movie, looked out the window and realized a bridal shop was located in the same shopping center. She and her hairdresser went to the shop while her hair was in foils and knocked on the door. The shop owner was miraculously inside and brought her in and patiently listened to the whole story. An appointment was made for the following afternoon. My friend was shocked at how many dresses she was able to choose from and the owner came in for the ultimate save, remembering a dress she had from a discontinued line. It was as if the dress had been waiting for this bride. Everyone was conscientious about the budget and everything fell into place with a fair price for the gown and expedited tailoring. Alterations were made by the talented Viola (funny enough my friend and Viola had both lived in New Jersey, AND the same small polish town Viola is from is the exact same town my friend's great grandmother was from before she came to the US many years ago). We had the perfect dress in hand 2 days before the wedding! I do not recommend this experience but I will recommend this shop, always. Your destiny awaits!
