Came in yesterday about 3:30 PM. This place was packed, (day before school starts) the line to purchase was half way towards the back of the store... Lots of patrons shopping. Store was pick though & kinda messy it seemed. Should of had more employees staffed on the floor to help tighty up. Registers were fully occupied and by the time we got up towards the front they did have an associate come out to help assist customers by taking off sensor tags, asking if people needed backpacks ( which was us) & if anyone else needed gift cards. We had put a backpack "on hold" prior to coming in, so the associate was able to grab that for us and it made the process a lot quicker. Plus it was great customer service. We were in line approx. 15 minutes. The stores personnel did a fair job considering how busy it was. My kids really like the Tilly's merchandise, so we appreciate the way the staff handled a really busy day. read more

My son and I stopped to find some tshirts for our trip to Cali. Although I spent a good amount, I would have likely spent more money and time shopping had it not been 90 degrees in there!!!!!! My son and I sped through the store and it was almost unbearable in there. He tried on several shirts and said it was even worse in the fitting room. Management??? Why put your customers through the gauntlet?? Interesting that the employees had fans blasting behind the counter but no relief for paying customers. This was a miserable experience and we won't be back unless there is some thought put into the customer experience. read more

If you're in need of any assistance, don't waste your time calling these dingleberries.... I called the store twice to find out if they had a particular pair of cargo pants for my wife. First time I called I was out on hold for over 10 min, 2nd time I called I provided them with the item number. For the employee to reply with "We got a bunch of cargo pants" so I reply "I understand, but do you have THIS exact one I'm looking for"..... LOL so y'all get the moral of the story.... Long story short. I drove 45 min to the store for them to tell me they don't have those exact pants... so if you need something, just drive down. thanks for waisting my precious time on this beautiful memorial dal read more

Walked in and a young sir named Jack was immediately helping me out and greeting me, grabbed shoes for me showed me where the discount and value racks were at! Taleah (probably not spelling that right) was also helpful! I think she along with another gentlemen named Martin were probably the store managers and they were helpfull too! Been shopping at this Tilly's for like a decade now and will continue to do so! read more

Walked in prepared to buy a minimum of three pairs of shoes. Three employees conveniently found other things to do even though we were clearly needing help. I made clear eye contact with a young man who looked directly back at me, walked toward us and then proceeded to start folding shirts. So we walked out and the store next door got our sale. Unfortunate, but if you can't acknowledge a customer or help them then you miss out. read more

great service at this tillys, thankful for Martin (i hope im spelling his name right) so attentive and helpful the only tillys i will go to moving forward !!! read more

I can't say that this place is my cup of tea nor would I probably ever shop here but I was walking by and decided to stop in and see what they had. The presentation was nice, lots of stuff and everything was folded well. The brands are not what I would wear and I found the streetwear stuff to be very loud but I imagine that is what the late teen demographic is after. read more

Hot diggity dog! This place is magnificent! Cool clothes. Frequent sales. read more

They have to worse customer service and so rude. From the time you want in till the time you walk out you feel and get attitude. Matt the manager is beyond rude and has no customer service skills. I use to love this location but will no longer be going here. I tried to give them another chance but after my last experience, I will drive to another location for now on. read more

I walked in the store with my friend and the employee was very rude she was wearing a green long sleeve shirt do not shop there

The worst customer service ever. I went shopping here with my little shorty and a sales clerk clearly hit her in the head with a backpack that she was carrying and just kept on walking. I had to call the lady back and gave her a lesson in being polite to others like her momma should have done. Then when it came time to pay we had to deal with this horrendous Snooki wannabe who didn't know how to work the register and treated me like it was my fault. When she called someone over to help her, the two of them started fighting with each other and then Snookie pulled in a third guy and started bitching at him - no joke. I wanted bash their heads together and walk out without paying but jail isn't really an option at this point in my life so I just put up with their crap. I will never set foot in this store again. read more

