There's also cool trinkets, jewelry, and other fashion pieces. Just a heads up, the store is cramped but for what they offer, it's understandable. Ive seen some reviews on here mentioning workers stalking but I noticed they need to be at certain stations to help you out. They hold your items until you're done shopping and I assume thats to prevent stealing. T-shirts are priced at $25 but so are average graphic tees. If anything, they do have clearance/sale racks to look through. Overall, great place, great selection, great workers, and okay pricing.

Bought shoes on a Friday, wore em for two hours till they started tearing my feet apart (I am not blaming the store for this part in the slightest). I thought oh no worries- ill exhance it for store credit since that what it says on the receipt. Chucked em back in the box with the receipt. Went to exchange/return them on Sunday- only to be told that the soles are too worn to be returned. This policy is not stated anywhere, and the receipt simply says "exchange or store credit with receipt, no cash refunds". Pretty disapppointed with his reasoning which was "I cant sell them again". Never seen such a strict return policy. Will just be purchasing straight from Demonia next time.

I drove down from Vegas wearing brand new shoes that did not fit, even though they were sized higher than what I normally wear. My toe pain overtook my apprehension and I dragged my formally slender body inside. Monika came up to me and helped put my mind at ease. She spent time checking out what was wrong with my current shoes then took me over to scan my feet. Turns out my left foot is longer than my right. She started pulling out boxes of shoes to find the right fit for me, then we went through what colors I liked. What shoe companies I liked. I came in looking for a pair of shoes that would actually fit me properly...I ended up buying two pairs. One pair was not her store, so we arranged for the shoes to be shipped to my home. I was so relieved, I went back the next day, on our way out of town and bought another pair that I really wanted and my wife came in and bought herself a pair and sliders. Service was great. Friendly staff that love what they do. Prices were very reasonable, even considering shipping. Just go. Go now. You will not be disappointed.

Who knew that finding shoelaces would be so difficult? I guess I should have just gone online to buy them! I first went to REI and then Road Runners and they both didn't have any in stock, so I then tried this store out and they had a good selection of shoe laces, but also many other items too besides running shoes. I liked some of their apparel and checked out some of the hydration packs they have in stock. Three or 4 staff members helped me out and everyone was so nice and really attentive. One guy even tried looking up a hose I needed for my Osprey 3L hydration pack, but they didnt have any in stock or online. But, I did find a pair of shoe laces and I will definitely be back again for my running needs!

Roller skates - they don't have them, but you can do a bearing replacement on cheap skates here and that will spiff any rollers right up. My wife snagged some at the next door Big Five and put some Bones in them; buttery smooth. Longboards - they have some. Mostly pintail shape, not a lot of kick tail styles or cruisers. Pretty limited to a handful. But longboards have been in short supply in general, and they at least have the bases covered. Expect to put in $120-$180 here for a longboard, but a good one. They carry a local brand, White Wave, Sector 9, and Globe. Limited selection, but quality. Skateboards - they can build almost anything. Tons of decks to choose from, this would be their specialty. Not a skateboarder myself, can't weigh in for quality. Trucks - they had some, and they were shiny. I also don't mess with trucks that often Wheels - longboard and skateboard wheels available; not a ton of longboard brands, but several sizes. 75mm OJ, Sector 9 70mm, and some much cheaper local brand stuff. The staff at this store can be helpful or they can't be helpful, it's ultimately up to me to decide what I am going to spend my money on. I don't need anything more than a few answers to very simple questions that I may have. We are all experienced shoppers, Freaking stupid to expect royal treatment at an average mall store. Some people have very high opinions of themselves and expect to be treated as such. Waaah, just let the usually younger staff work and learn the job skills as they go - the fact they are working in the first place is a real plus - consider that the next your royal highness enters a store. Anyway, I would like to say that I had a very pleasant experience at this Finish Line store at Chandler Fashion Center today and hope that those youngsters continue to grow their job skills as they work to support themselves.
