I had the absolutely most amazing experience at Luv Bridal. The first thing that came to my mind when entering the store was that it felt like the TV shows 'Say Yes to the Dress'. Denise was helping me out and brought so much energy, love & dedication that made my experience soooo great. I've been to two other bridal stores before and this one by far took the cake - chefs kiss. Their gowns were stunning and jaw dropping and had so many different kinds to select from. I am absolutely over the top in love with my dress and can't wait to wear it on the big day! Also, the value of these dresses is absolutely mind blowing. The quality of the dresses & price point is unmatched for my dress! We ended up being $1,300 under budget for my dream dress!!! The only thing I'd say to be mindful of is timing - some of the dresses might take a few months to get in so just keep that in mind! 5 stars read more

Luv Bridal - Luv Bridal I found my dress sign - Bridal Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I attended Luv Bridal this past Saturday, and my stylist was Summer. I had a wonderful experience throughout my appointment up until the very end when I decided to not make a purchase. I found a dress here that I loved, however I still wanted to attend my second appointment that I had later that day. I felt an attitude shift when I mentioned this to Summer, and it left a poor taste in my mouth. It made me feel like she was only interested in making a sale. I don't want to completely bash this shop because I did enjoy my time overall, I just did not appreciate Summer's attitude. I did speak with Jenna the manager and she is making it right and offering me jewelry free of charge and I appreciate that so much. read more

Our stylist, Summer, was amazing!! She was quick and efficient and completely got our vision! The showroom is clean and well organized, and the dressing rooms/viewing of the bride to be is top notch! It had a lively, uplifting energy where brides and guests shared compliments and celebrated each other throughout the experience! read more

Initially, when we first came here, it was Summer that assisted us and she was adamant about getting my sister to get a larger size. So my sister was at 35 on waist and she sized her for 18 on her dress she could have did a 16. Fast forward to today. Her final dress fitting. She tried her dress on and was extremely sad and knew that it was gonna be way bigger as what we told Summer when we first ordered it. Well, Summer is no longer with the company. However, we met Juliana. She's absolutely amazing, sweet, kind. What are the odds? They had a size 14 for my sister that just came in stock same dress. Perfect fit! We walked away with the 14. We did try to ask for a discount. The manager said it wasn't that off. But in our eyes we knew it was off. They could have at least taken 300 to $400 off the dress. I do recommend this business, but they couldve worked with us on the price. Bottom line Julianna went above and beyond!! read more

I had such a great experience at the Luv Bridal PHX location. It felt like a fever dream with how beautiful the boutique is, so many beautiful dresses and such high emotions. I was paired with Markell and she made me feel so comfortable, it was easy to talk with her, explain what I liked and didn't like. She was a calming presence through the whole experience read more

Every bride deserves a dress shopping experience like Luv Bridal offers. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. Their customer service is top of the line, the environment is fun and welcoming, and the respect they give to everyone who walks in the door is incredible. Making my appointment was painless, and from the moment my appointment was confirmed, I felt like they truly cared about me. They reached out via text a couple of days prior to my appointment to see how I was feeling, ask about my concerns, get a feel for my budget, and even asked if I had any inspo pics for dresses I had in mind. I arrived a little early, but they were very kind to my entire party. The vibe inside the shop is everything. It is so warm and welcoming. There is fun music playing, they have a snack bar, everyone is high energy and just as excited for you to be getting married as your best friend would be. Ally was my consultant and she was a total rock star. I told her what I was looking for and my budget and she walked around the floor with me just showing me the different styles and fabrics to get an idea of what I liked. The best part? She pulled the dresses that fit what I was looking for within my budget. This seems like such a little thing, but it was one of the biggest differences from other bridal shops. Having to look through racks and racks of gowns sorted by price to find what you want is so overwhelming and her taking that on made everything so enjoyable. She took my feedback with each dress I tried on and successfully adapted and found dresses fitting what I was looking for. The fitting room experience was another thing that was miles above other shop experiences. This was the only shop I went to that didn't make me get butt naked in front of a stranger in a cold room surrounded by mirrors. Ally was very respectful of my privacy and helped when needed so I wasn't totally stranded if something was a little more difficult to put on. She really set me up for success in every way. The only downside to this shop is that parking is a little difficult. I would recommend every bride book an appointment with Luv Bridal in Phoenix. read more

This shop has BEAUTIFUL gowns, I would absolutely recommend bridal shopping here!! Becky was SO incredibly helpful with picking out exactly what I wanted and I was able to find a dress for my wedding the only reason I gave 4 stars would be that it was never communicated to me that the veil I tried on was added to my overall order until after I paid and noticed a $325 veil on the receipt and had to ask for a refund. Other than that I had an amazing experience!! read more

We had such a great experience with Patricia at Luv! She truly made it a lovely time for my daughter and took the time to learn about her vision along with making each of us feel so special. So many small details that Patricia didn't have to do like handing me a tissue when I cried, bringing my daughter to the window with natural lighting to see herself in her gown, veil and even added a strand of pearls and a bouquet for the full effect. Luv is amazing and I'd highly recommend if you're looking for a special experience and gorgeous gowns! Thank you Patricia!! read more

My experience at Luv Bridal was nothing short of magical, and that's all thanks to Giuliana. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. She had the perfect balance of professionalism and warmth, and it was clear that she truly loves what she does. Giuliana listened to my vision, made me feel confident every step of the way, and somehow made the entire process feel effortless and fun. She picked out gowns that matched my style so beautifully and guided me with such honesty and kindness. it felt like shopping with a friend. Finding the dress was such a special and emotional moment, and I'll never forget how she celebrated that joy with me. This was the second dress shop I visited when on the hunt for my wedding dress. Marley was the sales associate that helped me. She was amazing, lively and full of personality. She demonstrated patience and made me feel comfortable with the process. Luv Bridal is a cute boutique that feels warm and inviting upon entering. We were immediately asked if we wanted a beverage (no alcohol) and snacks. Most of the display rooms were lined up in a row and close together, which didn't offer too much privacy when showing family and friends. There were plenty of quality dress options, although I didn't say yes to dress with Luv boutique, my experience was great and I would recommend to any other brides looking for quality wedding dresses. read more