The ladies in Tilly's this past Friday were great. They dealt with my teenager trying on everything on the store for over an hour. They helped us find sizes, styles, and let us take over the dressing room with my little. Such friendly staff and I was happy to spend money with someone who is willing to help me out with finding clothes for a teenager. read more

Was there on 2/25/20 returned a pair of Vans for my girlfriend they didn't have them in her size we exchanged them for two pair of shoes and two pair of sunglasses very kind and patient employees, excellent selection and reasonable price's read more

Horrible customer service the manager stood at the counter doing paperwork while customers stood inline waiting on the one person at the register was helping another customer decide on a pair of Ethika underwear that were behind the counter. No "we will be right with you, or sorry for the wait" just kept looking at the paperwork and ignoring customers in line ready to buy items. They need some serious training! I will not be shopping at this store or probably any Tilly's again! read more

Horrible service wanted to buy shoes but had 3 employees checking out one person couldn't get any help stood in line no one wanted to help. Decided to not get the shoes because of the service bunch of kids working that don't care about customers! read more

If this place wasn't close to my house and if they didn't have the things my kids wanted/needed, I wouldn't go back. The employees are hard to locate when you need something, and are never friendly. This trip, I walked in and there was no employee in sight. I needed a backpack, which they keep behind the register. I stood there for over 10 minutes before anyone came up. read more

I came into this store on 6/9/2014 right around 7pm. Within 10 minutes of entering the store a manager "Heather" had mentioned that I would be walked out of the store because I knew an employee that was working in the store at the time..let me clarify this was said before I had knowledge that this employee was working that day. Let's call it bad business practice or poor customer service but when a customer walks into your establishment with the intent to purchase a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise you don't ask them to leave. Let's just say I took my money and my business elsewhere. Since apparently you aren't allowed to shop at tillys when you know someone who works there. The manager of this location isn't fit to manage a lemonade stand let alone a group of a employees. read more

The manager of this store should be fired. I went into this location with my wife, 2 year old and 16 year old. After picking up $300 in jeans and t-shirts my 2 year old needed to use the bathroom. The store manager refused to let us use the restroom and told use we could go next door to Target. Why would Tilly's hire such a piece of trash? Its bad enough I have to pay $39 for a t-shirt my kid wants but to have someone treat us like this is hard to take. I will never enter this store again. read more

I looked at the reviews and our experience was excellent. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Two salespeople asked if we had any questions. Great selection of merchandise. Found just what we needed at a fair price. read more

Stopped by tillys after work to grab some new t's Tuesday 7/18. They are running there usually "moola" promotion where for every $50 you spend you get a $10 tillys moola card to use at a later date. For example this promotion is $10 off $30 purchase from 9/5/17 to 10/1/17. The whole point of this is to entice customers and reward members (I've been a tillys reward member for years) to come back during the pre determined promotion period and spend their 'moola' which usually means we end up spending more and more, it's a very smart promotion. For example if I had spent $100 then I would get two $10 moola cards and next time I came back my consumer mind would incline me to spend over $60 to be able to use my moola cards. My total at the register was $49.99 pre tax because I used a 20% off email coupon they had sent me. My pre tax was actually 2 tee's for $30 and a pair of shirts for $24.99. Total pretax before my coupon was $54.99. I did not get a moola. I asked the clerk and she then asked the manager who was standing right next to me and did not look at me or acknowledge me. She then told the clerk I had to buy a pin or a sticker to go over the $49.99 to qualify for the moola. The clerk says "but I already finished the transaction" then the manager says "you have to refund everything and run it again" The clerk then looks at me and ask me with a tone "do you want to do that" (it was like 8:50pm think they close at 9pm, she was the only clerk and had a like if 3 people) So obviously she is the one that didn't want to do it. And I'm confident the manager could have done a simple override and said here is you $10 moola sir, thank you for shopping with us. The whole reason I spent $55 was to get the moola!! Then because I use a 20% off coupon that you guys emailed me I don't get the moola anymore! And seriously over 0.01 cent?!? Ok tillys. Ok tillys manager. You must really not understand your own promotion. Now over 1 cent I will not be back to use my moola. lol it's all good, a ton of places sell men's cloths of a similar style and fashion. Think I'll stick to H&M, industrial, pacsun, buckle, zumiez, and online. Thanks guys!! Oh any by the way. You should really hire a better manager than the girl that was there. A true hustler manager would have saved the situation. Furthermore a true hustler employee would have said "sir, you are 1 penny away from your moola card, would you like to add a pin? They are only $1.99, the u can use your moola in September and save $10! #rookies #kids #epicrant read more