The level of attention and care for such a special day was seriously lacking. The salesperson came across as pushy rather than supportive, which took away from what should have been a joyful and memorable experience. read more

For anyone who's getting married soon, I 10/10 recommend LuV Bridal for your wedding dress shopping! They have a huge selection, affordable prices, and a great atmosphere! My sister in law and I both found our dresses here well under budget. They also have a lot of accessories like veils, crowns, barrettes, and do their own alterations. read more

I found my dress my very first time ever stepping into a bridal store! The experience was so amazing and special. Markell listened and executed! Becky was amazing! I only had 6 months left before my wedding and I had already been to about 4 stores so I was stressed! I told Becky this and she was like oh no no, we are finding your dress today. And she made it happen!! She was really good about staying within my budget and finding the one. Even with her being stern about finding the one, I felt no pressure at all and THANKFULLY no buyers remorse lol. Becky knows her stuff! read more

I visited this store with the hope of finding the perfect dress for my elopement or party. I made it clear that the dress was very important to me, but I was also looking for a variety of options to explore. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff was polite, but the manager made a lot of assumptions about what I knew. She immediately told me that if I was looking for a $500 dress, this wasn't the place for me, which was frustrating because I was open to paying more for the right dress. Instead of pulling any dresses for me, she just pointed out European designers and assumed I wouldn't know them, making me feel overlooked and dismissed. What was especially frustrating was that there were other walk-in customers who were given much more attention. They had three dresses pulled for them, while I wasn't offered any. It felt like I wasn't even given the same level of service, despite being ready to make a purchase. When I raised my concerns, the manager didn't take accountability and didn't try to resolve the situation. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. I was hoping to find something special, but instead, I felt ignored and undervalued. I won't be returning, and I would caution anyone seeking personalized service to consider other options. read more

My granddaughter went to try on wedding dress. She initially had a good impression and experience but when she decided to not make any commitment at the time of her appt, the sales consultant became very pushy and my granddaughter felt like the experience took a 180. The team here is amazing. I came in and chose a dress, and after thinking it over I realized that it wasn't for me. They totally understood and helped me find the right dress without any pressure. Yadi and the entire Luv Bridal Staff, and the Tailoring department really go above and beyond. I couldn't recommend them more!!!! I booked an appointment but never made it. I'm leaving a review because the ladies I booked with and canceled with were just very professional and nice. If your looking for the type of dresses they showcase I'd definitely book an appointment. I'm sure they are just as kind in person. read more

Intimate. This small boutique has some gorgeous stock. However, their air freshener punches you in the face and triggered a migraine for me personally. Parking is tricky as there's only about 10 spots shared between this shop, a bakery, and a taco shop. Do not bring champagne, they will take it away as they do not have a liquor license. They have about 4 spots for brides to be lined up in a row. It is a nice personalized intimate experience with an appt. read more

A few weeks ago I came in town to take my soon to be niece dress shopping. Not knowing the area I took some advice from the Knot and reached out to a few places. Luv Bridal was by far the best place we visited. Gabe was my nieces stylist and he was the perfect match for my low maintenance bride to be. Gabe was so engaged with us and took the time to get to know the bride. She was extremely nervous but Gabe got her excited about the process. He was patient, gave honest feedback and was just an all around kind genuine person. We haven't decided on a dress but we plan on reaching out to Gabe soon! (will post pictures after the big day so we don't have any accidental sneak peeks!) read more

This was the first store I visited and ever tried on wedding dresses! My bridal stylist was Markell and she was a dream! I never felt pressure into trying something I didn't like or even saying yes to! I did end up going to a second store to try on dresses but it did not compare to the kindnesses and warmth that I received at Luv Bridal Phoenix! I came back the next day and asked to try on the dress I almost said yes to one more time. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon and they were completely booked with appointments, Jenna the showroom manager was able to make room for me to try on this dress one last time before ultimately saying YES TO THE DRESS! I knew right then and there that this was my dress and I did not need to look anywhere else! Ladies do yourself a favor and book your appointment at Luv Bridal! You will not be disappointed! You and your party will be met with a warm welcoming staff, a genuine and friendly atmosphere, great snacks and refreshments, and a once in a lifetime experience! Thank you again Markell and Jenna for making my bridal experience so special read more

The people are very helpful, but the parking is a nightmare and should be addressed. Also that they do not steam a dress that eventually ended up costing us almost 5000.00 is unacceptable. The excuse was that they put it back in the bag is not a good answer. Another thing the 2nd time we went there to do an alteration as the first appointment, it was not great that there was a person sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the door. These need to be addressed by the management. read more

Summer was very helpful and knowledgable! She knew exactly what I was looking for and I found my perfect wedding dress! Thank you so much!

I said yes to the dress at Luv Bridal! Summer was the most amazing person that I could have asked to work with. She was so loving, kind, and caring to all of my family. She made me feel like I was the prettiest girl in the whole world. She knew exactly which dress was the one I was going to choose. I felt like she knew me personally even though I had just barely met her. I felt incredibly comfortable with her and I knew that my family and my girls were also in good hands. She made my day the best day ever and it has become my favorite memory of my wedding planning so far. I would definitely recommend Summer and Luv Bridal!! My dress is also a dress that I thought would be completely out of my price ranger, but Sumer helped me within my budget! You won't regret it read more