Walked in at 7:58 closing time is 8:00 was greeted with a "hey man we are closing" I asked you really won't sell me anything ? Multiple replies from a few employees " no sorry we wont" not even anything but that. I was literally going to grab a pair of $50 dollar flip flops in which size I know and pay and leave. Apparently this is the way they treat people after reading all the other reviews. I will not return. Especially after going down a few doors to Ross and getting the exact same thing I was going in to Tillys for at a $19.99 price tag instead. read more

I felt like I should write this review because of all the negative ones I've seen. I've shopped at this location four or five times. I've never met the manager, and the other employees have never treated me rudely. It's hard to get help sometimes, but I prefer picking stuff out on my own anyway. I shop here because they do have cute clothes/shoes/accessories. They are pretty expensive, which is why I'm only giving it 3 stars. But when I have the money, I don't mind buying stuff here. It's better than Target for clothes anyway. I'm not being elitist, because Target clothing is pretty crappy quality. Anyway, if you like Tilly's, don't let the negative reviews necessarily throw you off. read more

While shopping here the experience was not that great. All the workers just stared at us and didn't help us with buying shoes for about 5 minutes even though no one else was in the store. Shortly after, someone came in and they helped the other people right away. We definitely will not be shopping here again. read more

I would give this place a 0 star rating but it won't work so anyway, this place is awful. The girls working in there are rude. Talking smack about customers behind the counter. Appalling. I will never go back there again. Worst customer service in the world! read more

The manager Patty has horrible customer service skills. Rude, dismissive, and altogether unimpressive. Will not be returning to this store again. read more

The worst customer service. Ordered a pair of Vans online. They were 1/2 size too small so I was told to just go in store and swap out. Since I used the Tillys 20% coupon they wanted me to pay the difference?! I literally am just swapping out a pair of brand new shoes?! Seriously?! If I could give them a negative star I would. read more

Bought my daughter a backpack here 2 weeks ago. She has literally used it for 10 school days (wait...9 since Monday was Labor Day). It was a $40 Dickies backpack. After 9 days of use, the strap is literally hanging on by a thread. I popped in with the intent to exchange it for the same backpack. I mean, it's defective, right? The "manager," who couldn't have been older than 19 or 20, looked at me like I was crazy and said. That's "normal wear and tear." "I would have to ' damage it out' and that's too much trouble and we don't really do that." Huh?!?! Then she says, "sucks, I know..." I WILL NEVER EVER step foot in this place again! It's run by a bunch of unprofessional teenagers who no nothing about customer service! I will be following up with Tilly's corporate about this. Save your money and shop elsewhere read more

You would think a place completely comprised of 16 year old employees wouldn't discriminate against teenager looking customers. Apparently I'm not worth the time of helping because I don't look like a customer that would actually end up buying anything. I stared at an employee for 10 minutes at the shoe wall before someone came up and asked if I needed shoes. No I stand here eyeing you down for fun. Working at a tillys before I almost walked into the shoe room myself. This has happened on two different occasions when I needed new shoes. Both times when the store is dead. read more

Tilly's is amazing! The associates are very helpful and always around when I need help. By far the best tillys out of all the other locations. Not sure why there are so many negative comments for such a terrific business read more
